Abstract
The invention discloses a sand filtering and draining device for well wall drilling, which comprises a filtering cap, wherein a primary filtering cavity and a secondary filtering cavity which are communicated with each other are arranged in the filtering cap, a primary filtering layer is arranged in the primary filtering cavity, one end of the primary filtering layer is communicated with the secondary filtering cavity, the other end of the primary filtering layer is connected with a guide pipe, a hollow rubber plug is sleeved on the outer wall of the guide pipe, and a secondary filtering layer is arranged in the secondary filtering cavity. According to the invention, the primary filter cavity and the secondary filter cavity are arranged in the filter cap to filter water and sand twice, so that the sand blocking precision can be effectively improved, the sand loss is reduced, the well wall is kept stable, the grouting hole sealing difficulty is further reduced, the grouting hole sealing quality is improved, meanwhile, the hollow rubber plug is arranged on the outer wall of the conduit, the conduit can be assisted and fixed, the hollow rubber plug has the elastic characteristic, and is abutted against the inner wall of the well wall drill hole after being plugged into the well wall drill hole, so that the water and sand can be effectively prevented from leaking from a gap between the well wall drill hole and the filter cap.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coal mine construction, in particular to a sand filtering and draining device for borehole wall drilling.
Background
During the construction and production process of the mine, water and sand flow into the mine through the weak area of the well wall, and when the water and sand flow quantity of the mine is too large, water damage of the mine can be caused. The construction of drilling on the well wall is a common measure for water damage control of complex mines, and pressure relief is carried out by drilling on the well wall. However, when the mine is in the water-rich rock-soil layer, a large amount of underground water is gushed out from the drilling holes of the well wall due to the reasons of large water content, high water pressure, loose rock-soil layer and the like of the water-rich rock-soil layer, and a large amount of silt is carried into the shaft of the mine through the drilling holes, once the sand output amount is too large, the shaft is easy to cause secondary disasters due to the sedimentation of the peripheral earth surface, water inrush accidents are generated, the well wall is broken in a large area, and accidents such as well flooding, sand bursting and the like are caused. Such accidents cause severe underground production environment of the mine, and seriously directly harm the life safety of underground workers and cause national property loss. Meanwhile, the long-term sand leakage and water leakage of the well wall can also increase the underground sand and water discharging cost and increase the production cost of the mine.
The borehole wall drilling is sealed through grouting, but the effect of direct grouting hole sealing after drilling generally can not reach the design requirement, the hole sealing quality is poor, the durability is not strong, and a water and sand circulation channel is easy to form. Therefore, a device capable of filtering sand and draining water after drilling a hole in a well wall of a mine is needed, loss of large-particle sand after drilling the hole in the well wall is reduced, and then grouting hole sealing is carried out. However, the number of sand filtering and water draining devices currently applied to coal mines is small, and most of the sand filtering devices and the sand filtering and water draining devices are applied to oil well engineering and tunnel engineering. The existing metal mesh cloth type sand filtering pipe is generally a metal pipe with water drainage holes on the inner layer and the outer layer, and a sand filtering device filled with a water filtering net is adopted between the metal pipes, but the existing metal mesh cloth type sand filtering pipe generally has the problems of longer length, high cost, poor sand filtering and drainage effects and the like.
Therefore, how to provide a sand filtering and draining device for borehole wall drilling, which has simple structure, small volume and good sand filtering and draining effects, is one of the technical problems to be solved urgently in the field.

Preferably, the outer walls of the filter cap and the hollow rubber plug are both provided with rubber sealing rings.
