Specifically, the connection between the second power supply interface and the power supply, the connection between the first power supply interface and the power supply interface, the connection between the first network communication interface and the second network communication interface, and the connection between the first signal connection interface and the second signal connection interface are all connected through an aviation connector, so that the liquid preparation equipment 100 is electrically connected with the ultrafiltration equipment 200, and when the connection is disconnected, the interfaces can be sealed by using a sealing cover plate.
Preferably, in one embodiment, the liquid dispensing assembly comprises: the liquid mixing device comprises a liquid mixing bag 110, a liquid mixing box 130, a weighing module 160, a magnetic stirring module 170, a liquid mixing detection assembly and a detection electrode interface 140, wherein the liquid mixing bag 110 is arranged in the liquid mixing box 130 and is used for containing liquid; the liquid distribution box 130 is connected with the weighing module 160, and the weighing module 160 is used for measuring the total amount change of the prepared liquid in the liquid distribution bag 110; the bottom in the liquid preparation box 130 is provided with a magnetic stirring module 170 for uniformly stirring and mixing the prepared liquid; the liquid preparation detection component is arranged in the liquid preparation tank 130 and is used for detecting the state of the prepared liquid; the detection electrode interface 140 is used for connecting external devices, specifically, for connecting an electrode, a ph probe, a temperature detection probe, and a sampling interface.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the magnetic stirring module 170 includes a stirring pump (not shown), and a paddle (not shown) disposed in the liquid distribution box 130, and the stirring pump is connected to the paddle. The stirring pump drives the paddle to rotate, and liquid in the liquid distribution box is uniformly stirred.
Optionally, the liquid preparation control system further comprises a liquid preparation system control cabinet 120, and the liquid preparation system control cabinet 120 is disposed outside the liquid preparation tank 130 and is used for controlling and operating the liquid preparation apparatus 100 when used alone.

The diaphragm pump set provides flowing power for liquid in the pipe, the pressure sensor 220 is used for detecting pressure in the pipe, the flow meter is used for measuring flow in the pipe, and feedback signals are provided for controlling system flow, specifically, the flow meter 230 is an ultrasonic flow meter, and the pinch valve 240 is used for controlling the circulation or closing of the pipe.
Furthermore, one end of the liquid distribution pipeline is connected with the reflux section pipeline, and the other end of the liquid distribution pipeline is connected with the ultrafiltration section pipeline through the liquid distribution box 130; the return section pipeline also comprises a return pinch valve, and the permeation section pipeline also comprises a permeation pinch valve. The liquid enters the liquid distribution box 130 through the liquid distribution pipeline for preparation and uniform mixing, enters the ultrafiltration membrane package 250 through the ultrafiltration tube chariot after uniform mixing, and separates substances with different molecular weights or other impurities under the action of stable transmembrane pressure, wherein the small molecular substances flow out through the permeation section pipeline, and the rest of the large molecular substances flow back into the liquid distribution box 130 through the backflow section pipeline.
Optionally, the diaphragm pump set includes a first diaphragm pump and a second diaphragm pump 210, the first diaphragm pump is disposed at one end of the ultrafiltration section pipeline close to the liquid distribution pipeline, and the second diaphragm pump 210 is disposed at one end of the ultrafiltration section pipeline close to the ultrafiltration membrane 250. Liquid flows into the liquid distribution pipeline through the first diaphragm pump, enters the liquid distribution box 130 through the liquid distribution pipeline to be uniformly mixed, flows into the ultrafiltration tube chariot through the second diaphragm pump 210 after being uniformly mixed, enters the ultrafiltration membrane package 250 through the ultrafiltration tube chariot, and separates substances with different molecular weights or other impurities under the action of stable transmembrane pressure, wherein small molecular substances flow out through the permeation section pipeline, and other large molecular substances flow back into the liquid distribution box 130 through the backflow section pipeline.
In this embodiment, the ultrafiltration module further includes a backflow detection module 260, and the backflow detection module 260 is disposed on the backflow segment pipeline for detecting a liquid state of the backflow segment pipeline.
Preferably, the backflow detecting assembly 260 includes a conductivity detecting probe, an ultraviolet detecting probe, a temperature detecting probe and a PH detecting probe, and the conductivity detecting probe, the ultraviolet detecting probe, the temperature detecting probe and the PH detecting probe are respectively used for detecting the conditions of the liquid conductivity, the protein concentration, the temperature and the PH of the backflow segment pipeline.
Optionally, the ultrafiltration control system further comprises a control box 280, in order to reduce the volume of the ultrafiltration apparatus 200, the ultrafiltration module and the ultrafiltration tube 36738are arranged on the outer surface of the control box 280, and the upper side of the control box is provided with a touch screen 270, so that human-computer interaction is facilitated.
In the liquid preparation ultrafiltration device, the liquid preparation electrical connection assembly and the ultrafiltration electrical connection assembly can be electrically connected in a connection and disconnection manner, the liquid preparation pipeline and the ultrafiltration pipeline can be in fluid communication in a connection and disconnection manner, the liquid preparation equipment 100 and the ultrafiltration equipment 200 are detachably and mechanically connected through the connection device 300, when the liquid preparation electrical connection assembly is electrically connected with the ultrafiltration electrical connection assembly, the liquid preparation pipeline and the ultrafiltration pipeline are connected to enable the fluid to be communicated, and the liquid preparation equipment 100 and the ultrafiltration equipment 200 are mechanically connected through the connection device 300, the liquid preparation equipment 100 and the ultrafiltration equipment 200 can be combined for use to form liquid preparation ultrafiltration integrated equipment, at the moment, the liquid preparation system becomes a prepositive process of an ultrafiltration system, and the convenient and rapid combined application of the two systems is realized; when the liquid preparation electrical connection assembly is electrically disconnected from the ultrafiltration electrical connection assembly, the liquid preparation pipeline is disconnected from the ultrafiltration pipeline, and the liquid preparation equipment 100 and the ultrafiltration equipment 200 are mechanically disconnected through the connection device 300, the liquid preparation equipment 100 and the ultrafiltration equipment 200 can be used independently, so that the dual-purpose of one machine is realized. The liquid preparation ultrafiltration device can reduce the configuration quantity of production line equipment, improve the utilization rate of the equipment and reduce the operation cost.

1. A fluid dispensing ultrafiltration device, the fluid dispensing ultrafiltration device comprising:
the liquid preparation equipment comprises a liquid preparation electrical connecting assembly and a liquid preparation pipeline;
the ultrafiltration equipment comprises an ultrafiltration electrical connecting assembly and an ultrafiltration pipeline, the liquid preparation electrical connecting assembly is electrically connected with the ultrafiltration electrical connecting assembly in a switching and connecting mode, and the liquid preparation pipeline is in fluid communication with the ultrafiltration pipeline in a switching and connecting mode;
a connection means by which the liquid dispensing apparatus and the ultrafiltration apparatus are detachably mechanically connected.
2. The fluid-dispensing ultrafiltration device according to claim 1, wherein the fluid-dispensing apparatus further comprises a fluid-dispensing control system and a fluid-dispensing assembly, the fluid-dispensing control system is connected with the fluid-dispensing assembly, the fluid-dispensing electrical connection assembly is arranged on the fluid-dispensing control system, the fluid-dispensing pipeline is connected with the fluid-dispensing assembly, and the fluid-dispensing assembly is used for containing and stirring a fluid to be dispensed; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the ultrafiltration equipment further comprises an ultrafiltration control system and an ultrafiltration component, wherein the ultrafiltration control system is connected with the ultrafiltration component, the ultrafiltration electrical connection component is arranged in the ultrafiltration control system, the ultrafiltration pipeline is connected with the ultrafiltration component, and the ultrafiltration component is used for purifying the configured liquid.
3. The ultrafiltration device of claim 1, wherein the connection device comprises a signal recognition component, the liquid preparation equipment is plugged with the ultrafiltration equipment through the connection device, and the signal recognition component is used for detecting the connection state and feeding back a signal to the ultrafiltration control system.
4. The ultrafiltration device of claim 1, wherein the electrical connection assembly comprises a first power interface, a first network communication interface and a first signal connection interface, and the ultrafiltration electrical connection assembly comprises a second power interface, a power supply interface, a second network communication interface and a second signal connection interface, wherein the second power interface is used for connecting with a power supply, the first power interface is connected with the power supply interface, the first network communication interface is connected with the second network communication interface, and the first signal connection interface is connected with the second signal connection interface, so that the fluid preparation equipment is electrically connected with the ultrafiltration equipment; or the first power interface is used for being connected with a power supply, the first network communication interface is disconnected with the second network communication interface, and the first signal connection interface is disconnected with the second signal connection interface, so that the liquid preparation equipment is electrically disconnected with the ultrafiltration equipment.

The fluid-dispensing ultrafiltration device of claim 2, wherein the fluid-dispensing assembly comprises: the liquid mixing device comprises a liquid mixing bag, a liquid mixing box, a weighing module, a magnetic stirring module, a liquid mixing detection assembly and a detection electrode interface, wherein the liquid mixing bag is arranged in the liquid mixing box and is used for containing liquid to be mixed; the liquid distribution box is connected with the weighing module, and the weighing module is used for measuring the total amount change of the prepared liquid in the liquid distribution bag; the bottom in the liquid preparation box is provided with a magnetic stirring module for uniformly stirring and mixing the prepared liquid; the liquid preparation detection assembly is arranged in the liquid preparation box and used for detecting the state of the prepared liquid; the detection electrode interface is used for connecting external equipment.
6. The fluid mixing ultrafiltration device of claim 5, wherein the magnetic stirring module comprises a stirring pump and a paddle, wherein the paddle is disposed in the fluid mixing tank, and the stirring pump is connected to the paddle.

The liquid preparation ultrafiltration device according to claim 2, wherein the ultrafiltration pipeline comprises an ultrafiltration section pipeline, a reflux section pipeline and a permeation section pipeline, the ultrafiltration assembly comprises a membrane pump set, a pressure sensor, a flow meter, a pinch valve and an ultrafiltration membrane package, the ultrafiltration section pipeline, the reflux section pipeline and the permeation section pipeline are all connected with the ultrafiltration membrane package, and the membrane pump set, the pressure sensor, the flow meter and the pinch valve are all arranged on the ultrafiltration section pipeline.

The fluid-dispensing ultrafiltration device according to claim 7, wherein one end of the fluid-dispensing pipeline is connected with the return section pipeline, and the other end of the fluid-dispensing pipeline is connected with the ultrafiltration section pipeline through the fluid-dispensing tank; the backflow section pipeline further comprises a backflow pinch valve, and the permeation section pipeline further comprises a permeation pinch valve.

The fluid-dispensing ultrafiltration device of claim 7, wherein the membrane pump set comprises a first membrane pump and a second membrane pump, the first membrane pump is disposed at an end of the ultrafiltration section pipeline close to the fluid-dispensing pipeline, and the second membrane pump is disposed at an end of the ultrafiltration section pipeline close to the ultrafiltration membrane.
10. The fluid-dispensing ultrafiltration device of claim 7, wherein the ultrafiltration module further comprises a backflow detection module disposed in the backflow segment conduit for detecting a fluid condition of the backflow segment conduit.
