Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a voice call method, a voice call device and a computer readable storage medium. The voice communication device can be integrated in an electronic device, and the electronic device can be a server or a terminal.
The server may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, network acceleration services (Content Delivery Network, CDN), basic cloud computing services such as big data and an artificial intelligent platform. The terminal may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, etc. The terminal and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication, which is not limited herein.
For example, referring to fig. 1, taking an example that a voice call device is integrated in an electronic device, after the electronic device obtains the current signal strength and the current temperature of a terminal, the electronic device switches the current voice coding scheme of the terminal based on the current signal strength and the current temperature, and then, the voice call is performed on the terminal by adopting the switched voice coding scheme, so that the stability of the voice call is improved.
The following will describe in detail. The following description of the embodiments is not intended to limit the preferred embodiments.
The embodiment will be described from the perspective of a voice call apparatus, which may be integrated in an electronic device, and the electronic device may be a server or a terminal; the terminal may include a mobile phone, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a personal computer (PC, personal Computer), a wearable device, a virtual reality device, or other devices capable of performing voice call.
A voice call method comprising:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining current signal intensity and current temperature of a terminal, switching a current voice coding scheme of the terminal based on the current signal intensity and the current temperature, and carrying out voice communication on the terminal by adopting the switched voice coding scheme.
As shown in fig. 2, the specific flow of the voice call method is as follows:
101. and acquiring the current signal strength and the current temperature of the terminal.
The current signal strength is used to indicate the current network quality of the terminal, and the type of the current signal strength may be various, for example, the current signal strength may be a signal value, or may also be the number of network signal grids displayed on a page of the terminal.
The temperatures of the respective areas may be the same or different when the current terminal is operating, so the current temperature may be the temperature of a specific area of the current terminal or may be the temperature of the entire current terminal.
The manner of obtaining the current signal strength and the current temperature of the terminal may be various, and specifically may be as follows:
for example, for the current signal strength, the current signal strength may be determined directly by reading the historical transmission information of the terminal in a preset time, or the real-time network information of the terminal network module may be directly collected, where the current signal strength is identified in the real-time network information, or the number of network signal grids may be read on a signal display page of the terminal, so as to obtain the current signal strength of the terminal. Aiming at the current temperature, the temperature of each area of the terminal can be acquired through a temperature sensor, the temperature of a target area is screened out from the temperature to obtain the target temperature, the target temperature is taken as the current temperature, or the temperature of each area of the terminal can be acquired through the temperature sensor, and then the average value of each temperature is calculated, so that the current temperature of the terminal is obtained.
Optionally, before the current signal strength and the current temperature of the terminal are obtained, a network service of a preset system is registered in the terminal, for example, a network service registration request of the preset system can be sent to the network server, when registration information returned by the network server is received, voice call detection is performed on the terminal, and when the voice call detection passes, the current signal strength and the current temperature of the terminal can be obtained.
The preset system may be a preset network system, and the types of the network systems may be various, for example, the network systems may be various network systems such as 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, etc., and the network server registration request may be understood as a request for registering a 4G/5G network or other system networks for the terminal. When receiving the registration information returned by the network service, the terminal can be indicated to successfully register the 4G/5G network or other standard networks.
After receiving the registration information, the terminal can be subjected to Voice call detection, and various Voice call detection modes can be used, for example, voice call can be simulated for different Voice passing modes of the terminal, when the simulated Voice call is normal, the Voice call detection can be determined to pass, and the different Voice call modes can comprise various Voice call modes such as Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE)/VoWiFi (Voice over WiFi)/VoNR (Voice over New Radio).
102. And switching the current voice coding scheme of the terminal based on the current signal strength and the current temperature.
The current speech coding scheme may be a speech coding scheme currently used by the terminal, and the speech coding scheme may be understood as a scheme for coding speech information into call information and transmitting the call information in a speech call process, and may generally include an enhanced speech coding scheme (Enhanced Voice Service, EVS) and an Adaptive Multi-Rate-Narrow Band (AMR), and each speech coding scheme may be further divided into a speech coding scheme such as NB (Narrow Band), WB (Wide Band) and SWB (Super Wide Band).
The manner of switching the current speech coding scheme of the terminal based on the current signal strength and the current temperature may be various, and may specifically be as follows:
for example, the current environment level of the terminal may be determined based on the current signal strength, and the target speech coding scheme of the terminal may be determined according to the current environment level, and the current speech coding scheme of the terminal may be replaced by the target speech coding scheme, which may be specifically as follows:
s1, determining the current environment level of the terminal based on the current signal strength.
The current environment level is used for indicating the environment type of the current use environment of the terminal, and the environment type may include a plurality of types, for example, may include a best use environment, a better use environment, a worse use environment, a worst use environment, and the like.
The manner of determining the current environmental level of the terminal based on the current signal strength may be various, and may specifically be as follows:
for example, comparing the current signal strength with a preset signal strength threshold, comparing the current temperature with a preset temperature threshold, and determining the current environmental level of the terminal based on the comparison result.
The method for determining the current environmental level of the terminal based on the comparison result may be various, for example, when the current signal strength exceeds the preset signal strength threshold and the current temperature does not exceed the preset temperature threshold, the current environmental level of the terminal is determined to be a first environmental level, when the current signal strength does not exceed the preset signal strength threshold and the current temperature exceeds the preset temperature threshold, the current environmental level of the terminal is determined to be a second environmental level, and when the current signal strength does not exceed the preset signal strength threshold and the current temperature exceeds the preset temperature threshold, the current environmental level of the terminal is determined to be a fourth environmental level.
The preset signal strength threshold may be set according to practical application, for example, when the current signal strength is the number of signal cells, the preset signal strength threshold may be half of the total number of signal cells, or any other value not exceeding the total number of signal cells, and the preset temperature threshold may be set according to practical application, for example, may be 40 degrees, or any other temperature. Taking the preset signal strength threshold value as half of the number of signal grids, taking the preset temperature threshold value as an example, when the signal grids are more than or equal to half and the current temperature is less than or equal to 40 degrees, the first environment level can be the best use environment, when the signal grids are more than or equal to half and the current temperature is more than or equal to 40 degrees, the second environment level can be the better use environment, when the signal grids are more than or equal to half and the current temperature is less than or equal to 40 degrees, the third environment level can be the worse use environment, and when the signal grids are more than or equal to half and the current temperature is more than 40 degrees, the fourth environment level can be the worst use environment.
In the aspect of environment, the main parameters affecting the call quality and the power consumption of the terminal are signal strength and terminal temperature, the stronger the signal, the better the call quality, the lower the temperature in the normal temperature range, the lower the power consumption of the terminal, taking the terminal as an example, the normal use temperature of the mobile phone is 40-45 degrees, the signal strength is at least half of the number of signal grids, and based on the two variables, four types of environment grades are adopted as the judgment basis for switching the speech coding scheme, and in addition, the importance degree of the call quality of the terminal is higher than the power consumption, so that the priority level of the signal strength can be improved when the environment grade is set.
S2, determining a target voice coding scheme of the terminal according to the current environment level.
For example, an enhanced speech coding scheme (EVS) and an adaptive speech coding scheme (ARM) may be screened out from a preset speech coding scheme set, when the current environmental level is a first environmental level, a target enhanced speech coding scheme with highest performance is identified in the enhanced speech coding schemes as a target speech coding scheme of the terminal, when the current environmental level is a second environmental level, enhanced speech coding schemes other than the target enhanced speech coding scheme in the enhanced coding schemes are combined to obtain a target speech coding scheme of the terminal, when the current environmental level is a third environmental level, a target adaptive speech coding scheme with highest performance is identified in the adaptive speech coding schemes as a target speech coding scheme of the terminal, and when the current environmental level is a fourth environmental level, an adaptive speech coding scheme other than the target adaptive speech coding scheme is screened out from the adaptive speech coding schemes as a target speech coding scheme of the terminal.
The speech coding schemes that may be included in the EVS are EVS-SWB, EVS-WB, and EVS-NB, AMR-WB and AMR-NB may be included in the ARM, and the result of ranking these speech coding schemes from the performance aspect may be EVS-SWB > EVS-WB ≡evs-NB > AMR-WB > AMR-NB, since it may be found that when the current environmental level is the first environmental level, the target speech coding scheme may be EVS-SWB, when the current environmental level is the second environmental level, the target speech coding scheme may be a speech coding scheme of a combination of EVS-WB and EVS-NB, when the current environmental level is the third environmental level, the target speech coding scheme may be AMR-WB, and when the current environmental level is the fourth environmental level, the target speech coding scheme may be AMR-NB, specifically as shown in fig. 3.
Optionally, before the enhanced speech coding scheme and the adaptive speech coding scheme are screened out from the preset coding scheme set, performance ordering may be performed on the preset speech coding scheme and the preset adaptive speech coding scheme, for example, first attribute information of the preset adaptive speech coding scheme and second attribute information of the preset enhanced speech coding scheme may be obtained, first performance parameters of the adaptive speech coding scheme are determined based on the first attribute information, second performance parameters of the enhanced speech coding scheme are determined based on the second attribute information, and the preset adaptive speech coding scheme and the preset enhanced speech coding scheme are ordered based on the first performance parameters and the second performance parameters, so as to obtain the preset speech coding scheme set.
The performance parameter is used for indicating the call quality and the parameter information of the power consumption corresponding to the voice coding scheme. The preset adaptive voice coding scheme and the preset enhanced voice coding scheme are ordered, and the ordering result can be EVS-SWB > EVS-WB > EVS-NB > AMR-WB > AMR-NB.
S3, replacing the current voice coding scheme of the terminal with the target voice coding scheme.
For example, the current speech coding scheme of the terminal is compared with the target speech coding scheme, when the target speech coding scheme is the same as the current speech coding scheme, the current speech coding scheme is directly used as the switched speech coding scheme without switching the current speech coding scheme, and when the target speech coding scheme is different from the current speech coding scheme, the current speech coding scheme is replaced with the target speech coding scheme, so that the switched speech coding scheme is obtained.
103. And carrying out voice communication on the terminal by adopting the switched voice coding scheme.
For example, when receiving a voice call request, collecting voice information of a target object, encoding the voice information by adopting a segmented voice encoding scheme to obtain voice call information, and transmitting the voice call information to a receiving terminal.
The manner of collecting the voice information of the target object may be various, for example, a voice collecting device such as a microphone of the terminal may be used to collect the voice information of the user.
The manner of sending the voice call information to the terminal may be various, for example, a call channel may be established with the receiving terminal according to the voice call request, and the voice call information may be directly sent to the receiving terminal through the call channel, or the voice call information may be sent to the call server, so that the call server sends the voice call information to the receiving terminal.
As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the present application, after the current signal strength and the current temperature of the terminal are obtained, the current speech coding scheme of the terminal is switched based on the current signal strength and the current temperature, and then, the speech communication is performed on the terminal by adopting the switched speech coding scheme; the scheme can switch the current coding scheme according to the current strength and the current temperature of the terminal, so that the influence of external conditions on the current voice call is fully considered, the call quality can be ensured, and meanwhile, the power consumption of equipment can be reduced, and the stability of the voice call can be improved.

The temperature of each area of the terminal is acquired through a temperature sensor, the temperature of a target area is screened out from the temperature, the target temperature is obtained, the target temperature is used as the current temperature, or the temperature of each area of the terminal can be acquired through the temperature sensor, and then the average value of each temperature is calculated, so that the current temperature of the terminal is obtained.
