Abstract

The manufacturing method of the breathable jersey comprises the following steps:
a) t-shirt top fly suture

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the method for manufacturing the sweaters capable of breathing comprises the following steps:
a) t-shirt top fly suture

f) sewing collar
Sewing the lapel and the bottom collar together, and sewing the collar at the collar pit part;
wherein the fabrics of the front piece, the back piece, the waist side piece and the short sleeve are all formed by mixing 70% of chinlon and 30% of spandex; the fabric of the front piece, the back piece, the waist side piece and the short sleeves are provided with meshes, the diameter of each mesh is 1mm, and the distance between the meshes is 3 mm.

The side parts of the front piece and the back piece are sewed through the two waist side pieces, the sewing head is 0.8cm, the sewing head faces the front piece, the waist side pieces, the front piece and the back piece surround an armhole part, and color matching bottom edges are obliquely spliced and sewed on the left waist side pieces;
c) shoulder suture
Sewing up the shoulder seams of the front piece and the rear piece by a four-thread machine, sewing up 0.8, sewing up the shoulder seams towards the rear piece, adding a white nylon shoulder strap, enabling the shoulder strap to face backwards, exposing back side stitches, and enclosing a collar pit part by the front piece and the rear piece;

e) sewn bottom edge
Locking the bottom edge by adopting three lines, then performing flat seaming on the bottom edge, sewing the bottom edge by 1.8cm in width, and reserving a seam head of 0.1cm during flat seaming;
f) sewing collar
Sewing the lapel and the bottom collar together, and sewing the collar at the collar pit part;
wherein the fabrics of the front piece, the back piece, the waist side piece and the short sleeve are all formed by mixing 75% of chinlon and 25% of spandex; the fabric of the front piece, the back piece, the waist side piece and the short sleeves are provided with meshes, the diameter of each mesh is 2mm, and the distance between the meshes is 4 mm.

1. A method for manufacturing a breathable jersey is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a) t-shirt top fly suture
Carrying out snap-on and locking on the braid;
placing the mesh belt with the snap fastener on the color matching placket front strip, and sewing the color matching placket front strip and the mesh belt along the edges of the two sides of the mesh belt to form a single placket front strip;
placing two single front fly strips on the front sheet, and sewing the adjacent sides of the two single front fly strips on the front sheet;

e) sewn bottom edge
Locking the bottom edge by adopting three lines, then performing flat seaming on the bottom edge, sewing the bottom edge by 1.5-1.8cm in width, and reserving a seam head of 0.1cm during flat seaming;
f) sewing collar
The lapel and the bottom collar are sewn together, and then the collar is sewn at the collar pit part.
