Abstract
本发明公开了一种加热感温护膝,包括护膝本体,嵌入式功能袋和控制器,所述嵌入式功能袋可拆卸装配于所述护膝本体上,所述嵌入式功能袋包括与所述控制器电连接的加热装置;所述加热装置为柔性加热元件,所述柔性加热元件由从下到上依次设置的基底、加热感温层以及覆盖织物复合而成,所述加热感温层包括二次处理碳化织物、绝缘设置在所述二次处理碳化织物表面的温度传感器以及与所述二次处理碳化织物电连接的两个电极。本发明采用柔性加热元件实现加热,稳定性强,不易损坏,从而降低造成安全隐患的概率,且能很好地贴合人体,同时,通过湿度传感器和温度传感器可直观清楚地了解到此时此刻人体膝盖处的健康指标。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能性织物技术领域,特别是涉及一种加热感温护膝。
背景技术
传统的护膝一般通过增加护膝厚度,实现保暖或者增加支撑结构,缓解膝盖承重压力,各种功能相互独立,成效单一,不能满足人们的诸多健康需求。部分保暖护膝能起到普通多功能的作用,但是护膝自身不能发热,长时间在寒冷的环境中工作时,也无法达到人们理想的多功能的效果。
随着科技的发展和人们环保养生意识的提高,人们对护膝的个性化需求也日益提高。目前,市场上出现了很多护膝,常见的一种为电加热护膝,可以自身发热,达到人们想要的多功能效果,而且还可以利用具有远红外波的材料辅助热疗。但是这些电热护膝通常采用金属加热丝实现加热,稳定性差,容易造成安全隐患,并且不能很好地贴合人体,也不能很直观清楚地了解到此时此刻人体膝盖处的健康指标。另外一种功能性护膝常运用外部加固膝关节部件的原理,增加膝关节压力,减少部件磨损,起到保护膝盖的作用。而该类型护膝无法准确感知使用人群在具体场景中的压力需求,导致实际应用环境单一,无法满足人们个性化的多重健康需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的稳定性差、容易造成安全隐患、实际应用环境单一的问题,而提供一种加热感温护膝。
为实现本发明的目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种加热感温护膝,包括护膝本体、嵌入式功能袋和控制器,所述嵌入式功能袋可拆卸装配于所述护膝本体上,所述嵌入式功能袋内设置受控制器控制的加热装置;
所述加热装置为柔性加热元件,所述柔性加热元件由从下到上依次设置的基底、加热感温层以及覆盖织物复合而成,所述加热感温层包括二次处理碳化织物、绝缘设置在所述二次处理碳化织物表面的温度传感器以及与所述二次处理碳化织物电连接的两个电极,所述温度传感器和所述电极与所述控制器电连接。
在上述技术方案中,所述嵌入式功能袋内还设有按摩装置、压力传感器或湿度传感器的一种或多种,所述护膝本体包括内层和外层,所述内层和外层的外周密封连接,充气装置给所述内层和外层之间的腔体充气;
所述外层的外侧设置有温致变色区域,所述内层的内侧设置有固定袋用以固定所述嵌入式功能袋,所述固定袋设置有可粘合式开口。
在上述技术方案中,所述控制器包括三个开关、电源模块、显示器和微处理器;
所述电源模块分别与所述按摩装置、加热装置、充气装置、温度传感器、湿度传感器、压力传感器、显示器和微处理器电连接;
所述温度传感器、压力传感器和湿度传感器电连接分别与所述微处理器电连接以反馈信号,所述温度传感器、压力传感器和湿度传感器与显示器电连接以显示温度、湿度和压力;
所述三个开关分别为加热调节开关、充气调节开关和按摩调节开关,所述电源模块与加热装置的连接电路上设有所述加热调节开关、所述电源模块与充气装置的连接电路上设有所述充气调节开关,所述电源模块与按摩装置的连接电路上设有所述按摩调节开关。
在上述技术方案中,所述电源模块内置可拆卸柔性电池,所述控制器的下端有USB端口以给所述可拆卸柔性电池充电。
在上述技术方案中,所述压力传感器置于所述加热装置的上层,每一个所述开关均采用三极管,三极管的基极通过限流电阻R与微处理器的相连,三极管的发射极与电源模块连接,三极管的集电极与对应的加热装置、充气装置以及按摩装置连接并且最终接到电源模块的负极。
在上述技术方案中,所述按摩装置包括三个按摩电机,分别对应人体膝盖内膝眼穴、外膝眼穴、鹤顶穴三个位置设置。
在上述技术方案中,所述二次碳化处理织物通过以下方法制备:
步骤1,将织物进行预处理,然后将预处理后的织物进行高温碳化处理,得到碳化织物;
步骤2,使用聚合物或聚合物的溶液涂覆或真空浸泡所述碳化织物,干燥后得到聚合物/碳化织物;
步骤3,采用激光扫描得到二次处理碳化织物;或者,将所述聚合物/碳化织物再次高温碳化处理后再用聚合物或聚合物的溶液涂覆或真空浸泡并干燥得到二次处理碳化织物;
所述电极通过以下步骤设置:
在步骤3得到的所述二次处理碳化织物的表面设置两个电极,将温度传感器绝缘置于所述二次处理碳化织物的表面,制得加热感温层;
或者,在步骤1得到的碳化织物表面设置两个电极,然后再进行所述步骤2和步骤3,完成步骤3后,将温度传感器绝缘置于所述二次处理碳化织物的表面,制得加热感温层;
两个所述电极分别通过导线与所述电源模块电连接。
在上述技术方案中,所述步骤1中所述预处理的方法为将织物在丙酮中超声处理0.5-1h后,用无水乙醇和蒸馏水清洗织物以去除有机物质和杂质,再用蒸馏水超声10-20min,然后在60-80℃下烘干4-8h备用;所述高温炭化处理的装置为管式炉,碳化温度为800-1200℃,升温速率为3-5℃/min,保温时间为1-2h,碳化过程持续通入氮气或氩气,所述步骤1和步骤3中干燥条件为80℃真空干燥2h,所述步骤2中,所述聚合物为热塑性聚氨酯、水性聚氨酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷或铂催化硅橡胶中的一种时,所述步骤3采用激光扫描所述聚合物/碳化织物,优选的,激光扫描的功率为1kw,激光扫描的速度为3mm/s,激光扫描的频率为16hz;
所述步骤2中所述聚合物为可碳化聚合物时,优选的,所述可碳化聚合物为聚丙烯腈,所述步骤3采用将聚合物/碳化织物高温碳化处理后用聚合物溶液涂覆或真空浸泡。
当所述聚合物为热塑性聚氨酯时,所述聚合物的溶液为热塑性聚氨酯的质量分数为2%-8%的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液,热塑性聚氨酯的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液通过以下方法制备:将热塑性聚氨酯和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺混合后在60-80℃的磁力搅拌水浴锅中连续搅拌8-10h,得到所述热塑性聚氨酯的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液;所述步骤2采用多次浸渍-干燥法,将所述碳化织物浸泡在热塑性聚氨酯溶液中3-5min,然后取出置于玻璃板上在70-80℃下干燥3-5min,重复此步骤3次,然后将浸渍完热塑性聚氨酯的碳化织物在70-80℃下真空干燥2-4h,制得热塑性聚氨酯/碳化织物;
当所述聚合物为水性聚氨酯时,所述步骤2为使用涂膜机采取一面刮涂、一面不刮涂的方式,将所述水性聚氨酯刮涂在所述碳化织物表面,所述水性聚氨酯固化后得到水性聚氨酯/碳化织物,设置所述电极时,将所述电极设置在未刮涂水性聚氨酯的一面,温度传感器也设置在未刮涂水性聚氨酯的一面;
当所述聚合物为当所述铂催化硅橡胶时,所述步骤2采用涂覆或蘸取的方式将所述铂催化硅橡胶与所述碳化织物结合,在滴胶模具中固化后得到铂催化硅橡胶/碳化织物。
所述电极为紫铜铜箔或聚酰亚胺膜封装的铜箔,所述电极通过导电银胶粘合在所述二次处理碳化织物或碳化织物上,所述电极与所述二次处理碳化织物或碳化织物电连接;
所述温度传感器与所述二次处理碳化织物绝缘连接,所述温度传感器的温敏材料为温度敏感油墨,所述温度传感器的温敏层采用点胶、刮涂或旋涂的工艺在聚酰亚胺膜上制备,所述电极采用丝网印刷导电银浆的方式制备。
在上述技术方案中,所述护膝本体还包括粘结带,所述粘结带为两个,两个所述粘结带分别位于所述护膝本体的左右两端,两个所述粘结带可相互粘贴固定。
在上述技术方案中,所述嵌入式功能袋的袋体外设置保护外层,所述保护外层包括防水层和阻燃层,所述阻燃层设置在袋体的外侧,所述防水层设置在阻燃层的外侧。
在上述技术方案中,所述加热感温护膝还包括无线通讯模块,所述的无线通讯模块为ZIGBEE、NFC、WIFI或蓝牙通讯模块,所述控制器通过无线通讯模块与远程控制端通讯连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明采用柔性加热元件实现加热,稳定性强,不易损坏,从而降低造成安全隐患的概率,且能很好地贴合人体,同时,通过湿度传感器和温度传感器可直观清楚地了解到此时此刻人体膝盖处的健康指标。
2.本发明通过压力传感器和充气装置增加膝关节压力,减少部件磨损,起到保护膝盖的作用。可准确感知使用人群在具体场景中的压力需求,实际应用环境多元化,可满足人们个性化的多重健康需求。
3.本发明的护膝安全舒适,能够自动控温、测温、测湿、测压,调压,本发明的按摩装置、压力装置和加热装置协同作用可以更好的保护人的膝盖,集多种功能于一体。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种加热感温护膝,如图1所示,包括护膝本体1、嵌入式功能袋2和控制器3,所述护膝本体1包括内层、外层和两个粘结带4,一个所述粘结带4位于所述护膝本体1外层的左端,另一个所述粘结带4位于所述护膝本体1的内层的右端,两个所述粘结带4可相互粘贴固定,从而将所述护膝本体1固定在膝盖上,贴合膝盖,所述护膝本体1的材质为抗菌和单向导湿弹性面料。
所述加热装置15为基于碳化织物进行制备的柔性加热元件,所述柔性加热元件由从下到上依次设置的基底25、加热感温层26以及覆盖织物21复合而成,所述加热感温层26包括二次处理碳化织物24、绝缘设置在所述二次处理碳化织物24表面的温度传感器16以及与所述二次处理碳化织物24电连接的两个电极23,两个电极23和所述温度传感器16与所述控制器3电连接。
所述嵌入式功能袋2包括袋体,所述加热装置15设置在所述袋体内,所述袋体的尺寸需完全覆盖膝盖和加热装置15的大小,所述袋体外设置保护外层,所述保护外层的包括防水层13和阻燃层14,所述阻燃层14设置在袋体的外侧,所述防水层13设置在阻燃层14的外侧。所述内层设置有固定袋用以固定所述嵌入式功能袋2,所述固定袋设置有可粘合式开口11。
如图2-3所示,所述嵌入式功能袋2的袋体内还包括按摩装置、压力传感器17或湿度传感器18的一种或多种。所述内层和外层的外周密封连接,中间形成腔体,所述护膝本体1上设有充气装置5,所述充气装置5包括微型充气机,所述充气装置5给所述内层和外层之间的腔体充气,充气后护膝给人体膝盖施加压力,增加膝关节压力。所述充气装置5和压力传感器17使嵌入式功能袋3具有测压调压功能,所述按摩装置包括3个按摩电机19,分别对应放置在人体膝盖内膝眼穴、外膝眼穴、鹤顶穴三个位置。
所述控制器3包括三个开关、电源模块6、显示器7和微处理器20,所述三个开关分别为加热调节开关8、充气调节开关9和按摩调节开关10,电源模块6通过三个开关、导线与嵌入式功能袋2内的加热装置15、按摩装置和充气装置5电连接,所述开关可调节各功能档位。
所述电源模块6与加热装置15的连接电路上设有加热调节开关8、所述电源模块6与充气装置5的连接电路上设有充气调节开关9,所述电源模块6与按摩装置的连接电路上设有按摩调节开关10,所述按摩调节开关10可调整所述按摩电机19震动幅度。
每一个所述开关均采用三极管,所述三极管工作原理如图5所示。三极管的基极通过限流电阻R与微处理器20的相连,三极管的发射极与电源模块6连接,三极管的集电极与对应的加热装置15、充气装置5以及按摩装置连接并且最终接到电源模块6的负极,发射极电压只要高于基极0.7V以上,开关三极管的发射极和集电极之间就可以顺利导通,对所述嵌入式功能袋2进行控制。
所述电源模块6内置可拆卸柔性电池,所述控制器3的下端有USB端口,便于为柔性电池充电,所述可拆卸柔性电池为电源薄片型电池,所述电源模块6分别与所述按摩装置、加热装置15、充气装置5、温度传感器16、湿度传感器18、压力传感器17、显示器7和微处理器20电连接,以给这些用电部件供电。
所述加热感温护膝还包括无线通讯模块,所述的无线通讯模块为ZIGBEE、NFC、WIFI或蓝牙通讯无线模式,所述控制器通过无线通讯模块与智能终端通讯连接。
所述压力传感器17置于加热装置15上层,所述温度传感器16、湿度传感器18和压力传感器17分别通过导线与显示器7相连,显示器上显示当前温度、湿度和压力,所述湿度传感器18、温度传感器16和压力传感器17分别通过导线与与微处理器20电连接,所述微处理器20获知温度、湿度及压力,并控制电压控制加热装置15的输出功率,从而实现系统内部的感温控温及压力调节功能,当温度或者湿度达到设定阈值时,所述微处理器20自动控制加热装置15进行加热工作或停止加热工作压力传感器17通过稳定的信号采集,判断应用情景,反馈给微处理器20,微处理器20通过无线通讯模块发送给智能终端,由智能终端进行智能压力调节,减轻膝关节在活动中承受的压力。
实施例2
一种基于实施例1的加热感温护膝的工作方法,如图4所示,当需对温度调节时,使用者控制调节所述加热调节开关8使所述加热模块15达到所需的温度,所述微处理器20中相应程序处理接收到的命令,控制所述电源模块6对所述加热装置15供电,所述加热装置15进行加热,所述温度传感器16实时监控织物表面温度,显示在显示器7上,所述外层设置有温致变色区域12辅助人观测护膝温度。
当未达到所需湿度时,所述微处理器20控制加热调节开关8使其处于饱和状态,所述电源模块6持续输出功率;如果达到设定温度,所述微处理器20控制加热调节开关8处于截止状态,所述电源模块6停止对所述加热装置15供电。如此循环往复,从而实现所需精确加热的目的。
当需对压力调节时,调节所述充气调节开关9达到所需的压力,所述微处理器20中相应程序处理接收到的命令,控制所述电源模块6对所述充气装置5进行充气,所述电源模块6通过充气调节开关9与充气装置相连,所述压力传感器17实时监控膝盖所受压力,压力数值显示在所述显示器7上。
当未达到所需压力时,所述微处理器20控制所述充气调节开关9处的三极管使其处于饱和状态,电源模块6持续输出功率;如果达到设定压力,所述微处理器20控制所述压力调节开关9处的三极管使其处于截止状态,所述电源模块6停止对充气装置5供电。如此循环往复,从而实现所需精确压力的目的。
当需进行按摩时,通过所述按摩调节开关10调节按摩震动幅度,所述微处理器20中相应程序处理接收到的命令,控制电源模块6对按摩电机19进行调节。
实施例3
实施例1的柔性加热元件,如图6-7所示,所述柔性加热元件通过本实施例的方法制备,具体的:
步骤1,将待碳化织物进行预处理,然后将预处理后的待碳化织物进行高温碳化处理,得到碳化织物,所述碳化织物是所述加热感温层的导电加热材料,是面状发热体。所述织物的组成材料为天然纤维织物、再生纤维素纤维织物或腈纶织物,所述织物的组织结构为机织物、针织物或非织造布,所述天然纤维织物优选为棉织物。
步骤2,使用聚合物或聚合物的溶液涂覆或真空浸泡所述碳化织物,然后将其干燥,得到聚合物/碳化织物;
步骤3,采用激光扫描所述聚合物/碳化织物,得到二次处理碳化织物5;
或,步骤3,将所述聚合物/碳化织物高温碳化处理后用聚合物溶液涂覆或真空浸泡,得到二次处理碳化织物5;
步骤4,设置两个电极23于所述二次处理碳化织物5表面,每一个所述电极23上连接一根导线,将温度传感器16绝缘置于所述二次处理碳化织物5的表面,制得加热感温层26。所述温度传感器16与所述碳化织物8绝缘连接,用于实时监测加热元件的温度;优选的,所述温度传感器3的温敏材料为温度敏感油墨,采用点胶的工艺在聚酰亚胺膜上制备温敏层,采用丝网印刷导电银浆的方式制备所述的电极23。
步骤5,将基底25表面依次覆盖热熔胶或粘合衬22、所述加热感温层26、热熔胶或粘合衬22和覆盖织物21形成复合层,或基底25和覆盖织物21采用单面胶粘合衬,所述单面胶粘合衬表面依次覆盖所述加热感温层26和所述单面胶粘合衬形成复合层。
步骤6,采用热压法粘合固定所述复合层,形成碳化织物基柔性加热元件。
实施例4
实施例1的柔性加热元件,如图6-7所示,所述柔性加热元件通过本实施例的方法制备,具体的:
步骤1,将待碳化织物进行预处理,然后将预处理后的待碳化织物进行高温碳化处理,得到碳化织物,所述碳化织物是所述加热感温层的导电加热材料,是面状发热体。所述织物的组成材料为天然纤维织物、再生纤维素纤维织物或腈纶织物,所述织物的组织结构为机织物、针织物或非织造布,所述天然纤维织物优选为棉织物。
在得到的碳化织物7表面设置两个电极23,采用导电银胶粘合电极23,将两根铜丝导线14固定于所述电极23,可将其与开关或电源连接,导线14伸出加热元件部分通过压线钳和压线扣固定在一起。
步骤2,使用聚合物或聚合物的溶液涂覆或真空浸泡所述碳化织物,然后将其干燥,得到聚合物/碳化织物;
步骤3,采用激光扫描所述聚合物/碳化织物,得到二次处理碳化织物5;
或,步骤3,将所述聚合物/碳化织物高温碳化处理后用聚合物溶液涂覆或真空浸泡,得到二次处理碳化织物5;
步骤5,将基底25表面依次叠加所述加热感温层26和覆盖织物21形成复合层;
步骤6,采用热压法粘合固定所述复合层,形成碳化织物基柔性加热元件。

1.一种加热感温护膝,其特征在于,包括护膝本体、嵌入式功能袋和控制器,所述嵌入式功能袋可拆卸装配于所述护膝本体上,所述嵌入式功能袋内设置受控制器控制的加热装置;
所述加热装置为柔性加热元件,所述柔性加热元件由从下到上依次设置的基底、加热感温层以及覆盖织物复合而成,所述加热感温层包括二次处理碳化织物、绝缘设置在所述二次处理碳化织物表面的温度传感器以及与所述二次处理碳化织物电连接的两个电极,所述温度传感器和所述电极与所述控制器电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的加热感温护膝,其特征在于,所述嵌入式功能袋内还设有按摩装置、压力传感器或湿度传感器的一种或多种,所述护膝本体包括内层和外层,所述内层和外层的外周密封连接,充气装置给所述内层和外层之间的腔体充气;
所述外层的外侧设置有温致变色区域,所述内层的内侧设置有固定袋用以固定所述嵌入式功能袋,所述固定袋设置有可粘合式开口。
3.如权利要求2所述的加热感温护膝,其特征在于,所述控制器包括三个开关、电源模块、显示器和微处理器;
所述电源模块分别与所述按摩装置、加热装置、充气装置、温度传感器、湿度传感器、压力传感器、显示器和微处理器电连接;
所述温度传感器、压力传感器和湿度传感器电连接分别与所述微处理器电连接以反馈信号,所述温度传感器、压力传感器和湿度传感器与显示器电连接以显示温度、湿度和压力;
所述三个开关分别为加热调节开关、充气调节开关和按摩调节开关,所述电源模块与加热装置的连接电路上设有所述加热调节开关、所述电源模块与充气装置的连接电路上设有所述充气调节开关,所述电源模块与按摩装置的连接电路上设有所述按摩调节开关。
4.如权利要求3所述的加热感温护膝,其特征在于,所述电源模块内置可拆卸柔性电池,所述控制器的下端有USB端口以给所述可拆卸柔性电池充电。
5.如权利要求3所述的加热感温护膝,其特征在于,所述压力传感器置于所述加热装置的上层,每一个所述开关均采用三极管,三极管的基极通过限流电阻R与微处理器的相连,三极管的发射极与电源模块连接,三极管的集电极与对应的加热装置、充气装置以及按摩装置连接并且最终接到电源模块的负极。
6.如权利要求2所述的加热感温护膝,其特征在于,所述按摩装置包括三个按摩电机,分别对应人体膝盖内膝眼穴、外膝眼穴、鹤顶穴三个位置设置。
7.如权利要求1所述的加热感温护膝,其特征在于,所述二次碳化处理织物通过以下方法制备:
步骤1,将织物进行预处理,然后将预处理后的织物进行高温碳化处理,得到碳化织物;
步骤2,使用聚合物或聚合物的溶液涂覆或真空浸泡所述碳化织物,干燥后得到聚合物/碳化织物;
步骤3,采用激光扫描得到二次处理碳化织物;或者,将所述聚合物/碳化织物再次高温碳化处理后再用聚合物或聚合物的溶液涂覆或真空浸泡并干燥得到二次处理碳化织物;
所述电极通过以下步骤设置:
在步骤3得到的所述二次处理碳化织物的表面设置两个电极,将温度传感器绝缘置于所述二次处理碳化织物的表面,制得加热感温层;

9.如权利要求1所述的加热感温护膝,其特征在于,所述嵌入式功能袋的袋体外设置保护外层,所述保护外层包括防水层和阻燃层,所述阻燃层设置在袋体的外侧,所述防水层设置在阻燃层的外侧。
10.如权利要求1所述的加热感温护膝,其特征在于,所述加热感温护膝还包括无线通讯模块,所述的无线通讯模块为ZIGBEE、NFC、WIFI或蓝牙通讯模块,所述控制器通过无线通讯模块与远程控制端通讯连接。
