Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses an acceptance method and an acceptance system of an electronic commercial draft, which are used for acquiring an optimal acceptance scheme on the premise of improving the efficiency of acquiring the acceptance scheme. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: screening a first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted from an electronic commercial draft database according to a preset screening standard; acquiring a total fund amount for acceptance and a preset difference; traversing a first number of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted according to the total fund amount and a preset difference to determine a plurality of groups of acceptance schemes; and calculating decision factors of each group of acceptance schemes to determine the optimal acceptance scheme according to the decision factors, wherein the decision factors are used for representing at least one of a first difference between the total acceptance amount and the total fund amount of each group of acceptance schemes, a time difference between the current time and the expiration time of the electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes and the number of the electronic commercial drafts in each group of acceptance schemes.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic commercial drafts, in particular to a method and a system for accepting an electronic commercial draft.
Background
In an enterprise fund management system, when a large number of electronic commercial drafts are managed, the daily storage management and use payment management work of the electronic commercial drafts must be solved.

calculating the time difference between the current time and the expiration time of each electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes according to the valid period of the electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes;
calculating the number of electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes;
determining the optimal acceptance plan based on at least one of the first difference, the time difference, and the number of electronic commercial drafts in each set of acceptance plans.
Preferably, determining the optimal acceptance plan based on the first difference, or the time difference, or the number of electronic commercial drafts in each set of acceptance plans comprises:
determining a minimum balance of the first differences from the sets of acceptance plans;
determining the longest time difference of the time differences from the sets of acceptance plans;

because the effective period of the electronic commercial draft directly influences the time for exchanging the electronic commercial draft, if the electronic commercial draft is exchanged before the effective period, a bill holder is required to pay a certain interest, the time difference between the current time and the due time of each electronic commercial draft is larger, the amount exchanged by the bill holder is smaller, and the preset total fund amount can accept the electronic commercial drafts as much as possible.
203. Calculating the number of electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes;
after a plurality of sets of acceptance plans are determined, the number of electronic commercial drafts in each set of acceptance plans can be calculated respectively.
Corresponding to the 3 sets of acceptance plans of step 103 in the embodiment of fig. 1, the number of electronic commercial drafts in the first, second and third plans, respectively, is 8.
204. Determining the optimal acceptance plan based on at least one of the first difference, the time difference, and the number of electronic commercial drafts in each set of acceptance plans.
After the first balance, the time difference and the number of the electronic commercial drafts in each group of acceptance schemes are obtained, the optimal acceptance scheme can be determined according to at least one of the 3 decision factors.
Based on step 204 in the embodiment of fig. 2, step 204 is described in detail below, and for the sake of understanding, the process of determining the optimal acceptance plan is described below with reference to fig. 3, wherein the decision factor is the first difference, or the time difference, or the number of electronic commercial drafts in each acceptance plan, respectively:
301. determining a minimum balance of the first differences from the sets of acceptance plans;
having obtained each set of acceptance plans, a minimum balance of the first balance, e.g., 3 sets of acceptance plans corresponding to step 103 in the embodiment of fig. 1, may be determined, the minimum balance being 0.
302. Determining the longest time difference of the time differences from the sets of acceptance plans;
after each group of acceptance schemes are obtained, the time difference of the electronic commercial drafts in each group of acceptance schemes can be further calculated according to the validity period of the electronic commercial drafts in each group of acceptance schemes, and the longest time difference in all the time differences is determined.
303. Determining a maximum number of electronic commercial drafts in each of the sets of acceptance plans from the sets of acceptance plans;
in the 3 sets of acceptance plans of step 103 in the embodiment of figure 1, the number of electronic commercial drafts in each set of acceptance plans is 8.
304. And determining the acceptance scheme corresponding to the minimum difference, or the acceptance scheme corresponding to the maximum time difference, or the acceptance scheme corresponding to the maximum electronic commercial draft quantity as the optimal acceptance scheme.
And if the decision factor only comprises the first difference, determining that the acceptance scheme corresponding to the minimum difference is the optimal acceptance scheme, if the decision factor only comprises the time difference, determining that the acceptance scheme corresponding to the longest time difference is the optimal acceptance scheme, and if the decision factor only comprises the maximum electronic commercial draft number in each group of acceptance schemes, determining that the acceptance scheme corresponding to the maximum electronic commercial draft number is the optimal acceptance scheme.
In the embodiment of the application, the process of determining the optimal acceptance scheme according to the decision factors is described in detail, so that the efficiency of determining the optimal acceptance scheme is improved.
Based on the embodiment described in fig. 3, if the decision factor only includes the number of the electronic commercial drafts in each set of acceptance plans, the optimal acceptance plan cannot be determined according to the number of the electronic commercial drafts, and based on this problem, the embodiment of the present application may further select the optimal acceptance plan based on a plurality of decision factors, see fig. 4:
401. if each group of acceptance schemes comprises a plurality of decision factors, setting a corresponding weight proportion for each decision factor;
based on the problem that the optimal acceptance scheme cannot be obtained due to a single decision factor, the embodiment of the application provides a method for screening the optimal acceptance scheme based on a plurality of decision factors, and if each group of acceptance schemes comprises a plurality of decision factors, a fund management party can set different weight proportions for each decision factor according to the decision factor with the emphasis of the fund management party, so as to screen out the acceptance scheme according with the actual situation of the fund management party.
402. And determining the optimal acceptance scheme according to the decision factors and the weight proportion of each decision factor.
After obtaining the plurality of decision factors and the weight proportion of each decision factor, the optimal acceptance scheme can be determined according to the plurality of decision factors and the weight proportion of each decision factor.
In the embodiment of the application, when the optimal acceptance scheme is included, the process of screening the optimal acceptance scheme according to the decision factors is described in detail, so that the intelligence of obtaining the optimal acceptance scheme is improved.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the following describes the screening criteria preset in step 101 in the embodiment of fig. 1, please refer to fig. 5:
501. pre-rating a qualification of a recipient of the electronic commercial draft, wherein the qualification level of the recipient is inversely related to a risk level of acceptance;
in order to screen out a first number of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted from the electronic commercial draft database according to a preset screening criterion, the qualification of the acceptance party of the electronic commercial drafts can be rated in advance, wherein the qualification level of the acceptance party is inversely related to the acceptance risk level. I.e. the higher the qualification level of the accepting party, the lower the acceptance risk level.
502. Calculating a time difference between the current time and the expiration time of each electronic commercial draft based on the electronic commercial draft's expiration date, wherein the time difference is inversely related to the amount of the acceptance.
Further, the time difference between the current time and the expiration time of each electronic commercial draft may be calculated based on the validity period of the electronic commercial draft, wherein the time difference is inversely related to the redemption amount, i.e., the longer the time difference between the current time and the expiration time of each electronic commercial draft, the less redemption amount may be obtained.
503. And screening a first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted with higher acceptance risk level and less acceptance amount from the electronic commercial draft database according to a preset screening standard.
After the qualification of the accepting party in each electronic commercial draft and the time difference between the current time and the expiration time of each electronic commercial draft are obtained, a first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted with higher accepting risk level and less accepting amount can be screened from the electronic commercial draft database according to a preset screening standard, namely, a first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted with lower accepting qualification level of the accepting party and longer time difference between the current time and the expiration time of the electronic commercial drafts are screened from the electronic commercial draft database.
In the embodiment of the application, the screening standard for screening the first number of electronic commercial drafts is described in detail, so that the screening efficiency is improved.
In the above description of the acceptance method of the electronic commercial draft in the embodiment of the present application, the following description of the acceptance system of the electronic commercial draft in the embodiment of the present application is provided, and referring to fig. 6, an embodiment of the acceptance system of the electronic commercial draft in the embodiment of the present application includes:
a screening unit 601, configured to screen a first number of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted from the electronic commercial draft database according to a preset screening standard, where the preset screening standard is related to at least one of the acceptance quality of the electronic commercial draft and the validity period of the electronic commercial draft;
an obtaining unit 602, configured to obtain a total fund amount for acceptance and a preset difference, where the preset difference is used to represent an amount difference between the preset total fund amount and an electronic commercial draft to be accepted;
a traversing unit 603, configured to traverse the first number of electronic commercial draft to be accepted according to the total fund amount and a preset difference, so as to determine multiple sets of acceptance schemes;
a determining unit 604, configured to calculate a decision factor of each set of acceptance schemes to determine an optimal acceptance scheme according to the decision factor, where the decision factor is used to represent at least one of a first difference between a total acceptance amount and the total fund amount of each set of acceptance schemes, a time difference between a current time and an expiration time of the electronic commercial draft in each set of acceptance schemes, and a number of the electronic commercial draft in each set of acceptance schemes.
Preferably, the determining unit 604 is specifically configured to:
calculating a first difference between the total acceptance amount of each group of acceptance schemes and the total fund amount;
calculating the time difference between the current time and the expiration time of each electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes according to the valid period of the electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes;
calculating the number of electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes;
determining the optimal acceptance plan based on at least one of the first difference, the time difference, and the number of electronic commercial drafts in each set of acceptance plans.
Preferably, the determining unit 604 is specifically configured to:
determining a minimum balance of the first differences from the sets of acceptance plans;
determining the shortest time difference in the time differences from the various groups of acceptance schemes;
determining a maximum number of electronic commercial drafts in each of the sets of acceptance plans from the sets of acceptance plans;
and determining the acceptance scheme corresponding to the minimum difference, or the acceptance scheme corresponding to the minimum time difference, or the acceptance scheme corresponding to the maximum electronic commercial draft quantity as the optimal acceptance scheme.
Preferably, the acceptance system further comprises:
a setting unit 605, configured to set a corresponding weight proportion for each decision factor if each set of acceptance schemes includes multiple decision factors;
the determining unit 604 is further configured to determine the optimal acceptance scheme according to the plurality of decision factors and the weight ratio of each decision factor.
Preferably, the acceptance system further comprises:
a rating unit 606 for rating in advance the qualification of the acceptance party of the electronic commercial draft, wherein the qualification level of the acceptance party is inversely related to the acceptance risk level;
a calculating unit 607 for calculating a time difference between the current time and the expiration time of each electronic commercial draft according to the validity period of the electronic commercial draft, wherein the time difference is positively related to the amount of money to be covered.
Preferably, the screening unit 601 is specifically configured to:
and screening a first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted with higher acceptance risk level and less acceptance amount from the electronic commercial draft database according to a preset screening standard.
According to the embodiment of the application, the first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted can be automatically screened out through the screening unit 601, the first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted are traversed through the traversing unit 603 according to the total fund amount and the preset difference to determine multiple groups of acceptance schemes, the decision factors of the acceptance schemes are respectively calculated, and finally the optimal acceptance scheme is determined according to the decision factors, so that the optimal acceptance scheme is obtained on the premise of improving the efficiency of obtaining the acceptance scheme, and the reasonable utilization rate of the electronic commercial drafts in the fund system is improved.
The acceptance system of the electronic commercial draft in the embodiment of the invention is described above from the perspective of the modular functional entity, and the computer device in the embodiment of the invention is described below from the perspective of hardware processing:

It is to be understood that, when the processor in the computer apparatus described above executes the computer program, the functions of each unit in the corresponding apparatus embodiments may also be implemented, and are not described herein again. Illustratively, the computer program may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory and executed by the processor to implement the invention. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions that describe the execution of the computer program in the acceptance system of the electronic commercial draft. For example, the computer program may be divided into units in the acceptance system of the electronic commercial draft described above, and the units may perform specific functions as described above in the acceptance system of the corresponding electronic commercial draft.
The computer device can be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud server and other computing equipment. The computer device may include, but is not limited to, a processor, a memory. The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium for implementing the functions of an acceptance system for electronic commercial drafts, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, the processor is operable to perform the steps of:
screening a first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted from an electronic commercial draft database according to a preset screening standard, wherein the preset screening standard is related to at least one of the qualification of the acceptors of the electronic commercial drafts and the validity period of the electronic commercial drafts;
acquiring a total fund amount for acceptance and a preset difference, wherein the preset difference is used for representing an amount difference between the preset total fund amount and an electronic commercial draft to be accepted;
traversing the first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted according to the total fund amount and a preset difference to determine a plurality of groups of acceptance schemes;
and calculating decision factors of each group of acceptance schemes to determine the optimal acceptance scheme according to the decision factors, wherein the decision factors are used for representing at least one of a first difference between the total acceptance amount and the total fund amount of each group of acceptance schemes, a time difference between the current time and the expiration time of the electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes and the number of the electronic commercial drafts in each group of acceptance schemes.
In some embodiments of the invention, the computer program stored on the computer-readable storage medium, when executed by the processor, may be specifically configured to perform the steps of:
calculating a first difference between the total acceptance amount of each group of acceptance schemes and the total fund amount;

Claims (10)
1. A method of acceptance of an electronic commercial draft, the method comprising:
screening a first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted from an electronic commercial draft database according to a preset screening standard, wherein the preset screening standard is related to at least one of the qualification of the acceptors of the electronic commercial drafts and the validity period of the electronic commercial drafts;
acquiring a total fund amount for acceptance and a preset difference, wherein the preset difference is used for representing an amount difference between the preset total fund amount and an electronic commercial draft to be accepted;
traversing the first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted according to the total fund amount and a preset difference to determine a plurality of groups of acceptance schemes;
and calculating decision factors of each group of acceptance schemes to determine the optimal acceptance scheme according to the decision factors, wherein the decision factors are used for representing at least one of a first difference between the total acceptance amount and the total fund amount of each group of acceptance schemes, a time difference between the current time and the expiration time of the electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes and the number of the electronic commercial drafts in each group of acceptance schemes.
2. The acceptance method of claim 1 wherein calculating a decision factor for each set of acceptance plans to determine an optimal acceptance plan based on the decision factor, wherein the decision factor is indicative of at least one of a first difference between a total acceptance amount and the total fund amount for each set of acceptance plans, a time difference between a current time and an expiration time of the electronic commercial draft for each set of acceptance plans, and a number of electronic commercial drafts for each set of acceptance plans comprises:
calculating a first difference between the total acceptance amount of each group of acceptance schemes and the total fund amount;
calculating the time difference between the current time and the expiration time of each electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes according to the valid period of the electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes;
calculating the number of electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes;
determining the optimal acceptance plan based on at least one of the first difference, the time difference, and the number of electronic commercial drafts in each set of acceptance plans.
3. The acceptance method of claim 2 wherein determining the optimal acceptance plan based on the first balance, or the time difference, or the number of electronic commercial drafts in each of the acceptance plans comprises:
determining a minimum balance of the first differences from the sets of acceptance plans;
determining the longest time difference of the time differences from the sets of acceptance plans;
determining a maximum number of electronic commercial drafts in each of the sets of acceptance plans from the sets of acceptance plans;
and determining the acceptance scheme corresponding to the minimum difference, or the acceptance scheme corresponding to the maximum time difference, or the acceptance scheme corresponding to the maximum electronic commercial draft quantity as the optimal acceptance scheme.
4. The acceptance method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the method further comprises:
if each group of acceptance schemes comprises a plurality of decision factors, setting a corresponding weight proportion for each decision factor;
and determining the optimal acceptance scheme according to the decision factors and the weight proportion of each decision factor.
5. The acceptance method of claim 1 wherein prior to said screening a first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted from the electronic commercial drafts database according to a predetermined screening criteria, the method further comprises:
pre-rating a qualification of a recipient of the electronic commercial draft, wherein the qualification level of the recipient is inversely related to a risk level of acceptance;
calculating a time difference between the current time and the expiration time of each electronic commercial draft based on the electronic commercial draft's expiration date, wherein the time difference is inversely related to the amount of the acceptance.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein screening the electronic commercial draft database for a first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be honored according to predetermined screening criteria comprises:
and screening a first quantity of electronic commercial drafts to be accepted with higher acceptance risk level and less acceptance amount from the electronic commercial draft database according to a preset screening standard.
7. An acceptance system for an electronic commercial draft, the system comprising:
the electronic commerce draft acceptance unit is used for accepting the electronic commerce draft and the electronic commerce draft, and comprises a screening unit and a receiving unit, wherein the screening unit is used for screening a first quantity of electronic commerce drafts to be accepted from an electronic commerce draft database according to a preset screening standard, and the preset screening standard is related to at least one of the qualification of the acceptors of the electronic commerce draft and the validity period of the electronic commerce draft;
the electronic commerce exchange system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a total fund amount for acceptance and a preset difference, and the preset difference is used for representing an amount difference between the preset total fund amount and an electronic commerce exchange ticket to be accepted;
the traversal unit is used for traversing the first quantity of electronic commercial draft to be accepted according to the total fund amount and a preset difference so as to determine a plurality of groups of acceptance schemes;
and the determining unit is used for calculating decision factors of each group of acceptance schemes so as to determine the optimal acceptance scheme according to the decision factors, wherein the decision factors are used for representing at least one of a first difference between the total acceptance amount and the total fund amount of each group of acceptance schemes, a time difference between the current time and the expiration time of the electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes and the number of the electronic commercial drafts in each group of acceptance schemes.
8. The acceptance system of claim 7, wherein the determination unit is specifically configured to:
calculating a first difference between the total acceptance amount of each group of acceptance schemes and the total fund amount;
calculating the time difference between the current time and the expiration time of each electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes according to the valid period of the electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes;
calculating the number of electronic commercial draft in each group of acceptance schemes;
determining the optimal acceptance plan based on at least one of the first difference, the time difference, and the number of electronic commercial drafts in each set of acceptance plans.
9. A computer arrangement comprising a processor, characterized in that the processor, when executing a computer program stored on a memory, is adapted to carry out a method of acceptance of an electronic commercial draft according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out a method of acceptance of an electronic commercial draft according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
