The method of claim 1, wherein the AR device further comprises a motion capture system, the motion capture system comprises motion sensors disposed on the limbs and trunk of the swimmer and moving with the swimmer, the motion capture system collects the actual motion posture information of the swimmer and sends the information to the storage unit for storage, and the actual motion posture information is further transmitted to the main control unit and displays a virtual image of the actual motion posture through the AR display unit.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the AR display unit is a projection system, and the projection system projects the virtual frame directly to the swimmer's eyes.
