Abstract

本申请涉及矿棉吸声板制备领域,具体涉及一种具有高防火性能的覆膜喷砂矿棉板,该覆膜喷砂矿棉板包括矿棉板基材、醋酸乙烯酯粘合剂和纤维薄毡,其中,醋酸乙烯酯粘合剂中添加第一阻燃剂,并且所述纤维薄毡中添加有第二阻燃剂。本申请通过选择合适的粘合剂,并选择合适的阻燃剂分别添加到粘合剂和纤维薄毡中并优化量的配比,提高了覆膜喷砂矿棉板的防火性能。

一种矿棉板及其制备方法
技术领域
本申请涉及但不限于矿棉吸声板制备领域,具体地,涉及一种具有高防火性能的覆膜喷砂矿棉板及其制备方法。
背景技术
矿棉吸声板已经研发出一套成熟的并且适用目前生产现状的覆膜喷砂生产工艺及系统。使用该技术系统生产出的覆膜喷砂矿棉吸声板具有外观品质高端、防潮性能优异、强度较高等优良特点,并且由于表面的细小砂粒可增加室内光线的漫反射,增加室内光线的柔和度。
发明内容
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本申请提供了一种覆膜喷砂矿棉板,其相比现有矿棉吸声板具有更高的防火性能,解决了现有技术中矿棉吸声板遇明火火势蔓延的问题。所述矿棉板包括基板和纤维毡,通过粘结剂粘结所述基板和纤维毡,所述纤维毡和粘结剂中包含阻燃剂。
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,所述粘结剂选自醋酸乙烯酯、聚丙烯酰胺、醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚乳液和聚乙烯醇中的一种或两种以上。
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,所述纤维毡选自玻璃纤维毡、玻璃纤维表面毡和玄武岩纤维毡中的任意一种或更多种。
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,所述粘结剂的用量为150g/m2至300g/m2
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,所述纤维毡的厚度为0.3mm至0.5mm、可选地,所述纤维毡的面密度为50g/m2至80g/m2
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,所述基板的厚度为12mm至20mm。
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,所述粘结剂中的阻燃剂选自氢氧化铝、聚磷酸铵、三氧化二锑、三聚磷酸铝、八溴醚、五溴甲苯和氢氧化镁中的一种或多种。
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,所述粘结剂中阻燃剂的含量为0.25wt.%至1wt.%;可选地,所述阻燃剂的用量为0.4wt.%至0.8wt.%。
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,所述纤维毡中的阻燃剂选自聚磷酸铵、氯化石蜡、氯化聚乙烯、空心玻璃微珠和磷酸三甲苯酯中的一种或多种。
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,所述纤维毡中的阻燃剂的含量为3.0g/m2至6.0g/m2
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,在所述纤维毡的表面上还可以外加装饰材料或功能性材料,所述装饰材料或所述功能性材料中不包含阻燃剂;
所述纤维毡表面附加的装饰材料或功能性材料的重量为50g/m2至300g/m2;所述装饰材料或功能性材料的厚度为0.05mm至0.3mm;
在本申请提供的一种实施方式中,所述外加装饰材料或功能性材料的方法包括涂覆或喷涂光触媒纳米涂料、喷砂和覆膜中的一种或多种。
本申请的有益效果包括:
虽然普通喷砂覆膜使用的材料可能是可燃材料,不具备阻燃性能,但是该材料应用在本申请提供的矿棉板后,即使普通喷砂覆膜材料燃烧,也不会使得火势蔓延。
本申请的具有高防火性能的覆膜喷砂矿棉板使用主体为聚磷酸铵的阻燃剂添加到纤维薄毡中的有利方面在于:使得薄毡具有阻燃性能,燃烧时无明火并且无蔓延趋势。
本申请通过选择合适的粘合剂,并选择合适的阻燃剂分别添加到粘合剂和纤维薄毡中并优化量的配比,提高了覆膜喷砂矿棉板的防火性能。
具体实施方式
为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下文中将对本申请的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
实施例1
本实施例中所使用的材料及用量如下:
所述矿棉板基板购自北新集团,龙牌矿棉装饰吸声板,厚度为18mm;
所述纤维毡为玻璃纤维毡,购自开封市亿英玻纤制品有限公司,亿英牌,厚度为0.50mm,面密度为60g/m2
所述表面装饰膜为PVC膜,购自广州永明胶塑制品有限公司,仿木一品牌,厚度为0.12mm,面密度为80g/m2,粘结表面装饰膜的丙烯酸酯压敏胶黏剂为表面装饰膜自带;
所述矿棉板基板和纤维毡之间的粘结剂为聚醋酸乙烯酯,购自北京稀德玛科技发展有限公司,D160。
所述玻璃纤维毡中的阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵,购自永兴磷化有限公司,永兴牌。
聚磷酸铵在玻璃纤维毡中的用量为3.50g/m2
所述粘结剂中的阻燃剂为氢氧化铝,粒径80±10μm。粘结剂中氢氧化铝的含量为0.45wt.%至0.55wt.%。
所述矿棉板的制备方法包括:在矿棉板基板表面覆含有上述阻燃剂的玻璃纤维薄毡,使用的粘结剂为聚醋酸乙烯酯,粘结剂中含有阻燃剂。粘结剂用量为170g/m2
再在其表面分别覆膜、涂覆涂料或喷砂。
当进行涂覆涂料时,涂覆涂料操作包括:涂覆涂料,使得涂料的面密度为85g/m2厚度为0.1mm。涂料为龙牌涂料,购买厂家为龙牌(北京)涂料有限公司,牌号为NC-06;
当进行喷砂操作时,喷砂操作包括:利用喷砂设备,预制好颗粒度为80目至120目的精白砂,调整喷砂流量及布砂量进行布砂操作。得到的精白砂层的面密度为220g/m2,厚度为0.2mm。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别仅在于:所述矿棉板基板厚度为15mm;其他制备工艺或原料用量均相同。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例1的区别仅在于:聚磷酸铵在玻璃纤维毡中的用量为5.00g/m2;粘结剂中阻燃剂用量为0.35wt.%至0.45wt.%;其他制备工艺或原料用量均相同。
实施例4
实施例4与实施例1的区别仅在于:所述矿棉板基板厚度为15mm,聚磷酸铵在玻璃纤维毡中的用量为5.00g/m2;粘结剂中阻燃剂用量为0.35wt.%至0.45wt.%。其他制备工艺或原料用量均相同。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的区别仅在于,在矿棉板基板和玻璃纤维毡之间的粘结剂中不涉及阻燃物质。其他原料和制备方法完全相同。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的区别仅在于,玻璃纤维毡中不涉及阻燃物质。其他原料和制备方法完全相同。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例1的区别仅在于,玻璃纤维毡中不涉及阻燃物质;在矿棉板基板和玻璃纤维毡之间的粘结剂中不涉及阻燃物质。其他原料和制备方法完全相同。
性能测试:
将实施例和对比例制得的覆膜喷砂矿棉装饰吸声板产成品矿棉板进行第三方机构送检,作燃烧专项检测,检测按照GB 8624-2012进行,采用GB/T 14402和GB/T 20284规定的试验进行A2级检验。实施例1使用表面装饰膜方案进行检测,检测结果如表1和表2所示:

表2中“未达”的含义为“火势横向蔓延未到试样长翼边缘”;燃烧滴落物/微粒结论“无”表示600s内无燃烧滴落物/微粒。
本申请实施例中防火专项检测结果达到了燃烧性能A级(A2-S2,d0,t0)。
从上表可以看出本申请中的高防火性能的覆膜喷砂矿棉板防火性能十分优异,达到了A级不燃,并且在专项燃烧检测中,各数据指标均优于普通覆膜喷砂矿棉板,本申请的覆膜喷砂矿棉板是具有实际应用意义并适于推广的。

Claims (10)

1.一种矿棉板,所述矿棉板包括基板和纤维毡,通过粘结剂粘结所述基板和纤维毡,所述纤维毡和粘结剂中包含阻燃剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矿棉板,其中,所述粘结剂选自醋酸乙烯酯、聚丙烯酰胺、醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚乳液和聚乙烯醇中的一种或两种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的矿棉板,其中,所述纤维毡选自玻璃纤维毡、玻璃纤维表面毡和玄武岩纤维毡中的任意一种或更多种。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的矿棉板,其中,所述粘结剂的用量为150g/m2至300g/m2
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的矿棉板,其中,所述纤维毡的厚度为0.3mm至0.5mm、可选地,所述纤维毡的面密度为50g/m2至80g/m2
可选地,所述基板的厚度为12mm至20mm。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的矿棉板,其中,所述粘结剂中的阻燃剂选自氢氧化铝、聚磷酸铵、三氧化二锑、三聚磷酸铝、八溴醚、五溴甲苯和氢氧化镁中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的矿棉板,其中,所述粘结剂中阻燃剂的含量为0.25wt.%至1wt.%;可选地,所述阻燃剂的用量为0.4wt.%至0.8wt.%。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的矿棉板,其中,所述纤维毡中的阻燃剂选自聚磷酸铵、氯化石蜡、氯化聚乙烯、空心玻璃微珠和磷酸三甲苯酯中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的矿棉板,其中,所述纤维毡中的阻燃剂的含量为3.0g/m2至6.0g/m2
10.根据权利要求8所述的矿棉板,其中,在所述纤维毡的表面上还可以外加装饰材料或功能性材料,所述装饰材料或所述功能性材料中不包含阻燃剂;
所述纤维毡表面附加的装饰材料或功能性材料的重量为50g/m2至300g/m2;所述装饰材料或功能性材料的厚度为0.05mm至0.3mm;
可选地,所述外加装饰材料或功能性材料的方法包括涂覆、喷涂、喷砂和覆膜中的一种或多种。
