Description

Extremely simple correction mechanism
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of mechanical equipment, and particularly relates to a very simple correction mechanism for correcting a hanging camera on a gun.
Background
Some firearms need to hang down a camera or a sight in the test or use process, and the camera or the sight collects target images and transmits the target images to a controller (controller) to realize the aim of the firearms. The axis of the camera or the sighting device is consistent with the axis of the gun barrel, otherwise aiming deviation occurs, and the sighting deviation needs to be adjusted according to specific conditions such as the distance of a target, and therefore, the connecting mechanism needs to have a certain correcting function. Because some firearms are small, a simple, lightweight, reliable correction mechanism is required.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at providing a simple correction mechanism for correcting a hanging camera on a gun aiming at the hanging camera on the gun.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme: a very simple correction mechanism comprising: a connecting device and a correcting device; the connection device is used for fixing the correction mechanism below the barrel of the firearm, and the correction device comprises: the front fixing ring and the rear fixing ring are two pear-shaped rings, the heads of the two pear-shaped rings face different directions and are simultaneously perpendicular to the gun barrel to be fixed on the connecting device, and the camera penetrates the front fixing ring and the rear fixing ring to be fixed and keep the axis consistent with the gun barrel.
Further, the pear-shaped ring is formed by two circular arcs and a tangent line connecting the circular arcs, and the radii r1 and r2 of the circular arcs and the distance h between the two circle centers have the following relationship: r1= (1/2-3/4) R2; and R2-R1 is more than or equal to h and less than or equal to r1+r2.
Further, the heads of the two pear-shaped rings are vertically upwards and horizontally arranged.
Further, the pear-shaped ring is provided with a screw hole at the bottom and an adjusting bolt penetrating through the screw hole, and the adjusting bolt adjusts and fixes the position of the camera.
Further, the pear-shaped ring is made of elastic metal materials.
Further, the connecting device comprises a cross beam, a fixed sleeve, a fixed bolt and a nut; the fixed sleeve is U-shaped, the bottom of the clamping sleeve is fixed on the cross beam, the upper part of the clamping sleeve is wrapped outside the gun barrel, and the top of the clamping sleeve is fixed through fixing bolts and nuts penetrating through the two ends.
The extremely simple correction mechanism of this application wraps up the fixed cover outside the barrel when using, and the top is fixed through fixing bolt and the nut that pass both ends. The front fixing ring and the rear fixing ring are pear-shaped and elastic, the camera is placed in the two rings, and the transverse adjustment and the longitudinal adjustment of the axis of the camera can be realized by adjusting screws of the front fixing ring and the rear fixing ring, so that the two-dimensional correction of the direction of the camera is realized.
The gun camera is novel in structure, convenient to use, suitable for the requirements of gun hanging cameras of different sizes, and capable of accurately conforming the axis of the camera to the axis of the gun barrel, and simple, light and reliable.

Detailed Description
In order to make the present application solution better understood by those skilled in the art, the following description will be made in detail and with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present application.
It should be noted that the terms "comprises" and "comprising," and any variations thereof, in the description and claims of the present application and in the foregoing figures, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
A very simple correction mechanism as shown in figures 1 and 2, comprising: a connecting device and a correcting device.
The connecting device is used for fixing the correction mechanism below the gun barrel of the gun and comprises a cross beam 1, a fixing sleeve 2, a fixing bolt 3 and a nut 4. The fixed cover is U-shaped, and the bottom of fixed cover is fixed on the crossbeam, and fixed cover upper portion parcel is outside the barrel, and the top is fixed through fixing bolt and the nut that passes both ends.
The correction device includes: a front fixing ring 5 and a rear fixing ring 6. The front and rear fixing rings are two pear-shaped rings, the pear-shaped rings are formed by two circular arcs and tangent lines connecting the circular arcs, and the radiuses r1 and r2 of the circular arcs and the distance h between the two circle centers have the following relationship: r1= (1/2-3/4) R2; and R2-R1 is more than or equal to h and less than or equal to r1+r2. The center of the small arc is the head, and the center of the large arc is the bottom.
The heads of the two pear-shaped rings face different directions and are simultaneously perpendicular to the gun barrel to be fixed on the connecting device, in the embodiment, the heads of the front fixing rings face one side, connecting lines of the circle centers of the two circular arcs are perpendicular to the cross beam, the heads of the rear fixing rings face upwards, the connecting lines of the circle centers of the two circular arcs are perpendicular to the cross beam, and the connecting lines of the circle centers of the two circular arcs of the two fixing rings are perpendicular to each other. The connecting line of the circle centers of the large circular arcs of the front and rear fixing rings is parallel to the cross beam (namely, the circle center of the large circular arc is positioned right below the cross beam).
The pear-shaped ring is provided with a screw hole 7 at the bottom and an adjusting bolt 8 penetrating through the screw hole, and the adjusting bolt adjusts and fixes the position of the camera 9. The camera passes through the front fixing ring and the rear fixing ring to be fixed and keeps the axis consistent with the gun barrel.
The pear-shaped ring is made of elastic metal materials, the ring edge is in a belt shape, can be spread by the camera, and can be restored to the original state after the camera is taken out.
When the gun barrel is used, the fixing sleeve is wrapped outside the gun barrel, and the top is fixed through the fixing bolts and nuts penetrating through the two ends.
