Specifically, in the formal fuel filling process, when the fuel flows through the separation fuel tank 2, bubbles in the pipeline system rise in the separation fuel tank 2, so that no bubbles in the fuel filling pipeline can enter the fuel soft tank in the fuel filling process.

Claims (10)

1. An oil-gas separation device is characterized by comprising a separation oil tank (2), wherein an oil tank oil inlet pipe (36) and an oil tank oil outlet pipe (37) are arranged at the bottom of the separation oil tank (2), a separated oil tank exhaust pipe (315) is arranged at the top of the separated oil tank (2), a first switch valve (33) is arranged on the oil tank inlet pipe (36), a second switch valve (32) is arranged on the oil outlet pipe (37) of the oil tank, a first observation pipe (316) and a third switch valve (34) are arranged on the exhaust pipe (315) of the separated oil tank, the oil outlet pipe (37) of the oil tank is connected with a filling pipe (312), the filling pipe (312) is used for connecting a fuel oil soft oil tank, the filling pipe (312) is connected with a soft oil tank exhaust pipe (313), and the soft oil tank exhaust pipe (313) is provided with a fourth switch valve (31) and a second observation pipe (314).
2. The oil-gas separation device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an evacuation pipe (317), wherein a fifth on-off valve (35) is arranged on the evacuation pipe (317), and the evacuation pipe (317) is connected with the filling pipe (312).
3. The oil-gas separation device according to claim 2, further comprising an oil filter (39), wherein an oil inlet end of the oil filter (39) is connected to the tank outlet pipe (37), and an oil outlet end of the oil filter (39) is connected to the filler pipe (312).
4. Oil-gas separation device according to claim 3, characterized in that a four-way joint (311) is provided between the oil filter (39), the evacuation pipe (317), the soft tank vent pipe (313) and the filler pipe (312).

The oil-gas separation device according to claim 4, further comprising a recovery oil tank (4), wherein the recovery oil tank (4) is located below the separation oil tank (2), and the separation oil tank vent pipe (315) and the soft oil tank vent pipe (313) are both connected with the recovery oil tank (4).
6. The oil-gas separation device according to claim 5, further comprising an oil sight device (27), wherein the oil sight device (27) is disposed between the separated tank vent pipe (315) and the separated tank (2).
7. The oil-gas separation device according to claim 6, further comprising a vacuum pressure gauge (318), wherein the vacuum pressure gauge (318) is arranged on the evacuation pipe (317).

The oil-gas separation device as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the recovery oil tank (4) comprises a recovery oil tank body (41), a switch cover (42), a hinge (43), a switch cover handle (44) and an oil pumping pipe joint (45), wherein the switch cover (42) is connected to the top surface of the recovery oil tank body (41) through the hinge (43), the switch cover handle (44) is arranged on the switch cover (42), and the oil pumping pipe joint (45) is used for connecting an oil inlet of a filling system.

The oil-gas separation device according to claim 8, further comprising a filling accessory box (5), wherein the filling accessory box (5) comprises a filling accessory box body (51), a lining (52) and a filling accessory box mounting seat (53), a groove for storing a filling gun is formed in the lining (52), the lining (52) is arranged in an inner cavity of the filling accessory box body (51), and the filling accessory box mounting seat (53) is arranged on two sides of the filling accessory box body (51).

The oil-gas separation device according to claim 9, further comprising a tank frame body (1), wherein the tank frame body (1) comprises an upper tank frame (11), a lower tank frame (12) and a panel (13), the upper tank frame (11) is connected with the lower tank frame (12) through bolts, the separation oil tank (2) is mounted on the upper tank frame (11), and the recovery oil tank (4) and the filling accessory tank (5) are mounted on the lower tank frame (12).
