Example one
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a schematic diagram of a full wavelength ultrasonic tool tip 10 is shown. A full wavelength ultrasonic tool head 10 comprises a welding body 100, a fixed body 200, two female rods 300 and a connecting body 400; the welding body 100 is arranged along the vertical direction, and one end of the welding body 100 is provided with a welding surface 110; one end of the connecting body is connected with one end of the welding body; one end of the fixing body 200 is connected with one end of the connecting body 400, one end of the fixing body 200, which is far away from the connecting body 400, is connected with an external pressure device, and the external pressure device drives the welding body 100 to move along the vertical direction through the fixing body 200; the two female bars 300 are symmetrically arranged at two opposite sides of the connecting body 400 along the horizontal direction, and the sum of the lengths of the two female bars 300 and the connecting body 400 is twice the length of the half-wavelength ultrasonic tool head, so that the sum of the lengths of the two female bars 300 and the connecting body 400 is a full wavelength.
The ultrasonic welding principle is a special method for connecting the same kind of metal or different kinds of metal by using mechanical vibration energy of ultrasonic frequency. When the metal is subjected to ultrasonic welding, current is not transmitted to a workpiece to be machined, a high-temperature heat source is not applied to the workpiece, and solid-state welding is realized under the condition that a base metal is not melted. In this embodiment, specifically, when the ultrasonic assembly works, the tool head generates high-frequency vibration several tens of thousands times per second, the high-frequency vibration is transmitted to the welding body 100 through the female rod 300, then the welding body 100 transmits the vibration energy to the welding area, and the acoustic resistance at the interface between the two welds of the welding area is large, so that local high temperature can be generated; in addition, the external pressure device is used as a power source for providing a set pressure to the fixing body 200 (for the sake of clarity, the external pressure device is not shown in the drawings), and the fixing body 200 can drive the welding body 100 to press toward the workpiece to be processed in the vertical direction after receiving the pressure; the workpieces to be processed are fused into a whole under the action of high temperature and pressure. After the ultrasonic wave stops acting, the pressure is kept for several seconds, and then the welding area of the workpiece to be processed is solidified and formed, so that a firm molecular chain is formed, the purpose of welding is achieved, and the welding strength can be close to the strength of raw materials.
It should be noted that, if L1 in fig. 1 is set as the length distance of the sum of the lengths of the two female rods 300 and the connecting body 400, and the length of the half-wavelength ultrasonic tool head is set as L2, the length of the full-wavelength ultrasonic tool head 10 is set as L1 to 2 ﹡ L2, that is, the length of the full-wavelength ultrasonic tool head is one full wavelength, which can realize the maximum energy that can be generated by the tool head during the welding process, and improve the working efficiency of the tool head. It should be noted that the welding body 100, the fixing body 200, the female rod 300 and the connecting body 400 may be made of different materials according to actual requirements, and then assembled by welding or mounting structures. For example, the welding body 100 is a key part directly rubbed with a welding object, and the welding body 100 is in a long strip structure for facilitating welding, has a small volume, and can be made of alloy steel materials with high hardness and good wear resistance; the fixing body 200 and the female rod 300 can be made of common tool steel which is cheap and easy to process, so that the use requirement of the ultrasonic metal welding tool head can be met, and the manufacturing cost of the tool head can be reduced.
In one embodiment, the connecting body 400 and the two female rods 300 are integrally formed, which is advantageous for improving the use strength of the tool head.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the fixing body 200 is detachably connected to the connecting body 400. Like this, because the tool head is formed by a plurality of parts equipment, if certain part damages, only need to change corresponding part can, need not change whole tool head, improved the availability of tool head by a wide margin to save use cost.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the fixing body 200 includes a screw 210, a fixing portion 220 and a clamping portion 230, the fixing portion 220 is detachably connected to the clamping portion 230, the clamping portion 230 is provided with a locking hole 231 and a clamping groove 232, and the clamping groove 232 is screwed with the locking hole 231 through the screw 210 to clamp and adjust the connecting body 400. Further, the clamping portion 230 includes a first clamping block 233 and a second clamping block 234, the first clamping block 233 and the second clamping block 234 are spaced apart from each other and enclose to form a clamping groove 232, and the locking hole 231 penetrates through the first clamping block 233 and the second clamping block 234. During installation, an operator only needs to insert the screw 210 into the locking hole 231, rotate the screw 210, and adjust the distance between the first clamping block 233 and the second clamping block 234, so as to adjust the size of the clamping groove 232, thereby achieving clamping installation of the connector 400. So set up, not only make things convenient for the installation and the dismantlement of fixed body 200 and connector 400, can also simplify processing structure, reduced the processing cost, be favorable to the production of product.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, a first receding groove 2331 is formed in a side of the first clamping block 233 close to the fixing portion 220, and a second receding groove 2341 is formed in a side of the second clamping block 234 close to the fixing portion 220. The fixing portion 220 has a plurality of internal screw holes 221 for connecting an external pressure device at an end thereof away from the connecting body 400, and a fastening groove 222 for fastening the external pressure device is formed on the periphery of the fixing portion 220. Through the arrangement of the first and second abdicating grooves 2331 and 2341, a space is reserved for the deformation of the first and second clamping blocks 233 and 234, so that the adjusting space of the clamping groove 232 is increased, and the applicability of the fixing body 200 is improved. The fixing body 200 is prevented from moving by fixedly connecting the screw hole 221 with an external pressure device; in addition, the clamping groove 222 is arranged, so that the clamping groove can be clamped and fixed with an external pressure device, the normal output of pressure is ensured, and the normal use of the fixing body 200 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the soldering body 100 further includes a soldering head 130, the soldering head 130, and the soldering surface 110 is disposed on an end of the soldering head 130 away from the connecting body 400. Thus, welding head 130 is a main consumable, and when welding head 130 is too worn to be repaired, only welding head 130 needs to be replaced, which is also beneficial to saving use cost.
Further, in an embodiment, the area of the cross section of the welding face 110 is smaller than the area of the cross section of the fixing body 200. When the area of the cross section of the fixing body 200 is far greater than the area of the cross section of the welding surface 110, that is, the fixing body 200 serves as a large blocking piece, the ultrasonic energy can be effectively prevented from being transmitted to the outside, so that the ultrasonic energy is mainly transmitted in the direction of the welding surface 110, the welding temperature of the welding surface is favorably improved, and the welding efficiency and quality are ensured.
Further, in an embodiment, the welding surface 110 is provided with a welding insection, and the welding insection has a shape of one of a stripe shape and a reticulate pattern shape. It should be noted that the shape of the welding insection includes, but is not limited to, stripe shape, mesh shape, etc., for example, straight stripe shape, cross-hatched circle shape, straight dot shape, and is not limited herein.
EXAMPLE III

The ultrasonic welding device comprises two amplitude transformer rods 20, two transducers 30 and the full-wavelength ultrasonic tool head 10, wherein one female rod 300, the amplitude transformer rods 20 and the transducers 30 are sequentially connected, and the other female rod 300, the amplitude transformer rods 20 and the transducers 30 are sequentially connected.
Compared with the prior art, the full-wavelength ultrasonic tool head and the ultrasonic welding device provided by the embodiment of the invention have the beneficial effects that: increase supersound instrument head through setting up two connectors, make the overall length of supersound instrument head be the twice of half-wave length's length, utilize the characteristic that the ultrasonic wave propagated in the medium, the biggest energy that can produce when crest and trough has improved the conversion efficiency of energy, has not only solved the problem that half-wave length supersound instrument head can't reach the effect of full weld, still improves holistic production efficiency to fine compensatied the limitation that half-wave length supersound instrument head used.
All possible combinations of the above-described features are described, but the combination of features should not be considered as being inconsistent with each other.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
