Description

Child enuresis monitoring and nursing system based on big data
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical treatment, in particular to a child enuresis monitoring and nursing system based on big data.
Background
The occurrence of urination is a nervous activity involving multiple reflexes, which requires the simultaneous participation of autonomic nerves and motor nerves, wherein the hypogastric nerves and pelvic nerves have the functions of innervating the bladder, urethra, detrusor muscle and internal sphincter of urethra, which conduct different nerve signals through nerve fibers to control the contraction and relaxation of the detrusor muscle and the internal sphincter of urethra and complete the whole process of urine storage and urination.
Children enuresis is a common disease which endangers physical and mental health of children, enuresis is a field which is usually clinically related but not deeply researched, most people think that enuresis does not cause death and harm physical health of people, and can self-heal a small disease along with the increase of age, in fact, some symptoms of enuresis gradually disappear along with the increase of the age of a child patient, but a part of the child patient suffers from enuresis till the adult, and a large number of researches find that enuresis not only brings physical diseases such as restricted physical development and memory decline to the child patient, but also causes abnormal psychological problems such as shyness, reclassification, self-mutism and the like to the child. The pathogenesis of the enuresis is indefinite and the harm awareness of the enuresis is insufficient for many years, so parents do not pay attention to or feel shy at the hospitalization, or patients see a doctor but clinicians cannot give a correct and effective treatment method, so that part of children patients cannot be treated effectively, the pathogenesis of the enuresis is complex, the dyssomnia is related to sleep arousal disorder, night secretion deficiency of antidiuretic hormone, bladder dysfunction, recessive spina bifida and genetic factors, the enuresis causes serious psychological behavior influence on the children patients, wherein the influence on boys is more than that on girls, bad dietary habits and the eating of fruits containing much water before sleep are inducement of the enuresis, the nocturnal enuresis can be aggravated, the enuresis caused by the dyssomnia, the night secretion deficiency of antidiuretic hormone at night, the bladder dysfunction, the recessive spina bifida and the genetic factors needs to nurse the children after the nocturnal enuresis during the treatment period of the enuresis of the children patients, the nocturnal enuresis schedule of the infant is required to be established through statistics and record of the nocturnal enuresis time period of the infant during treatment, and the infant is actively awakened to urinate independently at night according to the nocturnal enuresis schedule of the infant, so that the conscious urination controlled by a cerebral cortex is established when the bladder of the infant is full at night in an auxiliary mode, but no device capable of monitoring the nocturnal enuresis time period of the infant in real time and nursing the infant after enuresis is available in the existing treatment scheme of children enuresis.
