The application provides a milling insert and a milling cutter with fast-forward and square shoulders, wherein the milling insert comprises a body; the outer wall of the body is provided with fast feeding milling surfaces and square shoulder milling surfaces which are alternately arranged around the first direction; the two adjacent fast feeding milling surfaces are respectively connected with the square shoulder milling surface through the cambered surfaces; the end surface of the body is respectively provided with a cutting edge before fast feeding to the milling surface and the square shoulder milling surface. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the fast feed milling surface and the square shoulder milling surface are arranged on the body simultaneously, so that the fast feed cutting edge and the square shoulder cutting edge are formed on the end surface of the body, and therefore, during processing, fast feed milling can be performed, and simultaneously, square shoulder milling can be performed, so that the square shoulder milling process is avoided after the fast feed milling process is completed; the processing efficiency is greatly improved, and the processing cost is reduced.

With continuous progress and development of the manufacturing industry, customers have continuously improved requirements on efficiency, fast forward milling and square shoulder milling usually occupy two links with the longest processing time, not only affects the processing efficiency, but also increases the cost of products, and the problem of how to shorten the processing time needs to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art, it would be desirable to provide a milling insert and a milling tool having both a fast forward and a square shoulder.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a milling insert with both a fast forward and a square shoulder, comprising a body; the outer wall of the body is provided with fast feeding milling surfaces and square shoulder milling surfaces which are alternately arranged around the first direction; the two adjacent fast feeding milling surfaces are connected with the square shoulder milling surface through arc surfaces respectively; and cutting edges are respectively formed on the end surface of the body and before the fast feeding milling surface and the square shoulder milling surface.
Further, the cutting edge comprises a fast feed cutting edge and a square shoulder cutting edge; the fast feeding cutting edge is positioned at the butt joint of the fast feeding milling surface and the body; the square shoulder cutting edge is positioned at the butt joint of the square shoulder milling surface and the body.
Furthermore, included angles between the fast feed cutting edge and the adjacent two square shoulder cutting edges are respectively alpha and beta; the alpha is 10-15 degrees; the beta is 88-92 degrees.

Referring to fig. 1, in a first aspect, the present embodiment provides a milling insert with both fast forward and square shoulders, including a body 100; the cross section of the body 100 is polygonal, and fast feeding milling surfaces 120 and square shoulder milling surfaces 130 which are alternately arranged are arranged on the outer wall around the first direction; the end surface of the body 100 is an inclined surface; the bevel is disposed in a first direction forming a cutting edge with the fast feed milling surface 120 and the square shoulder milling surface 130, respectively.

Preferably, the included angles between the fast feed cutting edge 121 and the adjacent two square shoulder cutting edges 131 are respectively alpha and beta; wherein alpha is more than or equal to 10 degrees and less than or equal to 15 degrees, and beta is more than or equal to 88 degrees and less than or equal to 92 degrees.
Preferably, the included angles between the square shoulder cutting edge 131 and two adjacent fast feed cutting blades 121 are also α and β, respectively, so that the fast feed cutting blades 121 and the square shoulder cutting edge 131 can enclose a closed annular structure.
In a preferred embodiment, further comprises reinforcing ribs 140; the reinforcing rib 140 is located at an end of the body 100, connected between the body 100 and the fast feed cutting edge 121, and serves to increase the strength of the fast feed cutting edge 121, thereby increasing the lifespan.
Referring further to fig. 2, in a second aspect, the present embodiment provides a milling cutter including a milling insert having both a fast forward and a square shoulder, including a cutter body 200; the cutter body 200 is provided with a mounting groove 210 corresponding to the body 100; the body 100 is connected with the mounting groove 210 by bolts 220, wherein a set of fast feed cutting edges 121 and square shoulder cutting edges 131 are located at the end of the cutter body 200 for machining; the cutter body 200 is provided with a limiting surface corresponding to the end of the body 100 away from the work, for limiting the relative rotation of the body 100.
Preferably, the body 100 is provided with a mounting hole 110 corresponding to the bolt 220; the mounting hole 110 is located at the middle of the body 100, and the axial direction is parallel to the first direction.

The milling insert with both fast forward and square shoulder as claimed in claim 1, wherein said cutting edges comprise a fast forward cutting edge (121) and a square shoulder cutting edge (131); the fast feeding cutting edge (121) is positioned at the joint of the fast feeding milling surface (120) and the body (100); the square shoulder cutting edge (131) is positioned at the butt joint of the square shoulder milling surface (130) and the body (100).

The milling insert with both fast feed and square shoulder as set forth in claim 2, characterized in that the included angles between the fast feed cutting edge (121) and the adjacent two square shoulder cutting edges (131) are α and β, respectively; the alpha is 10-15 degrees; the beta is 88-92 degrees.
4. The milling insert with both fast forward and square shoulders as claimed in claim 3, wherein the included angle between said square shoulder cutting edge (131) and two adjacent fast forward cutting edges (121) is also said α and β, respectively.
5. The milling insert with both fast forward and square shoulder as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a stiffener (140); the reinforcing rib (140) is located at an end of the body (100) and connected between the body (100) and the fast feed cutting blade (121).

A milling tool comprising a milling insert with both fast forward and square shoulders as claimed in any of claims 1-5, characterized by a body (200); the cutter body (200) is provided with a mounting groove (210) corresponding to the body (100); the body (100) is connected with the mounting groove (210) through a bolt (220).
7. The milling tool according to claim 6, characterized in that the body (100) is provided with mounting holes (110) corresponding to the bolts (220); the mounting hole (110) is located in the middle of the body (100), and the axis direction is parallel to the first direction.
