Abstract

The sweat-discharging breathable shirt provided by the invention comprises: the front piece is formed by splicing a front upper chest part and a front lower chest part; the back piece is formed by splicing a back passing shoulder and a back; the left sleeve is sutured with an armhole formed by encircling one side of the front upper chest, the front lower chest, the back over-shoulder part and the back part; the right sleeve is sutured with an armhole formed by encircling the other sides of the front lower chest part and the back part; the bottom collar is sewn with a collar fossa formed by encircling the front upper chest and the rear over-shoulder; and a left collar piece and a right collar piece fixed on the bottom collar; the back over shoulder comprises a left back over shoulder piece, a right back over shoulder piece and a zipper for connecting the left back over shoulder piece and the right back over shoulder piece.
Preferably, the front upper chest and the front lower chest are in an arc shape, and the rear yoke and the rear back are in an arc shape.
The front upper chest and the front lower chest are spliced from the shoulder part downwards to the left sleeve, and the rear over-shoulder part and the rear back part are spliced from the shoulder part downwards to the left sleeve.
Preferably, the front upper chest, the rear over-shoulder and the left sleeve are provided with meshes, the diameter of each mesh is 2-2.5mm, and the distance between the meshes is 3-4 mm.
Preferably, the fabrics of the front piece, the rear piece, the left sleeve, the right sleeve, the bottom collar, the left collar piece and the right collar piece are all formed by mixing 70-75% of chinlon and 25-30% of spandex.

d) shoulder-closing sleeve stitching

As shown in fig. 1-3, the perspiration-breathable shirt of the present invention comprises: the front piece is formed by splicing a front upper chest part 1 and a front lower chest part 2; the back piece is formed by splicing a back passing shoulder and a back part 3; the left sleeve 4 is sutured with an armhole formed by encircling one side of the front upper chest part 1, the front lower chest part 2, the back over-shoulder part and the back part 3; the right sleeve 5 is sewed with armholes formed by encircling the other sides of the front lower chest part 2 and the back part 3; the bottom collar 6 is sewn with a collar fossa formed by encircling the front upper chest 1 and the rear over-shoulder; and a left collar piece 7 and a right collar piece 8 fixed on the bottom collar 6; the rear over shoulder comprises a left rear over shoulder piece 9, a right rear over shoulder piece 10 and a zipper 11 for connecting the left rear over shoulder piece 9 and the right rear over shoulder piece 10. The front upper chest portion 1 and the front lower chest portion 2 are in an arc shape in a spliced mode, and the rear yoke portion and the rear back portion 3 are in an arc shape in a spliced mode. The front upper chest 1, the rear over-shoulder part and the left sleeve 4 are provided with meshes, the diameter of each mesh is 2mm, and the distance between the meshes is 3 mm. Sewing a bottom collar and a collar nest, fixing a zipper on a right rear over-shoulder piece from the bottom to the top by 7cm, sewing the zipper, wrapping cloth strips at two sides, cutting the cloth strips at an angle of 45 degrees, wrapping the cloth strips by 0.5cm in width, folding the left collar piece and the right collar piece in a reverse collar mode, knotting the reverse collar points, wherein the knotting length is 0.5cm, and the knotting edges are 0.4cm away from the reverse collar edges; stitching a zipper on the 1cm seam, and ironing the zipper before stitching the zipper;
d) shoulder-closing sleeve stitching
Four-line shoulder joint, 0.5cm head joint, no open line, head joint is reversed to the back piece;

The front upper chest portion 1 and the front lower chest portion 2 are in an arc shape in a spliced mode, and the rear yoke portion and the rear back portion 3 are in an arc shape in a spliced mode. The front upper chest 1, the rear over-shoulder part and the left sleeve 4 are provided with meshes, the diameter of each mesh is 2.5mm, and the distance between the meshes is 4 mm. Sewing a bottom collar and a collar nest, fixing a zipper on a right rear over-shoulder piece from the bottom to the top by 8cm, sewing the zipper, wrapping cloth strips at two sides, cutting the cloth strips at an angle of 45 degrees, wrapping the cloth strips by 0.6cm in width, folding the left collar piece and the right collar piece in a reverse collar mode, knotting the reverse collar points, wherein the knotting length is 0.6cm, and the knotting edges are 0.4cm away from the reverse collar edges; stitching a zipper on the 1cm seam, and ironing the zipper before stitching the zipper;
d) shoulder-closing sleeve stitching
Four-line shoulder joint, 0.8cm head joint, no open line, head joint is reversed to the back piece;
four-thread sleeve stitching, stitching with a seam of 0.6cm, no open thread, stitching the sleeve first and then fitting, and stitching the sleeve piece;

the left sleeve (4) is sutured with an armhole formed by encircling one side of the front upper chest (1), the front lower chest (2), the rear over-shoulder part and the rear back part (3);
the right sleeve (5) is sutured with an armhole formed by encircling the other sides of the front lower chest (2) and the back part (3);
the bottom collar (6) is sewn with a collar fossa formed by encircling the front upper chest (1) and the rear over-shoulder part;
a left collar piece (7) and a right collar piece (8) which are fixed on the bottom collar (6);
the rear over shoulder comprises a left rear over shoulder piece (9), a right rear over shoulder piece (10) and a zipper (11) for connecting the left rear over shoulder piece (9) and the right rear over shoulder piece (10).
2. The perspiration breathable shirt of claim 1, wherein: the front upper chest (1) and the front lower chest (2) are in arc-shaped joints, and the rear over-shoulder part and the rear back (3) are in arc-shaped joints.
3. The perspiration breathable shirt of claim 1, wherein: the front upper chest (1), the rear over-shoulder and the left sleeve (4) are provided with meshes, the diameter of each mesh is 2-2.5mm, and the distance between the meshes is 3-4 mm.
