The working principle is as follows: firstly, wood boards 8 are placed on two trapezoidal blocks 35 in a heating box 2, then a heater 21 and a fan 23 are started to work, outside air is conveyed to the heater 21 through a first air inlet pipe 19, heated and then conveyed to the interior of a filter box 24, filtered and purified through a first filter screen 25 and a second filter screen 26, then conveyed to a gas storage box 33 and sprayed out through a plurality of air nozzles 34, meanwhile, a second driving motor 29 in the heating box 2 is started to work, a second driving motor 29 drives a driving wheel 30 to rotate, the driving wheel 30 rotates to drive a driven wheel 31 to rotate through a belt, the driven wheel 31 and the driving wheel 30 rotate to drive a second adjusting plate 32 and a first adjusting plate 32 to rotate through rotating shafts so as to drive two gas storage boxes 33 to rotate, different positions of the wood boards 8 are heated, the heated wood boards 8 are moved to a first conveyor 37 through a moving mechanism 40 in the heating box 2, then the wood boards 8 are moved to two placing grooves 5 from the first conveyor 37 through the moving mechanism 40 in the working box 1, then the first driving motor 14 is started to work, the first driving motor 14 drives the rotating shaft 15 to rotate, the rotating shaft 15 rotates to drive the plurality of pressing rollers 16 to rotate until the pressing rollers 16 needed by adjustment are adjusted, then the cylinder 11 is started to work, the cylinder 11 drives the connecting plate 12 and further drives the circular plate 13 to move downwards to perform extrusion bending, after the extrusion bending, the wood plate 8 is moved from the two placing grooves 5 to the second conveyor 38 by the moving mechanism 40 in the working box 1 and is conveyed to the two trapezoidal blocks 35 in the cooling box 3 by the second conveyor 38, then the refrigerator 22 and the fan 23 are started to work, outside air is conveyed to the refrigerator 22 through the first air inlet pipe 19 to be refrigerated and then is conveyed to the inside of the filter box 24 to be filtered and purified by the first filter screen 25 and the second filter screen 26, then is conveyed to the inside of the air storage box 33 to be sprayed out through the plurality of air nozzles 34, and simultaneously the second driving motor 29 in the cooling box 3 is started to work, the second driving motor 29 drives the driving wheel 30 to rotate, the driving wheel 30 is driven to rotate through a belt, the driven wheel 31 and the driving wheel 30 are driven to rotate through a rotating shaft to drive the second adjusting plate 32 and the first adjusting plate 32 to rotate and further drive the two gas storage boxes 33 to rotate, different positions of the wood boards 8 are cooled, and the heated wood boards 8 are moved to the discharging conveyor 39 through the moving mechanism 40 in the cooling box 3 to complete discharging.

s2: a second driving motor (29) in the heating box (2) is started to work, the second driving motor (29) drives a driving wheel (30) to rotate, the driving wheel (30) rotates to drive a driven wheel (31) to rotate through a belt, the driven wheel (31) and the driving wheel (30) rotate to drive a second adjusting plate (32) and a first adjusting plate (32) to rotate through rotating shafts so as to drive two gas storage boxes (33) to rotate, and different positions of the wood plate (8) are heated;
s3: the heated wood plates (8) are moved to a first conveyor (37) through a moving mechanism (40) in a heating box (2), the wood plates (8) are moved to two placing grooves (5) from the first conveyor (37) through the moving mechanism (40) in a working box (1), then a first driving motor (14) is started to work, the first driving motor (14) drives a rotating shaft (15) to rotate, the rotating shaft (15) rotates to drive a plurality of pressing rollers (16) to rotate until the pressing rollers (16) needed by adjustment are adjusted, an air cylinder (11) is started to work, the air cylinder (11) drives a connecting plate (12) to further drive a circular plate (13) to move downwards to extrude and bend, and after extrusion and bending;
s4: a moving mechanism (40) in the working box (1) moves the wood plates (8) from the two placing grooves (5) to the second conveyor (38) to be conveyed to the two trapezoidal blocks (35) in the cooling box (3), then the refrigerator (22) and the fan (23) are started to work, outside air is conveyed to the refrigerator (22) through a first air inlet pipe (19) to be refrigerated and then conveyed to the interior of the filter box (24) to be filtered and purified through a first filter screen (25) and a second filter screen (26), and then the outside air is conveyed to the air storage box (33) to be sprayed out through a plurality of air nozzles (34);
s5: a second driving motor (29) in the cooling box (3) is started to work, the second driving motor (29) drives a driving wheel (30) to rotate, the driving wheel (30) rotates to drive a driven wheel (31) to rotate through a belt, the driven wheel (31) and the driving wheel (30) rotate to drive a second adjusting plate (32) and a first adjusting plate (32) to rotate through rotating shafts so as to drive two gas storage boxes (33) to rotate, and different positions of the wood plate (8) are cooled;
s6: and finally, the heated wood board (8) is moved to a discharging conveyor (39) through a moving mechanism (40) in the cooling box (3) to finish discharging.
