Abstract
A process route generating method is applied to software or application and comprises the steps of receiving selected process route template information; receiving finished product information of each procedure of the process route template; receiving process parameter information of each procedure of the process route template; the invention forms a physical process route by combining the received finished product information, process parameter setting information and process route template information and outputs an MBOM list, and subdivides input and output related information into each process by setting the finished product information, resource information, physical control information and management information in detail on each process of the process route, thereby clearly reflecting the specific situation of the process route, increasing the stock preparation buffer time of each process during scheduling, reducing the situation of production shortage, and clearly defining the management requirement of the process according to the management information, so that the management is more standardized.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a first object of the present invention is to provide a process route management system, including a processing module, a storage module, a terminal operating module and a process route template generating module, which communicate with each other; the storage module comprises a process route storage unit, and the process route storage unit is used for storing a plurality of process route templates; the terminal operation module comprises a process route template selecting unit, a finished product setting unit and a process parameter setting unit; the process route template selecting unit is communicated with the process route storage unit and can acquire process route templates in the process route storage unit; the finished product setting unit is used for setting finished product information of each process of the selected process route template, and the finished product comprises a process product and a finished product; the process parameter setting unit is used for setting process parameter information of each procedure of the selected process route template; and the processing template generates a physical process route according to the selected process route template and the set finished product information and process parameter information and outputs an MBOM list.
The storage module also comprises a process storage unit, the process storage unit is used for storing a plurality of process information, the process route template is set and generated through a process route template generation module, the process route template generation module is communicated with the process storage unit and the process route template storage unit, the process route template generation module is used for acquiring the process information in the process storage unit, sequentially arranging the process information to form the process route template, storing the process route template in the process route storage unit, and forming a process route template library through setting a plurality of process route templates.

The process parameter setting unit comprises a resource management tab, a physical control template tab and a management key tab; the resource management tab is used for setting production equipment information, mould information, production cycle information and configuration personnel information; the physical control template tab is used for setting the material input amount and the material loss amount; the management key point tab is used for setting inspection type information and work reporting period information, the inspection type information comprises first inspection requirement information, self-inspection requirement information, inspection requirement information and mixed matching inspection information, and the processing module generates a process according to the information of the resource management tab, the physical control template tab and the management key point tab and stores the process in the process storage unit.
