The invention discloses a fragrant, comfortable, non-irritant and mosquito-repellent floral water containing diethyltoluamide and a preparation method thereof, wherein the mosquito-repellent floral water comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of deet, 50-65 parts of alcohol, 20-25 parts of deionized water, 13-22 parts of plant extract, 3-5 parts of butanediol and 3-5 parts of bisabolol. The invention relates to the technical field of mosquito-repellent floral water processing, and particularly provides a fragrant, comfortable and non-irritant mosquito-repellent floral water containing deet and having higher safety and excellent mosquito-repellent effect, and a preparation method thereof.
