Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a wheelchair which is convenient for a paralyzed patient to sit or get to bed.
Background
The patients with the hemiparalysis and the lower limb paralysis need to use the wheelchair to meet the requirements of daily activities and trips. However, the patients with hemiplegia or paraplegia have poor mobility, so that the patients need the help of accompanying personnel or family members when sitting on a car, going to bed and having a rest, and the accompanying personnel or family members generally hold the patients with paralysis to transfer the patients to the bed or the car, which is laborious, and the patients with hemiplegia easily bump into the top of the car or the edge of the bed body, so that the patients receive secondary injuries.
Patent No. CN201910699515.8 discloses a patent of the same day invention named as a safety wheelchair capable of easily performing the operation of transferring human body between beds or family cars, the armrest and backrest of the device can both rotate to make the whole wheelchair spread out, and the armrest backrest and the wheelchair seat are both equipped with rolling bars to reduce the resistance when the human body is pushed to transfer, thereby reducing the difficulty of getting on or getting on the bed for the paralyzed patient.
However, the wheelchair device is still very inconvenient for the paralyzed patient to use when the paralyzed patient is sitting in the vehicle. Firstly, when a paralyzed patient is transferred between a vehicle and a wheelchair, the paralyzed patient needs to lie flat and enter the vehicle in a head entering mode, the posture of the patient is adjusted to lie flat before getting on the vehicle, the posture of the patient is adjusted to a sitting posture again after getting on the vehicle, the patient is adjusted back and forth between the lying posture and the sitting posture, the difficulty of adjusting the posture of the patient by a caregiver in the vehicle is high, and the operation is complicated. Secondly, when the paralyzed patient is pushed on the unfolded wheelchair, the position of the wheelchair relative to the vehicle needs to be further fixed by using a human body safety belt, the fixing mode of the belt is not firm enough, the wheelchair can still move, and the patient still collides with the frame edge in the process of pushing the patient to move into the vehicle on the wheelchair, so that the safety is low. Thirdly, the whole structure of the wheelchair is complex, for example, the device uses a plurality of rolling bars as supporting bars in the moving process of the human body to reduce the pushing resistance of the patient, but the arrangement of the rolling bars on the wheelchair makes the structure of the wheelchair complex, and the weight of the wheelchair becomes large, so that the wheelchair is inconvenient to carry and the comfort level is reduced, and the discomfort is obvious when the patient is pushed to move on the rolling bars.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a wheelchair which is used for facilitating getting on and off of a paralyzed patient, and a caregiver can directly push a wheelchair cushion onto a seat in a vehicle or push the paralyzed patient and the wheelchair cushion onto the wheelchair of the invention from the inside of the vehicle so as to facilitate getting on or off of the paralyzed patient and solve the problems.
