Background
In the manufacturing process of some 3C products (3C products, which are the general term for computer products, communication products and consumer electronics products), electronic screen products are placed on a conveyor belt and then conveyed by the conveyor belt. the visual positioning camera 4 is used for shooting and acquiring a product image on a preset position at the right tail end of the conveyor belt 20 in real time according to a shooting trigger signal sent by the conveyor belt equipment 2 (specifically, a controller of the conveyor belt equipment) when the conveyor belt equipment 2 stops running, and then sending the product image to the industrial personal computer;
the industrial personal computer is connected (wirelessly or in a wired mode) with the visual positioning camera 4 and is used for receiving the product image sent by the visual positioning camera 4, analyzing and obtaining the position information of the product and sending the position information of the product to the material taking manipulator;
the material taking manipulator 7 is positioned on the right side of the conveyor belt equipment 2, is connected with an industrial personal computer (in a wireless or wired mode), and is used for receiving position information of products sent by the industrial personal computer and then taking materials of the products on the conveyor belt 20 according to the position information of the products;
the conveyor belt 20 is a transparent belt.
It should be noted that, the industrial personal computer analyzes the method used when obtaining the position information of the product for the electronic screen product image sent by the visual positioning camera 4, and the adopted product positioning technology may be the existing visual positioning technology (method), which is the existing conventional known technology and is not described herein again.
In the invention, the material taking manipulator can be an existing four-shaft manipulator, an existing manipulator capable of carrying out high-speed taking and placing operation and existing mature technical equipment. For example, the four-axis robot in the material taking manipulator can be a four-axis robot with model number EC06-5020-01 manufactured by nauzu-shui company, which is used for picking up the transplanted product, but other four-axis robots capable of picking up the transplanted product according to the coordinate position can also be used.
In the present invention, the visual positioning camera 4 is a conventional visual positioning camera, such as an industrial camera model acA2500-14gm manufactured by basler corporation, and is used for taking a picture of a product and uploading the image information to an industrial personal computer.
In the present invention, the conveyor belt device 2 is a device installed with a conveyor belt for conveying the products placed thereon.
In the present invention, in a specific implementation, a surface light source 5 (i.e. a flat light source, such as an existing LED flat light source) is provided at the right side of the conveyor belt mounting seat 1;
the surface light source 5 is mounted on top of a movable, hollow light source base 6.
It should be noted that, through the setting of the surface light source 5, the environment around the conveyor belt can be fully illuminated, and light is fully supplemented, so that the shooting quality of the product image by the visual positioning camera 4 is ensured.
It should be noted that, in the invention, the maximum appearance of the product can be displayed by lighting through the surface light source, the coordinate position of the product is identified by the industrial personal computer after the visual positioning camera 4 takes a picture, then the position information is fed back to the material taking manipulator, and the material taking manipulator picks up the product according to the position information.
It should be noted that, according to the invention, the visual positioning camera is arranged at the tail part of the conveyor belt, products such as a loaded electronic screen and the like can be accurately positioned without moving with the help of an industrial personal computer, and then materials are accurately taken by the material taking mechanical component, so that scratch damage of the products in the feeding and positioning process (positioned by the existing mechanical mechanism) of the conveyor belt is obviously reduced, the probability of abrasion and scratch of the products is reduced, the generation of defective products is reduced, and the yield of the products is improved.
In the invention, in a specific implementation, the visual positioning camera 4 is installed at the top of a camera support frame 40, and the camera support frame 40 is positioned behind the right end of the conveyor belt device 2;
the camera support 40 has an inverted L-shape.
In the present invention, the material-taking manipulator 7 is mounted on a manipulator support base 70;
the rotating shaft at the bottom of the upper rotating arm of the material taking manipulator 7 is connected with the transplanting adsorption platform 71;
four corners of the bottom of the transplanting adsorption platform 71 are respectively provided with a vacuum suction nozzle 72.
It should be further noted that, in the present invention, in a specific implementation, each vacuum suction nozzle may be communicated with an external vacuum device (e.g., a vacuum air source, a vacuum generator, etc.) through a hollow connection pipeline, and since the driving control structure of the vacuum suction nozzle is the prior art structure, details thereof are not repeated herein.

and finally, the material taking manipulator takes materials accurately according to the position information of the product.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the precise positioning device integrating the lower light source and the transparent belt, which is provided by the invention, has a scientific design, can convey an electronic screen product through the conveying belt, controls the conveying belt to stop running when the electronic screen product is conveyed to the tail end of the conveying belt, acquires an image of the product through the visual positioning camera, analyzes the image to obtain position information of the product, and then sends the position information of the product to the material taking manipulator, so that the material taking manipulator is ensured to accurately take the product on the conveying belt, and the precise positioning device has great practical significance.
