Abstract
The soil restoration and detection all-in-one machine comprises a main body, wherein the main body is provided with a treatment cavity, the treatment cavity defines a feeding hole and a discharging hole, soil enters the treatment cavity through the feeding hole, and is transferred through the discharging hole after being treated. The soil restoration and detection all-in-one machine comprises a soil treatment assembly, at least one transmission assembly, a medicament adding piece, a soil detection piece and a control piece. 1. Soil restoration detects all-in-one, its characterized in that, soil restoration detects all-in-one and includes:
the soil treatment device comprises a main body, a plurality of soil treatment devices and a plurality of soil treatment devices, wherein the main body is provided with a treatment cavity, the treatment cavity defines a feeding hole and a discharging hole, and soil enters the treatment cavity through the feeding hole to be repaired and then is transferred through the discharging hole;
a soil treatment assembly including a first stage treatment member disposed in the treatment chamber;
the conveying assembly comprises a first conveying piece, the first conveying piece extends from the processing cavity to the discharge hole to form a first bearing part, and the first conveying piece is driven to move from the feed hole to the extension direction of the discharge hole;
the agent adding part is arranged at a station adjacent to the first-stage treatment part and can spray a repairing agent into the treatment cavity so as to add the repairing agent into the soil in the treatment cavity;
the soil detection piece is arranged at the position, close to the discharge hole, of the main body and can detect soil, so that the soil detection piece does not need to be additionally transported to a laboratory for detection;
and the soil detection part, the soil treatment part, the conveying part and the medicament adding part are controllably connected to the control part, so that the data of the repaired soil detected by the soil detection part is analyzed, and the conveying speed of the conveying part and the amount of the repairing medicament added by the medicament adding part are controlled by the control part.
2. The soil remediation and testing machine of claim 1 wherein the soil testing element is implemented as a soil testing machine.
3. The soil remediation and detection all-in-one machine of claim 1 or 2, wherein the soil treatment assembly further comprises a second stage treatment member, and the second stage treatment member is disposed at a station adjacent to the chemical adding member.
4. The soil remediation and testing all-in-one machine of claim 3, wherein the soil treatment assembly further comprises a dewatering auxiliary member disposed at a location adjacent the second treatment member, the dewatering auxiliary member comprising a dewatering member configured to remove moisture, the dewatering member being disposed in the treatment chamber.
5. The soil remediation and detection all-in-one machine of claim 4, wherein the dewatering auxiliary member further comprises a stirring member, and the stirring member is arranged on the dewatering member so that the dewatering member can stir while dewatering.
6. The soil remediation and inspection all-in-one machine of claim 5 wherein the conveyor assembly further comprises a second conveyor member, the second conveyor member defining a second load-bearing portion, the second conveyor member being arranged to be driveably movable from the de-watering assist member in a direction toward the discharge outlet.
7. The soil remediation and detection all-in-one machine of claim 6, further comprising a flow control member configured to control the flow of soil, the flow control member being mounted between the soil detection member and the dewatering aid member to ensure quantitative detection during detection.
8. The soil remediation and detection all-in-one machine according to claim 7, wherein the main body further has a transfer port formed in a side of the treatment chamber adjacent to the discharge port.
9. The soil remediation and detection all-in-one machine of claim 8 further comprising a transfer assist assembly, the transfer assist assembly being mounted between the transfer port and the feed port, the transfer assist assembly including a cover member and a transfer member, the cover member being movably mounted in the treatment chamber to control the transfer port and open and close, the transfer member being configured to drivably move from the transfer port to the feed port.
10. The soil remediation and testing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the covering member is implemented as a first baffle plate mounted to the body, the baffle plate being arranged to be movable along the transfer opening and the outfeed opening such that when soil is not detected properly, the first baffle plate is moved to the outfeed opening, the transfer opening is opened and soil is transferred through the transfer opening.
