The invention can clean the surface of the coop in the feeding process, reduce the concentration of dust generated by feeding in a henhouse, prevent respiratory diseases caused by dust infection, ensure the health of feeding personnel and poultry and improve the productivity of the poultry.

The invention has the advantages that:
the device can absorb the flying dust in the material scattering process, and further spreading of the flying dust is avoided to cause influence on poultry.
The device can clean the net surface of the coop by using the disc brush in the material scattering process, dirt on the coop can be treated in time, and the neatness of the coop is guaranteed.
And thirdly, the dust suction device is provided with a plurality of suction ports, so that the dust suction device can adapt to feeding raised dust with different layer heights to perform targeted dust suction.
The dust settling device is automatically controlled by a sensor, can be automatically opened when the dust concentration is too high, and can achieve the dust settling effect through spraying to assist dust removal, so that the dust removal automation is realized.

the cleaning device includes: a hinged base (12), an upper cleaning arm (13), a lower cleaning arm (14), a disc brush (15) and a motor (16);
the feeding travelling crane starts to spread materials, the upper cleaning arm (13) and the lower cleaning arm (14) are driven to move along with the travelling crane, a motor (16) positioned at the tail end of the lower cleaning arm is started, and a disc brush (15) is driven to rotate to clean the surface of the coop; meanwhile, a negative pressure fan (5) is started, negative pressure is generated at the suction port (1), raised dust generated by material scattering around the trough enters the suction port (1) due to the negative pressure, and then enters a dust storage box of the dust collection device through a hose (2), when the raised dust concentration is too high and the dust collection device cannot be completely removed, the dust concentration sensor (10) detects that the dust concentration exceeds a set threshold value, a signal is sent to the controller, the controller controls a water pump (8) to start running, water is sprayed out from a spray nozzle (6) through a spray rod (7) to form water mist, dust is further reduced, when the dust concentration in the air is reduced, the dust concentration is lower than the threshold value of the dust concentration sensor (10), the dust concentration sensor (10) sends a signal to the controller again, the controller controls the water pump (8) to stop working, and the mist spraying stops immediately. After the feeding travelling crane stops working, the negative pressure fan (5) stops, and dust in the dust storage box falls into the drawable dust collection drawer (3) and can be intensively cleaned.

the dust collection device comprises a suction port (1), a hose (2), a drawable dust collection drawer (3), a shell (4), a negative pressure fan (5) and a mounting bracket (11);
the dust falling device comprises a spray head (6), a spray rod (7), a water pump (8), a water tank (9) and a dust concentration sensor (10);
the cleaning device comprises a hinged base (12), an upper cleaning arm (13), a lower cleaning arm (14), a disc brush (15) and a motor (16);
the invention discloses a control method of dust collection and dust fall functions of a device, which comprises the following steps:
when the feeding travelling crane performs feeding work, the dust collection device and the dust concentration sensor (10) are started simultaneously to start to absorb raised dust generated by falling of the feed, the dust concentration value in the environment is monitored, when the dust concentration in the air is higher than a set threshold value, the dust concentration sensor (10) transmits a signal to the controller, the controller starts to start the water pump (8) to work, and the water pump (8) sprays water in the water tank (9) from the spray nozzle (6) through the spray rod (7) to form water mist for dust fall; when the dust concentration in the air is lower than the set threshold value, the dust concentration sensor (10) sends a signal to the controller again, the controller turns off the water pump (8), and the spraying is stopped.
