Abstract
The invention relates to an FM-CDR-to-DTMB emergency broadcast adapter which comprises an FM-CDR receiving module, an analysis module, a main control module, a safety module, a storage module, a DTMB data packaging module and an output module, wherein the main control module is connected with other modules. The invention realizes the FM-CDR-DTMB conversion emergency broadcast adapter, connects the FM-CDR transmission transmitting system and the DTMB transmission network system, so that the emergency broadcast message is transmitted from the FM-CDR transmission coverage network to the DTMB transmission coverage network and is received by the emergency broadcast terminal and equipment covered by the DTMB transmission coverage network.

Background

The main control module is connected with and controls the FM-CDR receiving module, the analyzing module, the safety module, the storage module, the DTMB data packaging module and the output module, checks the emergency broadcast message matching address and the digital certificate to obtain the emergency broadcast message sent to the adapter, responds to the emergency broadcast message and signs the digital certificate on the responded emergency broadcast message.
The safety module checks the signature and signs the emergency broadcast message.
And the storage module stores the emergency broadcast message.
And the DTMB data encapsulation module encapsulates the emergency broadcast message according to the emergency broadcast message data packet format of the DTMB and generates a DTMB transport stream containing the emergency broadcast message.
And the output module outputs the DTMB transmission stream and is in butt joint with the DTMB front-end system.

The storage module 5 stores emergency broadcast messages.

the FM-CDR receiving module receives and demodulates the FM-CDR signal and outputs an FM-CDR transmission stream;
the analysis module analyzes the emergency broadcast message from the FM-CDR transmission stream;
the main control module is connected with and controls the FM-CDR receiving module, the analyzing module, the safety module, the storage module, the DTMB data packaging module and the output module, matches addresses with the emergency broadcast messages and checks and signs the digital certificates to obtain emergency broadcast messages sent to the adapter, responds to the emergency broadcast messages and signs the digital certificates on the responded emergency broadcast messages;
the safety module checks the signature and signs the emergency broadcast message;
the storage module stores emergency broadcast messages;
the DTMB data encapsulation module encapsulates the emergency broadcast message according to the format of the emergency broadcast message data packet of the DTMB and generates a DTMB transport stream containing the emergency broadcast message;
and the output module outputs the DTMB transmission stream and is in butt joint with the DTMB front-end system.
2. The adapter of claim 1, further comprising a text-to-speech module connected to the host module for text-to-speech and audio conversion.

The adapter of claim 1, further comprising a monitoring module connected to the main control module for converting the emergency broadcast message from the FM-CDR transmission overlay network and the emergency broadcast content of the emergency broadcast message transmitted to the DTMB transmission overlay network into analog audio/video signals or digital audio/video signals for output.
4. The adapter of claim 1, further comprising a return module, connected to the host module, for returning the working status to the emergency broadcasting platform via the 4G, 5G, 6G, or wired network, wherein the working status includes the condition that the emergency broadcast message from the FM-CDR overlay network is transmitted to the DTMB overlay network via the adapter.
5. The FM-CDR-to-DTMB emergency broadcast adapter of claim 1, wherein said core of FM-CDR receiving module is a Hello Hi5216 chip.
6. The FM-CDR-to-DTMB emergency broadcast adapter of claim 1, wherein said security module has a core of a Huada electronic CIU98 chip or a cun micro T630 chip.
