The computer device can identify the image class material based on the image identification model, and determine a first material class; the text category material is identified based on the text identification model, a second material category is determined, and the category to which the claim material belongs is determined based on the second material category of the first material category. The target recognition model includes a text recognition model and an image recognition model. If the first material type is the same as the second material type, determining the first material type or the second material type as the type to which the claim material belongs; if the first material category is different from the second material category, the second material category is determined as the category to which the claim material belongs. Because the characters in the text material can reflect the main content of the text and the characters in the text material are identified more accurately, the identification result corresponding to the text material can be determined as the category to which the claim material belongs, and the accuracy of the category determination result can be improved.

In the embodiment of the application, the computer device can respond to an event viewing instruction for a target claim event to acquire target claim information of the target claim event, wherein the target claim information comprises track information of a target user who processes the target claim event. The target user who processes the target claim event refers to an operator who processes the target claim event, and the trajectory information of the target user who processes the target claim event may include at least one of a user trajectory of the target user and a vehicle driving trajectory. In a specific implementation, the management user may trigger an operation instruction in the presentation interface, and the computer device executes a corresponding operation in response to the operation instruction. For example, the management user can trigger an event viewing instruction for a target claim event, and the computer device responds to the event viewing instruction for the target claim event. For example, the computer device can receive a click operation of the management user for the identification of the target claim event, and then respond to the event viewing instruction for the target claim event. In the embodiment of the application, as the track information of the target user for processing the target claim settlement event is obtained, the computer device can perform track matching based on the track information of the target user and the preset track information, determine a track matching result for indicating whether the track information of the target user is abnormal, and output the track matching result on the display interface. If the track information of the target user is matched with the preset track information, determining that the track matching result is that the track information of the user is normal; and if the track information of the target user is not matched with the preset track information, determining that the track matching result is that the track information of the user is abnormal.
The track information of the target user may include a user track of the target user, and the user track may refer to a track of an operator who processes the claim settlement event. The user trajectory may be determined by positioning information of a handheld device of the target user, which may include, for example, a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet computer, and the like of the target user. The handheld device of the target user can upload the user position information at regular time, so that the user track of the target user is determined. It is understood that, in the specific implementation manner of the present application, the data related to the track information acquisition of the user and the like needs to be approved or agreed by the user when the above embodiment of the present application is applied to a specific product or technology, and the collection, use and processing of the related data need to comply with the related laws and regulations and standards of the related country and region.
In a specific implementation, the method for the computer device to perform the track matching based on the track information of the target user and the preset track information may include, but is not limited to, calculating a similarity between the preset track information and the track information of the target user. The preset track information comprises preset track coordinates, and the track information of the target user comprises user track coordinates. The computer device may calculate a similarity between the preset trajectory coordinates and the user trajectory coordinates, and determine whether the preset trajectory information matches the trajectory information of the target user. The similarity calculation method may include, but is not limited to, a euclidean distance calculation method, a cosine distance calculation method, a manhattan distance calculation method, a hamming distance calculation method, a pearson correlation coefficient, and the like. Optionally, the preset trajectory information may be determined according to the current position of the target user and the position information of the target claim settlement event, the number of the preset trajectory information may include one or more than one, and if the number of the preset trajectory information is multiple, the computer device may respectively match each piece of the preset trajectory information with the trajectory information of the target user, and determine a trajectory matching result. And if one preset track information in the plurality of preset track information is matched with the track information of the target user, determining that the track matching result indicates that the track information of the target user is normal. And if the plurality of pieces of preset track information are not matched with the track information of the target user, determining that the track matching result indicates that the track information of the target user is abnormal.
Optionally, after the computer device outputs the claim settlement information of the claim settlement event corresponding to the at least one organization in the presentation interface, the computer device may also respond to an operation instruction of the user for the presentation interface, so as to output information corresponding to the operation instruction in the presentation interface. For example, the computer device can be responsive to an area review instruction for a target claim area, the target claim area being any one of the claim areas of the at least one institution; and outputting all the claim event distribution information in the target claim area in the display interface.
The distribution information of all the claim events in the target claim area refers to the distribution information of the claim events of all the mechanisms corresponding to the target claim area, and the distribution information of the claim events may include the occurrence location of the claim events, for example, XX number of XX community in the south mountain area of yue hai street in shenzhen city. That is to say, the user can view any claim area in the display interface, and the computer device can display the claim event distribution information of all claim events in the claim area viewed by the user, so that the claim events can be conveniently followed up or managed. Further, the track information of the target user for processing the target claim settlement event is matched with the preset track information, and a track matching result is output, so that whether the track information of the target user is abnormal or not can be quickly determined, and the management efficiency is improved.

In the embodiment of the application, when the management user operates on the display interface, for example, the management user clicks the identifier of the target claim event displayed in the display interface, the computer device may respond to the event viewing instruction for the target claim event, acquire preset track information and preset task duration information associated with the identifier of the target claim event, and perform matching based on the preset track information and the track information of the target user. The event viewing instruction of the target claim event carries an identifier of the target claim event, the identifier of the target claim event may include but is not limited to a name or an icon of the target claim event, and the trajectory information of the target user includes at least one of a user trajectory of the target user and a vehicle driving trajectory. The preset task duration information may refer to duration information that a user theoretically needs to consume from the location of the organization to the position where the target claim settlement event occurs.
Optionally, the target task duration information may refer to duration information consumed by the target user to go to a position where the target claim settlement event occurs from an organization location (for example, the organization location to which the target user belongs), and the target task duration information may be determined according to trajectory information of the target user. The computer equipment can determine preset track information and preset task duration information in advance according to the position information between the position information of the target claim event and the position of the mechanism, when the target task duration information corresponding to the track information of the target user is obtained, the track information of the target user can be judged based on the task duration, whether the target user executes the process of processing the target claim event according to a preset route (namely the preset track information) is determined, if the target user does not process the target claim event according to the preset route, the situation that the target user may not process the claim event or leave a post in time is shown, and therefore the target user can be managed in time, and the claim event processing efficiency is improved.
The track information of the target user comprises a user track of the target user and a vehicle running track, and the vehicle running track can be a track of a survey vehicle driven by a claim settlement personnel to process a target claim settlement event. The vehicle driving track can be determined by surveying the vehicle positioning information of the vehicle. Before processing a claim settlement event, a target user can upload a vehicle diagnosis system code of a survey vehicle to be driven in advance in an event management system to realize vehicle binding operation, and the user information of the target user is bound with the vehicle information of the survey vehicle. It is understood that, in the specific implementation manner of the present application, data related to the acquisition of the trajectory information of the user (including the user trajectory and the vehicle driving trajectory) and the like need to obtain user permission or consent when the above embodiment of the present application is applied to specific products or technologies, and the collection, use and processing of the related data need to comply with the related laws and regulations and standards of the related countries and regions.
Optionally, the method for matching based on the preset track information and the track information of the target user may include, but is not limited to, calculating a similarity between the preset track information and the track information of the target user. Specifically, the similarity between the preset track information and the user track and the similarity between the preset track information and the vehicle driving track can be calculated. Whether the target task duration information is matched with the preset task duration information or not can be determined by calculating a difference value between the target task duration information and the preset task duration information, and if the difference value is smaller than a difference value threshold value, it is determined that the target task duration information is matched with the preset task duration information; and if the difference is greater than or equal to the difference threshold, determining that the target task time length information is not matched with the preset task time length information. The preset track information may include preset track coordinates, and the track information of the target user may include user track coordinates and vehicle driving track coordinates. The computer equipment can respectively calculate the similarity between the preset track coordinates and the user track coordinates and determine whether the preset track information is matched with the user track; and calculating the similarity between the preset track coordinates and the vehicle running track coordinates, and determining whether the preset track information is matched with the vehicle running track.
And S206, if the track information of the target user is not matched with the preset track information, determining that the track matching result is abnormal, and outputting the track matching result on the display interface.
In the embodiment of the application, if the preset track information is not matched with the track of the user and/or the preset track information is not matched with the running track of the vehicle, the track information of the target user is determined to be not matched with the preset track information, the track matching result is determined to be that the track information of the target user is abnormal, and track abnormity prompt information is output in a display interface. And the track matching result comprises track abnormity of the target user and/or vehicle running track abnormity. The trajectory abnormality prompting information may include, but is not limited to, "XX user trajectory abnormality", "XX user vehicle travel trajectory abnormality". Optionally, if the track information of the target user is not matched with the preset track information, the computer device does not need to determine whether the target task duration information corresponding to the track information of the target user is matched with the preset duration information, and the data processing efficiency can be improved.
S207, if the track information of the target user is matched with the preset track information, target task duration information corresponding to the track information of the target user is obtained, if the target task duration information is not matched with the preset task duration information, the track matching result is determined to be that the track information of the target user is abnormal, and the track matching result is output on a display interface.
In the embodiment of the application, if the preset track information is matched with the track of the user and the preset track information is matched with the vehicle running track, the track information of the target user is determined to be matched with the preset track information, the target task time length information corresponding to the track information of the target user is obtained, the difference value between the target task time length information and the preset task time length information is calculated, if the difference value is larger than or equal to the difference value threshold value, the target task time length information is determined not to be matched with the preset task time length information, and the track matching result is determined to be that the track information of the target user is abnormal. The track matching result also comprises task duration information abnormity of the target user. By judging the target task duration information of the target user for processing the target claim event, whether the target user processes the target claim event in time can be determined, and the situation that the target user does not process the claim event in time or leaves the post can be prevented, so that the target user can be managed in time, and the claim event processing efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the computer device may also output trajectory information of the target user, including a user trajectory and a vehicle travel trajectory. Specifically, the computer device may obtain a first track display color corresponding to the user track and a second track display color corresponding to the vehicle travel track, output the user track in the display interface based on the first track color, and output the vehicle travel track in the display interface based on the second track display color. Optionally, the user trajectory and the vehicle driving trajectory may be distinguished by a solid line and a dotted line, or distinguished by a solid line and a dotted line, so as to distinguish the user trajectory and the vehicle driving trajectory, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of track information of a target user provided in an embodiment of the present application, where track display colors of a user track (a gray dotted line) and a vehicle driving track (a black solid line) are different, so as to distinguish and determine whether a human-vehicle track is consistent, and implement quick management on the target user.
Optionally, if the track information of the target user is matched with the preset track information and the target task duration information is matched with the preset task duration information, it is determined that the track information of the target user is normal, the target user processes the claim settlement event according to the preset route, and the track information of the target user can be output in the display interface, so that the management user can conveniently check the current position information of the target user.
In the embodiment of the application, the track information of the target user is output by responding to the user viewing instruction aiming at the target user, so that the current position of the target user can be quickly determined; further, determining whether the target user deviates from the preset track information by matching the track information of the target user with the preset track information, thereby determining whether the target user leaves the post and whether the claim settlement event is processed in time; by automatically matching the track information of the target user, the data processing efficiency can be improved, and the target user can be managed conveniently.

respectively acquiring information of a claim area of at least one mechanism, wherein the information of the claim area comprises N area boundary coordinates, and N is a positive integer;
acquiring the position coordinates of at least one claim event, and determining an organization corresponding to each claim event based on the position coordinates of each claim event and the information of the claim area of the at least one organization;
based on the mechanisms corresponding to the at least one claim settlement event respectively, acquiring claim settlement information of the claim settlement event corresponding to each mechanism, and outputting the claim settlement information of the claim settlement event corresponding to the at least one mechanism in a display interface;
in response to an event viewing instruction for a target claim event, target claim information of the target claim event is acquired, wherein the target claim information comprises track information of a target user who processes the target claim event;
and performing track matching based on the track information of the target user and preset track information, determining a track matching result, and outputting the track matching result on a display interface, wherein the track matching result is used for indicating whether the track information of the target user is abnormal or not.
It should be understood that the computer device 70 described in this embodiment of the present application may perform the description of the data presentation method in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 and fig. 4, and may also perform the description of the data presentation apparatus in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 6, which is not described herein again. In addition, the beneficial effects of the same method are not described in detail.
In the embodiment of the application, information of claim settlement areas of at least one organization is acquired respectively; acquiring the position coordinates of at least one claim event, and determining an organization corresponding to each claim event based on the position coordinates of each claim event and the information of the claim area of at least one organization; based on at least one mechanism corresponding to the claim settlement event, obtaining claim settlement information of the claim settlement event corresponding to each mechanism, and outputting the claim settlement information of the claim settlement event corresponding to the mechanism in a display interface; responding to an event viewing instruction aiming at the target claim settlement event, and acquiring target claim settlement information of the target claim settlement event; and performing track matching based on the track information of the target user and preset track information, determining a track matching result, and outputting the track matching result on a display interface, wherein the track matching result is used for indicating whether the track information of the target user is abnormal or not. By acquiring the information of the claim area of each mechanism, when a claim event occurs, the position coordinate of the occurrence place of the claim event is acquired, the mechanism having the processing authority for the claim event is determined based on the position coordinate of the claim event and the information of the claim area of the mechanism, and further the claim information of the claim event corresponding to each mechanism can be acquired. The claim settlement information of the claim settlement events of each organization is output through the display interface, so that the claim settlement events are managed conveniently, and the data management efficiency is improved. Further, the track information of the target user for processing the target claim settlement event is matched with the preset track information, and a track matching result is output, so that whether the track information of the target user is abnormal or not can be quickly determined, and the management efficiency is improved.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program comprising program instructions which, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform the method according to the aforementioned embodiments, the computer may be a part of the aforementioned computer device. Such as the processor 701 described above. By way of example, the program instructions may be executed on one computer device, or on multiple computer devices located at one site, or distributed across multiple sites and interconnected by a communication network, which may comprise a blockchain network.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes in the methods for implementing the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Claims (10)

1. A method for displaying data, comprising:
respectively acquiring information of claim settlement areas of at least one mechanism, wherein the information of the claim settlement areas comprises N area boundary coordinates, and N is a positive integer;
acquiring the position coordinates of at least one claim event, and determining an organization corresponding to each claim event based on the position coordinates of each claim event and the information of the claim area of at least one organization;
based on the mechanisms corresponding to the at least one claim settlement event respectively, acquiring claim settlement information of the claim settlement event corresponding to each mechanism, and outputting the claim settlement information of the claim settlement event corresponding to the at least one mechanism in a display interface;
in response to an event viewing instruction for a target claim event, target claim information of the target claim event is acquired, wherein the target claim information comprises track information of a target user who processes the target claim event;
and performing track matching based on the track information of the target user and preset track information, determining a track matching result, and outputting the track matching result on the display interface, wherein the track matching result is used for indicating whether the track information of the target user is abnormal or not.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the mechanism to which each claim event corresponds based on the location coordinates of each claim event and information of the claim area of the at least one mechanism comprises:
clustering N region boundary coordinates corresponding to information of a claim region of a target mechanism, and clustering one or more region boundary coordinates with a distance smaller than a preset distance threshold in the N region boundary coordinates to obtain M target boundary coordinates, wherein the target mechanism is any one of the at least one mechanism, and M is a positive integer smaller than or equal to N;
and determining a mechanism corresponding to each claim event based on the position coordinates of each claim event and the M target boundary coordinates.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the mechanism to which each claim event corresponds based on the location coordinates and the M target boundary coordinates of each claim event comprises:
determining k area coordinates corresponding to the M target boundary coordinates based on the M target boundary coordinates corresponding to the claim area of the target mechanism, wherein k is a positive integer;
traversing the k region coordinates, and determining whether coordinates identical to the position coordinates of the target claim settlement event exist in the k region coordinates;
if the coordinates identical to the position coordinates of the target claim event exist in the k area coordinates, determining that the mechanism corresponding to the target claim event is the target mechanism;
if the k area coordinates do not have the coordinates which are the same as the position coordinates of the target claim event, traversing the k area coordinates corresponding to the claim area of the mechanism except the target mechanism in the at least one mechanism to determine the mechanism corresponding to the target claim event.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the claim information comprises a number of claim events, the information for a claim area further comprises an area location for the claim area;
the outputting of the claim settlement information of the claim settlement event corresponding to the at least one organization in the display interface includes:
determining the area display color of the claim settlement area of each organization based on the number of claim settlement events corresponding to each organization;
determining a thermodynamic diagram based on the area display color and an area location of a claim area of the at least one facility;
determining an aggregation graph based on the number of claim settlement events corresponding to the at least one organization and the area location of the claim settlement area of the at least one organization;
generating a composite graph based on the thermodynamic graph and the aggregation graph, and outputting the composite graph in the presentation interface.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after outputting the claim information of the claim event corresponding to the at least one organization in a presentation interface, the method further comprises:
responding to a region viewing instruction aiming at a target claim area, wherein the target claim area is any one of the claim areas of the at least one institution;
and outputting all the claim event distribution information in the target claim area in the display interface.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after outputting the claim information of the claim event corresponding to the at least one organization in a presentation interface, the method further comprises:
in response to a team viewing instruction for a target team, acquiring team information of the target team, wherein the team information comprises an identification of at least one user in the target team and claim event processing information of each user in a target period;
outputting team information of the target team in the display interface.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the event viewing instruction of the target claim event carries an identifier of the target claim event, and the trajectory information of the target user comprises at least one of a user trajectory and a vehicle driving trajectory of the target user;
the track matching is carried out based on the track information of the target user and the preset track information, and the track matching result is determined, wherein the track matching comprises the following steps:
acquiring preset track information and preset task duration information associated with the identification of the target claim settlement event, and matching the preset track information with the track information of the target user;
if the track information of the target user is not matched with the preset track information, determining that the track matching result is the track information abnormity of the target user, wherein the track matching result comprises at least one of the track abnormity of the target user and the vehicle running track abnormity; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
if the track information of the target user is matched with the preset track information, target task time length information corresponding to the track information of the target user is obtained, if the target task time length information is not matched with the preset task time length information, the track matching result is determined to be that the track information of the target user is abnormal, and the track matching result also comprises that the task time length information of the target user is abnormal.
8. A data presentation device, comprising:
the system comprises an information acquisition module, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the information acquisition module is used for respectively acquiring information of a claim settlement area of at least one mechanism, the information of the claim settlement area comprises N area boundary coordinates, and N is a positive integer;
the mechanism determination module is used for acquiring the position coordinates of at least one claim event and determining the mechanism corresponding to each claim event based on the position coordinates of each claim event and the information of the claim area of at least one mechanism;
the first output module is used for acquiring the claim settlement information of the claim settlement event corresponding to each organization based on the organizations corresponding to the at least one claim settlement event respectively, and outputting the claim settlement information of the claim settlement event corresponding to the at least one organization in a display interface;
the event viewing module is used for responding to an event viewing instruction aiming at a target claim event, and acquiring target claim information of the target claim event, wherein the target claim information comprises track information of a target user for processing the target claim event;
and the second output module is used for performing track matching based on the track information of the target user and preset track information, determining a track matching result, and outputting the track matching result on a display interface, wherein the track matching result is used for indicating whether the track information of the target user is abnormal or not.
9. A computer device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a network interface;
the processor is coupled to the memory and the network interface, wherein the network interface is configured to provide data communication functionality, the memory is configured to store program code, and the processor is configured to invoke the program code to cause the computer device to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program adapted to be loaded and executed by a processor to cause a computer device having the processor to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
