Abstract
The invention provides a sliding device and air suction adjustable bearing equipment, belonging to the field of sliding positioning, wherein the sliding device comprises a sliding fixed bottom plate, a sliding movable plate, an end baffle, a front damping fine tuning unit and a rear damping fine tuning unit; through the sliding device, the position adjustment precision of a product on the bearing equipment is improved, and the sliding device is simple in structure and convenient to popularize and apply in the fields of high-precision machining, assembly and detection.

The arrangement relation is as follows: the bottom surface of the sliding fixed bottom plate 1 is fixed, and the top surface is provided with a sliding chute; the sliding movable plate 2 is sleeved in the sliding chute of the sliding fixed bottom plate 1 in a sliding manner; the end baffle 3 is fixed to one end of the sliding movable plate 2, and the end baffle 3 is adjusted to position the end of a product to be positioned by sliding the sliding movable plate 2 on the sliding fixed bottom plate 1.
The sliding plate 2 is of an integral structure or a split structure, and when the sliding plate is of the split structure, referring to fig. 3, the sliding plate 2 includes an upper support plate 23 and a sliding bar 24, the sliding bar 24 is slidably sleeved in a sliding groove of the sliding fixing bottom plate 1, and the upper support plate 23 is detachably connected to the top surface of the sliding bar 24.
Second embodiment
This embodiment adds a damping design, see fig. 2, as follows:
the sliding device 100 further comprises a rear damping fine adjustment unit arranged on one side of the sliding fixed bottom plate 1 and the sliding movable plate 2, the rear damping fine adjustment unit comprises a rear damping column 4, a rear elastic force adjusting bolt 5 and a spring block 6, a rear damping end plate 21 is formed by extending the rear end of the sliding movable plate 2 to one side, a damping groove is formed in the front side of the rear damping end plate 21, the rear end of the rear damping column 4 is embedded into the damping groove, and the front end of the rear damping column 4 is abutted to the rear end of the rear elastic force adjusting bolt 5; the rear elasticity adjusting bolt 5 penetrates through the spring block 6, and the damping degree of the rear end of the sliding device is adjusted through the rear elasticity adjusting bolt 5.
The sliding device 100 further comprises a front damping fine-tuning unit arranged on the other side of the sliding fixed bottom plate 1 and the sliding movable plate 2, the front damping fine-tuning unit comprises a front damping column 7 and a front elastic force adjusting bolt 8, a front damping end plate 22 is formed by extending the front end of the sliding movable plate 2 to the other side, an adjusting bolt hole is formed in the front damping end plate 22 in a penetrating manner in the front-back direction and used for arranging the front elastic force adjusting bolt 8, and the rear end of the front elastic force adjusting bolt 8 abuts against the front end face of the front damping column 7; the rear end face of the front damping column 7 abuts against a positioning block 9, and the damping degree of the front end of the sliding device is adjusted through the front elastic force adjusting bolt 8.
The damage caused by the over-movement of the sliding device is prevented through the front and rear damping fine adjustment units.
Third embodiment
Referring to fig. 2 or 4, a sliding top pin 10 is arranged on the top surface of the end baffle 3 and moves synchronously with the end baffle 3 for auxiliary support of the top.
Fourth embodiment
An air suction adjustable bearing device, referring to fig. 4, includes an air path bottom plate 200, an air suction upper fixing plate 300, an air suction carrier plate 400 and two aforementioned sliding devices 100, which are connected as follows.
The air suction upper fixing plate 300 is arranged on the air path bottom plate 200 at intervals through adjustable upright posts.
The position of the air suction support plate 400 is adjustable and is arranged on the air suction upper fixing plate 300, and a plurality of suction nozzle discs, suction heads and auxiliary support blocks are arranged on the air suction support plate 400. The auxiliary supporting block is the same as the sliding knock pin 10 in the third embodiment, and is made of PEEK plastic.
The two sliding devices 100 are arranged at the end and the side of the air circuit base plate 200, and are arranged opposite to the air suction support plate 400, so as to position and adjust the product arranged on the air suction support plate 400.
