The method for swimming using AR according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the AR device further comprises a sensor unit, the sensor unit comprises a temperature sensor, an acceleration sensor and a pressure sensor, the temperature sensor monitors the water temperature, the acceleration sensor monitors the speed of the swimmer, the pressure sensor monitors the pressure in the depth of the water where the swimmer is located, the information monitored by the sensor unit is transmitted to the main control unit, and the main control unit displays the information to the swimmer through the AR display unit.
6. Method for swimming with AR according to claim 5, wherein the sensor unit further comprises a heart rate sensor monitoring the real-time heart rate of the swimmer, the information detected by the heart rate sensor being displayed to the swimmer in real-time by the AR display unit.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the storage unit further stores interactive scenes, and the main control unit retrieves the interactive scenes and displays the interactive scenes to the swimmer through the AR display unit.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the AR device is further provided with a camera for capturing live action.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the AR device further comprises a motion capture system, the motion capture system comprises motion sensors disposed on the limbs and trunk of the swimmer and moving with the swimmer, the motion capture system collects the actual motion posture information of the swimmer and sends the information to the storage unit for storage, and the actual motion posture information is further transmitted to the main control unit and displays a virtual image of the actual motion posture through the AR display unit.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the AR display unit is a projection system, and the projection system projects the virtual frame directly to the swimmer's eyes.
