When people load white water pigment into the liquid storage barrel 134 and the buzzer 123 sounds, the sound sensor 132 detects that the decibel is higher than a preset value, the control module controls the water pump 137 to start, the water pump 137 conveys the white water pigment into the liquid outlet pipe 136, the liquid outlet pipe 136 marks the concave part, and therefore people can be prevented from measuring in the same place, after the buzzer 123 stops, the sound sensor 132 detects that the decibel is lower than the preset value, and the control module controls the water pump 137 to close.
Referring to fig. 14-15, the device further includes a rotating mechanism 14, the rotating mechanism 14 includes a water flow sensor 141, an eighth fixed column 142, a second gear motor 143 and a counter gear 144, the water flow sensor 141 is disposed at the lower side of the liquid outlet pipe 136, the water flow sensor 141 is disposed at the lower side of the water pump 137, the eighth fixed column 142 is welded at the rear side of the bottom of the liquid storage barrel 134, the second gear motor 143 is fixedly connected at the bottom of the eighth fixed column 142 through a bolt, the output shaft of the second gear motor 143 and the upper portion of the liquid outlet pipe 136 are connected with the counter gear 144 through keys, and the two counter gears 144 are meshed.
When white pigment water enters the liquid outlet pipe 136, the water flow sensor 141 detects that the water flow reaches a preset value, the control module controls the second gear motor 143 to start for three seconds, the output shaft of the second gear motor 143 drives the opposite gear 144 to rotate, and then the liquid outlet pipe 136 is driven to rotate, so that white pigment water circles on the ground, the mark is more obvious, the water flow sensor 141 detects that the water flow returns to the preset value, and the control module controls the second gear motor 143 to stop operating.
Referring to fig. 3, 16 and 17, the device further comprises a control box 6, the left rear side of the top of the mounting plate 3 is fixedly connected with the control box 6 through bolts, the control box 6 comprises a storage battery, a power module and a control module, the storage battery supplies power to the whole simple subway station compression degree measurement warning device, the output end of the storage battery is electrically connected with the power module, the power module is connected with a power master switch through a circuit, and the power module is electrically connected with the control module; the control module is connected with a DS1302 clock circuit and a 24C02 circuit; the first distance sensor 92, the second distance sensor 122, the sound sensor 132, the contact switch 5, the water flow sensor 141 and the buzzer 123 are all electrically connected with the control module, the first gear motor 102 is connected with the control module through the direct current motor forward and reverse rotation module, and the electric push rod 8, the second gear motor 143, the water pump 137 and the electromagnet 96 are all connected with the control module through the relay control module.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art from this disclosure that various other changes and modifications can be made which are within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (6)
1. A simple subway station compression resistance degree measurement warning device is characterized by comprising:
a mounting plate (3);
the first fixing columns (2) are symmetrically connected with the front and back of the bottom of the mounting plate (3);
the tire (1) is rotationally connected with the inside of the two first fixed columns (2) and is used for moving the tire (1) of the simple subway station compression resistance degree measuring and warning device;
a handle (4), the rear side of the top of the mounting plate (3) is connected with the handle (4);
the contact switch (5) is arranged at the rear side of the top of the mounting plate (3);
the middle of the top of the mounting plate (3) is connected with a second fixing column (7);
the electric push rod (8) is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the second fixed column (7);
the bottom of the telescopic rod of the electric push rod (8) is provided with a test block (81) for detecting the ground;
the testing mechanism (9) is arranged on the mounting plate (3), and the testing mechanism (9) is used for further detecting the ground;
the test mechanism (9) comprises:
the front side and the rear side of the top of the mounting plate (3) are connected with two third fixing columns (93);
the first reel (94) is rotatably connected between the upper parts of two similar third fixing columns (93);
the first stay ropes (95) are wound on the two first winding wheels (94);
an electromagnet (96), one end of each of the two first pull ropes (95) is provided with the electromagnet (96);
the iron blocks (97), the iron blocks (97) used for detecting the ground are adsorbed at the bottoms of the two electromagnets (96);
the winding mechanism (10) is connected between the mounting plate (3) and the first reel (94), and the winding mechanism (10) of the auxiliary test mechanism (9) is connected between the mounting plate and the first reel (94);
the test mechanism (9) further comprises:
the first induction rod (91) is arranged on the telescopic rod of the electric push rod (8);
the left side of the bottom of the mounting plate (3) is provided with a first distance sensor (92);
the winding mechanism (10) comprises:
the left front side of the top of the mounting plate (3) is connected with a fourth fixing column (101);
the upper part of the fourth fixed column (101) is connected with a first speed reducing motor (102), and an output shaft of the first speed reducing motor (102) is connected with the left side of a first reel (94) at the front side;
and a flat belt (103) is wound between the right sides of the two first winding wheels (94) through a belt pulley.
2. The simple subway station compression resistance measurement warning device according to claim 1, further comprising a material supporting mechanism (11) for supporting the iron block (97), wherein the material supporting mechanism (11) comprises:
the middle of the top of the mounting plate (3) is connected with two first supporting plates (111);
the top parts of the two first supporting plates (111) are connected with two fifth fixing columns (112);
the second reel (114) is rotatably connected between the upper parts of the two fifth fixed columns (112) on the same vertical side;
a spring (113) is connected between the rear sides of the two second winding wheels (114) and a fifth fixed column (112) at the same side;
the inner sides of the two first supporting plates (111) are connected with the guide wheels (116);
the second pull ropes (115) are wound on the two second winding wheels (114), and one ends of the two second pull ropes (115) are wound on the guide wheels (116);
a second supporting plate (117), wherein a second supporting plate (117) is connected between one ends of the two second pull ropes (115);
and the limiting frames (118) are symmetrically arranged on the front and back of the top of the second supporting plate (117), and the limiting frames (118) are used for supporting the iron blocks (97).
3. The simple subway station compression resistance measurement warning device according to claim 2, further comprising a warning mechanism (12) for assisting people in judging whether compression resistance of the measurement place is qualified, wherein the warning mechanism (12) comprises:
the second induction rod (121) is connected with the upper rear side of the limit frame (118) at the rear side;
the second distance sensor (122) is connected to the rear side of the top of the mounting plate (3);
buzzer (123), mounting panel (3) top rear side is equipped with buzzer (123) that assist people to judge whether the resistance to compression of measuring department is qualified.
4. A simplified subway station compression strength measuring and warning device according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising a marking mechanism (13) for marking the depression, the marking mechanism (13) comprising:
a fixed plate (131), wherein the fixed plate (131) is arranged on the rear side of the top of the mounting plate (3);
the sound sensor (132) is arranged at the inner top of the fixed plate (131);
the front side of the top of the mounting plate (3) is connected with a sixth fixing column (133);
the liquid storage barrel (134) is arranged at the upper part in the sixth fixing column (133) and is used for containing the liquid storage barrel (134) of white water pigment;
a seventh fixing column (135), wherein the seventh fixing column (135) is arranged on the front side of the mounting plate (3);
the liquid outlet pipe (136), the seventh fixed column (135) is internally provided with the liquid outlet pipe (136) for marking the concave part, and the top of the liquid outlet pipe (136) is rotationally connected with the bottom of the liquid storage barrel (134);
the water pump (137), drain pipe (136) middle part is equipped with water pump (137).
5. The simplified subway station compression strength measurement warning device according to claim 4, further comprising a rotating mechanism (14) for assisting the liquid outlet pipe (136) in marking, wherein the rotating mechanism (14) comprises:
a water flow sensor (141), wherein the lower side of the liquid outlet pipe (136) is provided with the water flow sensor (141);
an eighth fixed column (142), wherein the rear side of the bottom of the liquid storage barrel (134) is connected with the eighth fixed column (142);
the bottom of the eighth fixed column (142) is connected with a second speed reducing motor (143);
and the opposite gears (144), the output shafts of the second gear motor (143) and the upper part of the liquid outlet pipe (136) are connected with the opposite gears (144), and the two opposite gears (144) are meshed.

The simple subway station compression resistance measurement warning device according to claim 5, further comprising a control box (6), wherein the control box (6) is connected to the left rear side of the top of the mounting plate (3), the control box (6) comprises a storage battery, a power module and a control module, the storage battery supplies power to the whole simple subway station compression resistance measurement warning device, the output end of the storage battery is electrically connected with the power module, the power module is connected with a main power switch through a circuit, and the power module is electrically connected with the control module; the control module is connected with a DS1302 clock circuit and a 24C02 circuit; the intelligent control device comprises a first distance sensor (92), a second distance sensor (122), a sound sensor (132), a contact switch (5), a water flow sensor (141) and a buzzer (123), wherein the first distance sensor, the second distance sensor, the contact switch, the water flow sensor and the buzzer (123) are all electrically connected with a control module, a first gear motor (102) is connected with the control module through a direct current motor forward and reverse rotation module, and an electric push rod (8), a second gear motor (143), a water pump (137) and an electromagnet (96) are all connected with the control module through a relay control module.
