Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a voice call method, a voice call device and a computer readable storage medium. The voice communicator may be integrated in an electronic device, and the electronic device may be a server or a terminal.
The server may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, Network service, cloud communication, middleware service, domain name service, security service, Network acceleration service (CDN), big data and an artificial intelligence platform. The terminal may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a desktop computer, a smart speaker, a smart watch, and the like. The terminal and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication, and the application is not limited herein.
For example, referring to fig. 1, taking the case that the voice call device is integrated in the electronic device, after acquiring the current signal strength and the current temperature of the terminal, the electronic device switches the current voice coding scheme of the terminal based on the current signal strength and the current temperature, and then performs voice call on the terminal by using the switched voice coding scheme, thereby improving the stability of the voice call.
The following are detailed below. It should be noted that the following description of the embodiments is not intended to limit the preferred order of the embodiments.
The embodiment will be described from the perspective of a voice communicator, where the voice communicator may be specifically integrated in an electronic device, and the electronic device may be a server or a terminal; the terminal may include a mobile phone, a smart phone, a tablet Computer, a notebook Computer, a Personal Computer (PC), a wearable device, a virtual reality device, or other devices capable of performing voice communication.
A voice call method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining the current signal intensity and the current temperature of a terminal, switching the current voice coding scheme of the terminal based on the current signal intensity and the current temperature, and carrying out voice communication on the terminal by adopting the switched voice coding scheme.
As shown in fig. 2, the specific flow of the voice call method is as follows:
101. and acquiring the current signal strength and the current temperature of the terminal.
The current signal strength is used to indicate the current network quality of the terminal, and the type of the current signal strength may be multiple, for example, the current signal strength may be a signal value, or the number of network signal grids displayed on a page of the terminal.
The temperature of each area may be the same or different when the current terminal operates, so that the current temperature may be the temperature of a specific area of the current terminal, or may also be the temperature of the whole current terminal.
The method for acquiring the current signal strength and the current temperature of the terminal may be various, and specifically may be as follows:
for example, for the current signal strength, the current signal strength may be determined directly by reading historical transmission information of the terminal within a preset time, or the real-time network information of the terminal network module may be directly collected, and the current signal strength is identified in the real-time network information, or the number of network signal lattices may be read on a signal display page of the terminal, so as to obtain the current signal strength of the terminal. For the current temperature, the temperature of each area of the terminal can be collected through the temperature sensor, the temperature of the target area is screened out from the temperature, the target temperature is obtained and is used as the current temperature, or the temperature of each area of the terminal can be collected through the temperature sensor, and then the average value of the temperatures is calculated, so that the current temperature of the terminal is obtained.
Optionally, before obtaining the current signal strength and the current temperature of the terminal, the terminal needs to register a network service of a preset system, so as to perform voice call, for example, a network service registration request of the preset system may be sent to the network server, when receiving registration information returned by the network server, the terminal is subjected to voice call detection, and when the voice call detection passes, the current signal strength and the current temperature of the terminal may be obtained.
The preset system may be a preset network system, the types of the network systems may be multiple, for example, the types may be multiple network systems such as 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, and the network server registration request may be understood as a request for registering a 4G/5G network or a network of another system for the terminal. When the registration information returned by the network service is received, the terminal can be indicated to successfully register the 4G/5G network or other standard networks.
After receiving the registration information, Voice call detection may be performed on the terminal, and there may be multiple Voice call detection manners, for example, a Voice call may be simulated in different Voice passing manners of the terminal, and when the simulated Voice call is normal, it may be determined that the Voice call detection passes, where the different Voice call manners may include multiple Voice call manners such as VoLTE (Voice over Long-Term Evolution)/volwifi (Voice over wifi)/vorn (Voice over New radio).
102. And switching the current voice coding scheme of the terminal based on the current signal strength and the current temperature.
The current speech coding scheme may be a speech coding scheme currently used by the terminal, and the speech coding scheme may be understood as a scheme for coding and transmitting speech information into call information during a speech call, and may generally include an Enhanced speech Service (EVS) and an Adaptive Multi-Rate-Narrow Band (AMR), where each speech coding scheme may be further divided into speech coding schemes such as nb (Narrow Band), wb (Wide Band), and swb (super Wide Band).
Based on the current signal strength and the current temperature, there are various ways to switch the current speech coding scheme of the terminal, which may specifically be as follows:
for example, the current environment level of the terminal may be determined based on the current signal strength, the target speech coding scheme of the terminal may be determined according to the current environment level, and the current speech coding scheme of the terminal may be replaced by the target speech coding scheme, which may specifically be as follows:
and S1, determining the current environment level of the terminal based on the current signal strength.
The current environment level is used to indicate an environment type of a current usage environment of the terminal, and the environment type may include multiple types, for example, a best usage environment, a better usage environment, a worse usage environment, a worst usage environment, and the like.
Based on the current signal strength, there may be multiple ways of determining the current environment level of the terminal, which may specifically be as follows:
for example, the current signal intensity is compared with a preset signal intensity threshold, the current temperature is compared with a preset temperature threshold, and the current environment level of the terminal is determined based on the comparison result.
For example, when the current signal strength does not exceed the preset signal strength threshold and the current temperature exceeds the preset temperature threshold, the current environment grade of the terminal is determined to be the second environment grade, and when the current signal strength does not exceed the preset signal strength threshold and the current temperature exceeds the preset temperature threshold, the current environment grade of the terminal is determined to be the fourth environment grade.
The preset signal strength threshold may be set according to actual application, for example, when the current signal strength is the number of signal cells, the preset signal strength threshold may be half of the total number of signal cells, or may be any value that does not exceed the total number of signal cells, and the preset temperature threshold may be set according to actual application, for example, may be 40 degrees, or any other temperature. Taking the preset signal intensity threshold as half of the number of signal grids and the preset temperature threshold as 40 degrees as an example, when the signal grids are simultaneously equal to or more than half and the current temperature is equal to or less than 40 degrees, the first environment level can be the best use environment, when the signal grids are simultaneously equal to or more than half and the current temperature is greater than 40 degrees, the second environment level can be the better use environment, when the signal grids are simultaneously equal to or more than half and the current temperature is equal to or less than 40 degrees, the third environment level can be the poorer use environment, and when the signal grids are simultaneously equal to or less than half and the current temperature is greater than 40 degrees, the fourth environment level can be the worst use environment.
It should be noted that, in the environment, the main parameters affecting the call quality and the terminal power consumption are the signal strength and the terminal temperature, the stronger the signal is, the better the call quality is, in the normal temperature range, the lower the temperature is, the lower the terminal power consumption is, taking the terminal as a mobile phone as an example, the normal use temperature of the mobile phone is 40-45 degrees, the signal strength at least exceeds half of the signal lattice number, based on these two variables, four types of environment levels are adopted as the judgment basis for switching the voice coding scheme, in addition, the importance degree of the call quality of the terminal is higher than the power consumption, therefore, when setting the environment level, the priority level of the signal strength can be increased.
And S2, determining the target voice coding scheme of the terminal according to the current environment level.
For example, an enhanced speech coding scheme (EVS) and an adaptive speech coding scheme (ARM) may be screened from a preset speech coding scheme set, when a current environment level is a first environment level, a target enhanced speech coding scheme with the highest performance is identified in the enhanced speech coding schemes as a target speech coding scheme of the terminal, when the current environment level is a second environment level, enhanced speech coding schemes other than the target enhanced speech coding scheme in the enhanced speech coding schemes are combined to obtain a target speech coding scheme of the terminal, when the current environment level is a third environment level, a target adaptive coding scheme with the highest performance is identified in the adaptive speech coding schemes as a target speech coding scheme of the terminal, and when the current environment level is a fourth environment level, adaptive speech coding schemes other than the target adaptive speech coding scheme are screened from the adaptive speech coding schemes as target speech coding schemes of the terminal A tone coding scheme.
Wherein, the voice coding schemes that can be included in the EVS are EVS-SWB, EVS-WB and EVS-NB, the ARM can include AMR-WB and AMR-NB, and the results of the performance ranking of these voice coding schemes can be EVS-SWB > EVS-WB ≧ EVS-NB > AMR-WB > AMR-NB, since it can be found that, when the current environment level is the first environment level, the target voice coding scheme can be EVS-SWB, when the current environment level is the second environment level, the target voice coding scheme can be a voice coding scheme combining EVS-WB and EVS-NB, when the current environment level is the third environment level, the target voice coding scheme can be AMR-WB, when the current environment level is the fourth environment level, the target voice coding scheme can be AMR-NB, as shown in fig. 3.
Optionally, before the enhanced speech coding scheme and the adaptive speech coding scheme are screened out from the preset coding scheme set, performance sorting may be performed on the preset speech coding scheme and the preset adaptive speech coding scheme, for example, first attribute information of the preset adaptive speech coding scheme and second attribute information of the preset enhanced speech coding scheme may be obtained, a first performance parameter of the adaptive speech coding scheme is determined based on the first attribute information, a second performance parameter of the enhanced speech coding scheme is determined based on the second attribute information, and the preset adaptive speech coding scheme and the preset enhanced speech coding scheme are sorted based on the first performance parameter and the second performance parameter, so as to obtain a preset speech coding scheme set.
The performance parameter is used for indicating the parameter information of the call quality and the power consumption corresponding to the voice coding scheme. And sequencing the preset self-adaptive voice coding scheme and the preset enhanced voice coding scheme, wherein the sequencing result can be that EVS-SWB > EVS-WB is more than or equal to EVS-NB > AMR-WB > AMR-NB.
And S3, replacing the current voice coding scheme of the terminal with the target voice coding scheme.
For example, the current speech coding scheme of the terminal is compared with the target speech coding scheme, when the target speech coding scheme is the same as the current speech coding scheme, the current speech coding scheme does not need to be switched, the current speech coding scheme is directly used as the switched speech coding scheme, and when the target speech coding scheme is different from the current speech coding scheme, the current speech coding scheme is replaced by the target speech coding scheme, so that the switched speech coding scheme is obtained.
103. And carrying out voice call at the terminal by adopting the switched voice coding scheme.
For example, when receiving a voice call request, the voice information of the target object is collected, the voice information is encoded by adopting a segmented voice encoding scheme to obtain voice call information, and the voice call information is sent to the receiving terminal.
The method for acquiring the voice information of the target object may be various, for example, the voice information of the user may be acquired by using a voice acquisition device such as a microphone of the terminal.
For example, a call channel may be established with the receiving terminal according to the voice call request, and the voice call information may be directly sent to the receiving terminal through the call channel, or the voice call information may also be sent to the call server, so that the call server sends the voice call information to the receiving terminal.
As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the present application, after the current signal strength and the current temperature of the terminal are obtained, the current speech coding scheme of the terminal is switched based on the current signal strength and the current temperature, and then the switched speech coding scheme is used for performing speech communication at the terminal; because the scheme can switch the current coding scheme according to the current strength and the current temperature of the terminal, the influence of external conditions on the current voice call is fully considered, the call quality can be ensured, and the power consumption of equipment can be reduced, thereby improving the stability of the voice call.
In order to better implement the above method, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a voice communicator, which may be integrated in an electronic device, such as a server or a terminal, and the terminal may include a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and/or a personal computer.

The temperature of each area of the terminal is collected through the temperature sensor, the temperature of the target area is screened out from the temperature to obtain the target temperature, the target temperature is used as the current temperature, or the temperature of each area of the terminal can be collected through the temperature sensor, and then the average value of the temperatures is calculated, so that the current temperature of the terminal is obtained.
(2) A switching unit 202;
a switching unit 202, configured to switch a current speech coding scheme of the terminal based on the current signal strength and the current temperature.

(3) A call unit 203;
and a call unit 203, configured to perform voice call at the terminal by using the switched voice coding scheme.
For example, the call unit 203 may be specifically configured to, when receiving a voice call request, acquire voice information of a target object, encode the voice information by using a segmented voice encoding scheme to obtain voice call information, and send the voice call information to a receiving terminal.
In a specific implementation, the above units may be implemented as independent entities, or may be combined arbitrarily to be implemented as the same or several entities, and the specific implementation of the above units may refer to the foregoing method embodiments, which are not described herein again.
