Abstract
The invention relates to a bottle flake rinsing and friction improving process system and a method thereof, belonging to the field of bottle flake processing. The invention comprises a first rinsing friction branch and a second rinsing friction branch, wherein the first rinsing friction branch and the second rinsing friction branch have the same structure, the first rinsing friction branch and the second rinsing friction branch are arranged in parallel, and the first rinsing friction branch and the second rinsing friction branch respectively comprise a saline rinsing groove, a new dehydrator, a clear rinsing groove, a new shallow rinsing groove, a scrubbing machine and a dehydrator which are connected in a matching manner. The system of the invention has simple and reasonable design, stability, reliability and high working efficiency, improves the quality of the bottle flakes and meets the use requirements.
