A filter belt type superfine grating machine is provided with an integral frame and is characterized in that a speed reducing motor is fixedly arranged at the top end of the integral frame, a slag supporting plate transmission mechanism and a filter belt transmission mechanism are arranged in the integral frame, a driving device is respectively arranged between the speed reducing motor and the slag supporting plate transmission mechanism and between the speed reducing motor and the filter belt transmission mechanism, the slag supporting plate transmission mechanism is provided with a transmission chain, a transmission chain wheel and a driven chain wheel, and a slag supporting plate is fixedly arranged on the transmission chain; the filter belt transmission mechanism is provided with a filter belt, a driving roller and a guide roller; the driving device between the speed reducing motor and the slag supporting plate transmission mechanism is a chain driving mechanism, the chain driving mechanism is provided with a first main driving chain wheel, a driving chain and a slag supporting plate driving chain wheel, the first main driving chain wheel is connected with the speed reducing motor, and the slag supporting plate driving chain wheel and the driving chain wheel of the slag supporting plate transmission mechanism are connected and fixed on the same chain wheel shaft; the driving device between the speed reducing motor and the filter belt transmission mechanism is a filter belt driving mechanism, the filter belt driving mechanism is provided with a chain wheel, a second main driving chain wheel, a filter belt driving chain wheel and a transmission chain wheel, the second main driving chain wheel is connected with the speed reducing motor, and the filter belt driving chain wheel is fixedly connected with the driving roller; the filter belt driving chain wheel and the upper part of the outer side of the filter belt driving chain form external meshing driving; the transmission chain is arranged on the outer side of the filter belt, and the transmission chain and the slag supporting plate in the middle of the filter belt and the filter belt form a pocket-shaped space to synchronously and circularly operate upwards.

The filter belt type ultrafine grating machine of claim 1, wherein the filter belt transmission mechanism is provided with a filter belt deviation rectifying device, the filter belt deviation rectifying device is provided with a deviation rectifying guide roller, two deviation rectifying switches and two deviation rectifying cylinders, the two deviation rectifying switches are respectively arranged on two sides of the filter belt, the deviation rectifying cylinders are connected with the deviation rectifying guide roller, and the deviation rectifying switches control the deviation rectifying cylinders.

The filter belt type ultrafine grating machine according to claim 2, wherein the filter belt transmission mechanism is provided with a filter belt tensioning device, the filter belt tensioning device is provided with a tensioning roller, a tensioning cylinder and a rotary swing arm, the tensioning cylinder is connected with the rotary swing arm, and the rotary swing arm is connected with the tensioning roller.

The filter-belt-type ultrafine screening machine according to claim 2, further comprising a solid slag upper end conveying mechanism, wherein the solid slag upper end conveying mechanism is provided with a scraper driving sprocket and a rotary conveying scraper, and the scraper driving sprocket and the rotary conveying scraper are fixedly connected to the same transmission shaft; the rotary conveying scraper blade is connected with the deviation rectifying guide roller, and the filter belt is arranged between the rotary conveying scraper blade and the deviation rectifying guide roller to run.
