Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building material coatings, and particularly relates to an inorganic coating with adjustable color development for a building decorative plate.
Background
The architectural decorative plate coating is a coating which is sprayed or coated on the surface of an architectural decorative plate to play a role of beautifying or a specific function, is a decisive factor of the quality and the performance of the architectural decorative plate, realizes the overall effect and the function of the architectural decorative plate, and is limited by the quality of the coating to a great extent, particularly influenced by the decorative characteristics such as texture, patterns and patterns, and the performances such as loss resistance, corrosion resistance, ageing resistance and the like.
At present, researches on building decorative plate coatings are mostly focused on improving the stone imitation effect, the glossiness, the wear resistance, the weather resistance, the stain resistance, the adhesive force and other angles, however, for building decorative plate inorganic coatings, the color development of various plates can be presented, and the great popularization and wider application scenes and effects are also extremely important.
At present, no research and report about how to realize various colors of the architectural decorative plate coating are provided.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the inorganic coating for the building decorative plate with adjustable color development, which can realize the effect of adjustable color development in application by adjusting the dosage proportion of the composite metal oxide on the basis of meeting the requirements of the existing inorganic coating for the building decorative plate on better water resistance, aging resistance, large bonding strength, high impact resistance, good pollution resistance and the like, has wider application scenes and stronger popularization.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the inorganic paint with adjustable color development for building decorating plate includes water in 25-28 wt% and the following components dispersed homogeneously in water:
the weight percentages are calculated.
Further, the above composite metal oxide pigment is a composite pigment formed by mixing yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide and black iron oxide.
The building decorative plate inorganic coating provided by the invention can realize different color development when the building decorative plate inorganic coating is applied by adjusting the specific proportion of the composite metal oxide pigment, and the specific color development and the corresponding compounding scheme thereof are as follows:
the first method comprises the following steps: 1/3 that the content of iron oxide yellow is 1-1.5% and the total content of iron oxide red and iron oxide black is not more than the mass of the composite metal oxide pigment is prepared in the composite metal oxide pigment; thus, when the inorganic coating for the building decorative plate is applied, the stone-like ornament with yellow as a main tone can be presented.
And the second method comprises the following steps: 1/3 that the content of the iron oxide red is 1 to 1.5 percent and the total content of the iron oxide yellow and the iron oxide black is not more than the mass of the composite metal oxide pigment is prepared in the composite metal oxide pigment; thus, when the inorganic coating for the building decorative plate is applied, the stone-like ornament which takes red as the main tone can be presented.
And the third is that: 1/4 that the content of iron oxide yellow and the content of iron oxide black are both 0.8 percent to 1 percent and the content of iron oxide red is not more than the mass of the composite metal oxide pigment is prepared in the composite metal oxide pigment; thus, when the inorganic coating for the building decorative plate is applied, the stone-like ornament with black and yellow alternate hues can be presented.
And fourthly: in the composite metal oxide pigment, the contents of the prepared iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red and iron oxide black are not more than 0.6 percent; thus, when the inorganic coating for the building decorative plate is applied, the stone-like decoration which takes the white gray of the cement base material as the main tone and is decorated with colored particles sporadically can be presented.
The composite metal oxide pigment is in the form of particles with a particle size of 2-4 mm. The granular composite metal oxide pigment is matched and applied with the blending rules of the pigment components, so that the building decorative plate applying the inorganic coating of the building decorative plate presents a rough surface, and then can combine different grinding processes to present a smooth surface effect or a rough surface effect (also called litchi surface) to present a stone-like effect.
The cement is preferably ball-milled superfine cement with the particle size of 800-1000 meshes, so that the compactness of the inorganic coating for the building decorative plate can be further improved, better water resistance can be embodied during application, the water absorption is lower, and the service life can be effectively prolonged.
The additive is selected from at least one of dispersible rubber powder, lignocellulose, a defoaming agent and a water reducing agent; the skilled person can also select conventional admixtures of similar efficacy according to the general application habits.
The inorganic coating for the building decorative plate provided by the invention takes stone tailings as one of main components, and fully utilizes the components of color sand and mineral admixture in the stone tailings; the stone tailings comprise 90-95% of colored sand and 5-10% of mineral admixture.
Further, the mineral admixture is selected from at least one of fly ash, granulated blast furnace slag, silica fume, limestone powder and zeolite powder.
Therefore, the inherent color sand and mineral admixture in the stone tailings play a role in the inorganic coating of the building decorative plate at the same time, not only can adjust color and compact pigment and further play a role in excellent waterproof performance, but also can recycle the stone tailings generated in a large amount in the stone processing process, reduce pollution and improve economic added value.
On one hand, the inorganic coating for the building decorative plate realizes the diversified color development of the building decorative plate coated and applied by blending the specific composition of the composite metal oxide pigment, thereby ensuring that the inorganic coating for the building decorative plate has wider application scene and is easier to popularize and use; and the coating can be coated on the surfaces of plates such as calcium silicate plates, cement fiber pressure plates, ceramic plates, honeycomb aluminum plates, aluminum veneers, asbestos-free fiber cement pressure plates and the like, the stone-like effect is realized, and the defects of inconvenient material taking, limited raw materials, heavier material and the like of natural stones are avoided. On the other hand, the inorganic coating for the building decorative plate adopts stone tailings as one of the main components, so that the effective components in the inorganic coating are reasonably utilized, the color of the coating is adjusted, the texture of the coating is compacted, industrial waste residues and wastes are recycled, the pollution is reduced, and the economic added value is improved.
