The device comprises a guide rail, a pressure sensor assembly, a plurality of through holes, an embedded part and a pressure sensor, wherein the guide rail of the environmental sanitation tank is provided with the through holes, the lower side of the guide rail of the environmental sanitation tank is provided with the embedded part in a flat plate shape, and the pressure sensor assembly penetrates through the through holes and is supported by the embedded part.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a pair of sanitation box guide rails 6 are arranged at the outer side of the compression main machine B, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the sanitation box guide rails 6, and the positions of the through holes correspond to the positions of the supporting rollers at the bottom of the sanitation box; the pressure sensor assembly 1 is arranged in a through hole of the sanitation box guide rail 6, the upper end face of the pressure sensor assembly 1 protrudes out of the upper rail plane of the sanitation box guide rail 6, the sanitation box guide rail 6 penetrates through the through hole, the lower end of the pressure sensor assembly 1 is supported by an embedded part 7 in a flat plate shape, and the embedded part 7 is embedded in the soil on the lower side of the sanitation box guide rail 6.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the pressure sensor assembly 1 includes an adapter plate 11, an upper plate 12, a bottom plate 13, a ram 14, a pressure sensor element 15, and a plurality of guide studs 16.
Wherein the pressure sensor element 15 is mounted on the base plate 13 by means of screws; and the ram 14 is arranged between said pressure sensor element 15 and the upper plate 12; the pressure is transmitted via the upper plate 12 to the pressure sensor element 15 for measurement purposes.
The upper plate 12 is disc-shaped, the adapter plate 11 is an annular plate, a step ring groove is formed in the inner side of the adapter plate 11, the step ring groove of the adapter plate 11 is matched with the upper plate 12, and the upper plate 12 and the adapter plate 11 are connected into a whole through bolts; the upper plate 12 is connected with the bottom plate 13 through four guide studs 16, nuts are arranged on the guide studs 16, the distance between the upper plate 12 and the bottom plate 13 can be adjusted by rotating the nuts, and then the maximum stroke of the upper plate 12 and the pressure head 14 is adjusted, so that the pressure head 14 can be prevented from falling off, and the pressure head 14 can be prevented from having too large downward stroke, so that the pressure sensor element 15 is damaged.
In the scheme, the upper plate of the pressure sensor assembly is of a detachable structure, so that later maintenance is facilitated; the pressure sensor assembly adopts four groups of guide posts, and the stability is better.
The working principle and the working process of the online weighing device for the sanitation box are briefly described below with reference to the attached drawings.
Firstly, when the sanitation box C is in place, the roller of the sanitation box moves to the position right above the pressure sensor assembly 1, and the roller is in direct contact with the sensor to generate downward positive pressure; then, the weight analog quantity signal generated by the sensor is generated into a numerical value through the PLC module 3 (controller) and is stored and transmitted to the intelligent display instrument 5; finally, the staff can meter the real-time weight.
At the initial stage of construction of the garbage transfer station, the embedded part 7 of the pressure sensor assembly 1 and the cable wiring hidden pipes need to be reserved, various communication cables penetrate into the cable pipes when the sanitation box guide rails 6 are installed, and the pressure sensor element 15 is placed in the pressure sensor assembly 1 and connected with the cables.
When the compression equipment operates, the sanitation box C is in butt joint with the compression host B, the roller of the sanitation box is directly above the pressure sensor assembly and is in close contact with the pressure sensor assembly, the pressure sensor assembly senses the downward positive pressure of the sanitation box, and the weight value of the empty sanitation box or the garbage loading state can be read in real time through the display instrument, so that the working personnel can conveniently master the real-time weight information of the domestic garbage in the sanitation box state. The accessible professional sets up full load value, and audible-visual annunciator can send audible-visual annunciator when full load, and suggestion operating personnel carries out next operation flow.
The method can be optimized according to different weight requirements and applied to various scene conditions. The later stage can be connected with wisdom sanitation supervision platform, carries out data sharing, and real-time supervision, upload, statistics transfer station rubbish volume of transporting provides effective data support for haulage vehicle's reasonable dispatch to save transportation and cost of labor, improve production efficiency.
The on-line weighing device is mainly used for monitoring the weight of the loaded garbage of the garbage sanitation box matched with the compression equipment in the garbage transfer station in real time, increasing the judgment state, setting a full load value through a professional operator, and when the weight of the sanitation box reaches a set value, sending an audible and visual alarm by the audible and visual alarm when the sanitation box is fully loaded to prompt the operator to carry out the next operation.

the pressure sensor assembly (1) is arranged in the guide rail (6) of the environmental sanitation box, the pressure sensor assembly (1) is electrically connected with the PLC module (3) through the signal amplification transmitter (2), and the PLC module (3) is electrically connected with the intelligent display instrument (5); so as to monitor the weight of the environmental sanitation box;
the device is characterized in that a plurality of through holes are formed in the sanitation box guide rail (6), a flat plate-shaped embedded part (7) is arranged on the lower side of the sanitation box guide rail (6), and the pressure sensor assembly (1) penetrates through the through holes and is supported by the embedded part (7).

An online sanitation tank weighing device according to claim 1, wherein the pressure sensor assembly (1) comprises an upper plate (12), a bottom plate (13), a ram (14), and a pressure sensor element (15); the pressure sensor element (15) is mounted on the base plate (13); and the ram (14) is arranged between the pressure sensor element (15) and the upper plate (12).

The online sanitation tank weighing device of claim 5, wherein the pressure sensor assembly (1) further comprises an adapter plate (11) and a plurality of guide studs (16), and the upper plate (12) and the adapter plate (11) are connected into a whole through bolts; the upper plate (12) is connected with the bottom plate (13) through a plurality of guide studs (16), and each guide stud (16) is provided with a nut for adjusting the stroke of the pressure head (14).
7. The sanitation tank online weighing device of claim 6, wherein the upper plate (12) is in a shape of a circular disc, and the adapter plate (11) is an annular plate, and the two are connected into a whole through bolts.
