Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of mechanical equipment, and particularly relates to a simple correcting mechanism for correcting a camera hung on a gun.
Background
Some guns need to hang down a camera or a sighting device in the process of testing or using, and the camera or the sighting device collects target images and transmits the target images to a controller (device) to achieve gun target alignment. The axis of the camera or the sighting device is consistent with the axis of the gun barrel, otherwise, aiming deviation occurs, and the sighting device needs to be adjusted according to specific conditions such as the distance of a target and the like, so that the connecting mechanism has a certain correction function. Because some firearms are small, a simple, lightweight, and reliable revision mechanism is required.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a simple correcting mechanism for correcting a camera hung on a gun, aiming at a camera hung below the gun.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a minimal modification mechanism comprising: a connecting device and a correcting device; the attachment device is for securing a revision mechanism beneath a barrel of a firearm, the revision device comprising: preceding retainer plate and back retainer plate, preceding, back retainer plate are two pears shape ring, and the head of two pears shape ring is fixed on connecting device towards different directions and perpendicular to barrel simultaneously, and the camera passes preceding, back retainer plate to be fixed and keep the axis unanimous in the barrel.
Further, the pear-shaped ring is composed of two circular arcs and tangents connecting the circular arcs, and the radiuses r1 and r2 of the circular arcs and the distance h between the two circle centers have the following relation: r1 ═ (1/2-3/4) R2; R2-R1 is not less than h not less than R1+ R2.
Further, the heads of the two pear-shaped rings are arranged vertically upwards and horizontally.
Furthermore, the pear-shaped ring is provided with a screw hole at the bottom and an adjusting bolt penetrating through the screw hole, and the adjusting bolt adjusts and fixes the position of the camera.
Furthermore, the pear-shaped ring is made of elastic metal materials.
Furthermore, the connecting device comprises a cross beam, a fixed sleeve, a fixed bolt and a nut; the fixed sleeve is U-shaped, the bottom of the clamping sleeve is fixed on the cross beam, the upper part of the clamping sleeve is wrapped outside the gun barrel, and the top of the clamping sleeve is fixed through fixing bolts and nuts penetrating through two ends of the clamping sleeve.
The application's utmost point simple correction mechanism will fix the cover parcel in the barrel outside when using, and the top is fixed through fixing bolt and the nut that passes both ends. The front fixing ring and the rear fixing ring are pear-shaped and elastic, the camera is placed in the two rings, and the transverse adjustment and the longitudinal adjustment of the axis of the camera can be realized by adjusting screws of the front fixing ring and the rear fixing ring, so that the two-dimensional correction of the direction of the camera is realized.
The invention has novel structure and convenient use, is suitable for the requirement of hanging the camera on guns with different sizes, can accurately lead the axis of the camera to be consistent with the axis of the gun barrel, and is simple, portable and reliable.
