The emergency broadcast message includes an emergency broadcast instruction and emergency broadcast content. Emergency broadcast content is message incidental content (text, audio-video) or parameters specifying a broadcast television program.
When a sudden disaster is faced, the government can timely convey politics, release authority information, guide social public opinion and actively assist in disaster relief by using the emergency broadcasting system. The emergency broadcast can reach the emergency broadcast terminal singly or in a relay mode through a plurality of transmission coverage networks. The current broadcast television transmission coverage modes include analog Frequency Modulation (FM), analog frequency modulation with subcarrier (FM-RDS), digital frequency modulation (FM-CDR), digital cable television (DVB-C), digital terrestrial radio television (DTMB), digital satellite television (DVB-S), digital medium wave, and wired or wireless network (IP). In particular, FM-CDRs are typically co-frequency transmitted with analog FM.
The emergency broadcast adapter is core equipment of a transmission link of an emergency broadcast system. There is a need for an emergency broadcast adapter that can connect an IP network system and an FM-CDR transmission system to allow emergency broadcast messages to be transmitted from the IP network to an FM-CDR transmission overlay network.
