Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of hydrocarbon cleaning agents, and particularly relates to an antirust hydrocarbon cleaning agent and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the vigorous development of purchasing parts across countries in the world, 80-90% of the total amount of goods transported in import and export in China is completed in a marine mode. During sea transportation, seawater is very corrosive, and even if the seawater is not directly contacted, air containing seawater components is very easy to cause corrosion of transported workpieces. When the copper member is shipped to other countries, the surface of the copper member is easily rusted due to the contact of the copper member with air containing seawater, so that the copper member needs to be subjected to rust prevention treatment after being cleaned. In the prior art, antirust oil is usually adopted for antirust treatment, but the antirust oil has poor cleaning effect, poor cleaning effect on metal chips and processing chips, high viscosity and difficult cleaning, and can only be used as the antirust oil.
Therefore, an antirust hydrocarbon cleaning agent, a preparation method and an application thereof are needed to solve the defects of the prior art.

An antirust hydrocarbon cleaning agent comprises, by weight, 70 parts of N-nonane, 5 parts of butyl cellosolve, 2.5 parts of N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine salt, 4 parts of petroleum sodium sulfonate and 4 parts of oleic acid diethanolamine.
The preparation method of the antirust hydrocarbon cleaning agent comprises the following steps:
(1) heating and melting 2.5 parts of N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine salt into amber oil-like liquid;
(2) and adding 70 parts of n-nonane, 5 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 4 parts of sodium petroleum sulfonate and 4 parts of oleic acid diethanolamine, and stirring and mixing to obtain the antirust hydrocarbon cleaning agent.
The cleaning rate of the rust-proof hydrocarbon cleaning agent of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 on the copper piece was measured by taking the copper piece for test according to the following method, and the test results are shown in table 1:
the cleaning rate detection method comprises the following steps: placing the copper piece in absolute alcohol, cleaning the copper piece by ultrasonic waves, drying the copper piece, weighing the copper piece and recording the weight M0Manually and uniformly smearing dirt on the surface of a copper part, weighing and recording as M after drying1Pouring the antirust hydrocarbon cleaning agent into an ultrasonic cleaning machine, heating to 50 ℃, soaking the copper piece with dirt in the ultrasonic cleaning machine, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 5min at the frequency of 40KHz, taking out, rinsing with common hydrocarbon, drying with hot air, weighing after drying, and recording as M2I.e. cleaning rate (M)1-M2)/(M1-M0)×100%。
Meanwhile, the cleaned copper piece is subjected to neutral salt spray test according to the following method, and the detection result is shown in table 1:
the neutral salt spray test method comprises the following steps: 8 copper parts are respectively cleaned by the antirust hydrocarbon cleaning agents of the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-3, hot air drying is adopted after cleaning, then the copper parts are hung in a salt spray box for continuous spraying, salt spray is allowed to freely settle on the surface of the copper parts, the time for corrosion to begin to appear on the surface of the copper parts is recorded, wherein the concentration of sodium chloride in the solution for the test is 50g/L, and the pH value is 6.8.
TABLE 1 cleaning Rate and salt spray time resistance test results
As can be seen from table 1, the salt spray resistance of the copper parts after being cleaned with the rust-proof hydrocarbon cleaning agent of the present invention is 72 hours or more, which indicates that the rust-proof hydrocarbon cleaning agent of the present invention can not only wash off the oil stains on the surface of the copper parts, but also form a protective film on the surface of the copper parts to achieve the rust-proof effect.
Comparing example 1 with examples 4 to 5, it is known that the rust-preventive effect of the rust-preventive hydrocarbon detergent is relatively large in relation to the weight ratio of the petroleum sulfonate to the weight of the N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine salt, and more specifically, when the weight ratio of the petroleum sulfonate to the weight of the N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine salt is 1:1, the rust-preventive time of the rust-preventive hydrocarbon detergent can be as long as 96 hours.
Compared with the comparative examples 1 to 3, the antirust effect of the example 1 is better than that of the comparative examples 1 to 3, which shows that the N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine salt and the petroleum sulfonate are used as antirust additives, and the antirust additives can form strong acting force with the surface of a copper part so as to form a stable oil film on the surface of the copper part, and further prevent the surface of the copper part from contacting with air so as to achieve the antirust effect; the benzo compound is used as a metal corrosion inhibitor, covalent bonds and coordination bonds are formed between the benzo compound and copper atoms and are mutually alternated to form a chain polymer, so that the benzo compound forms a multilayer protective film on the surface of a copper part, and the surface of the copper part does not have redox reaction, thereby further achieving the antirust effect, namely petroleum sulfonate, N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine salt and the benzo compound play an important role in the antirust effect, and the antirust effect of the antirust hydrocarbon cleaning agent can be influenced by lack of any one of the benzo compound, the N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine salt and the benzo compound.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the best embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above disclosed embodiments, but should cover various modifications, equivalent combinations, made according to the essence of the present invention.
