In some embodiments, the lifting device includes a receiving box having first and second opposing sides. s1: before and/or when the lifting type material carrying piece of the annular multilayer automatic pre-extension machine passes through the automatic code scanning and packaging machine, the lifting type material carrying piece is lifted to ensure that a no-load lifting type material carrying piece is aligned to the automatic code scanning and packaging machine.
Specifically, before the lifting type material carrying pieces of the annular multilayer automatic pre-extension machine automatically scan the code for the packing machine, the lifting device lifts the plurality of material carrying units in the same column to adjust the setting height of the butt joint end of the material carrying units 131 of the annular multilayer automatic pre-extension machine 1, so that the butt joint end of the material carrying unit 131 of the lifting type material carrying piece 13 of one layer of the annular multilayer automatic pre-extension machine 1 is aligned with the output end of the conveying belt of the automatic code scanning for the packing machine 2.
When the lifting type material carrying piece of the annular multilayer automatic pre-extension machine passes through the automatic code scanning and bag supplying machine, the lifting device lifts the plurality of material carrying units in the same column to adjust the setting height of the butt joint end of the material carrying unit 131 of the annular multilayer automatic pre-extension machine 1, so that the butt joint end of the material carrying unit 131 of the lifting type material carrying piece 13 of one layer of the annular multilayer automatic pre-extension machine 1 is aligned with the output end of the conveying belt of the automatic code scanning and bag supplying machine 2.
A plurality of material carrying units in the same row (each group) can automatically move up and down before passing through a packing region (a region between a plurality of automatic code scanning and packing machines) so as to keep at least one unloaded material carrying unit facing a height line of the automatic code scanning and packing machines when passing through the automatic code scanning and packing machines, and continuously receive drop type express delivery of the automatic code scanning and packing machines.
According to the requirement, when a plurality of material loading units in the same row (each group) pass through the packing area, the material loading units can repeatedly move up and down in a plurality of automatic code scanning and packing machine intervals until a plurality of material loading units in the same row are full of express items.
Because the multi-layer lifting type loading part has strong storage capacity under the condition of high-speed operation of a loop line of the annular multi-layer automatic pre-extension machine, the bag supply efficiency of the automatic code scanning and bag supplying machine can be fully exerted, and basic guarantee is provided for the improvement of the unit capacity of the whole system.
S2: and the automatic code scanning and packing machines respectively face the corresponding no-load lifting type material carrying piece to perform drop-type throwing on the express pieces.
When an empty loading unit is aligned with an automatic code scanning and packing machine, the output end of the conveying belt of the automatic code scanning and packing machine 2 conveys the express items to the empty loading unit 131.
The empty-load material carrying unit is used for automatically sweeping the stacking and packaging machine and adjusting the height, so that the height of the empty-load material carrying unit is lower than the output end of the automatic stacking and packaging machine, and the empty-load material carrying unit can receive the falling-type dropping-throwing express item of the automatic stacking and packaging machine when the automatic stacking and packaging machine is swept.
S3: the lifting type material carrying pieces loaded with the express are moved to a plurality of pre-distribution express transfer delivery devices along the circumferential direction of the annular multilayer automatic pre-distribution machine, and the lifting type material carrying pieces loaded with the express are respectively thrown in a drop height mode to the plurality of pre-distribution express transfer delivery devices.
When the material loading unit loaded with the express mail arrives at a package descending area (an area of a plurality of pre-divided express mail transfer delivery devices) along with the rotation of the conveying endless belt, after the butt joint end of the material loading unit 131 loaded with the express mail is aligned to the joint end of the pre-divided express mail transfer delivery device 3, the output piece 14 of the material loading unit 131 which has received the express mail outputs the butt joint end of the express mail, so that the express mail is thrown in a parabola shape at the joint end of the pre-divided express mail transfer delivery devices.
S4: the pre-sorting express delivery transfer devices respectively input the express to a plurality of linear automatic sorting lines.
The pre-sorting express delivery transfer device 3 conveys the express delivered to the delivery end to the head end 41 of the linear automatic sorting line 4 through the delivery end.
S5: and the plurality of linear automatic sorting lines convey the express mails to the mail outlets corresponding to the linear automatic sorting lines.
The linear automatic sorting line 4 conveys the express items at the head end thereof to the corresponding outlet 42.

Claims (9)

1. A matrix express mail letter sorting system which characterized in that includes:
the annular multilayer automatic pre-dividing machine is provided with a multilayer lifting type material carrying piece in a manner of moving along the circumferential direction of the annular multilayer automatic pre-dividing machine;
the automatic code scanning and bag supplying machines are used for delivering express items to the lifting type material carrying pieces in a drop height mode and are arranged on one side of the annular multilayer automatic pre-extension machine;
a plurality of linear automatic sorting lines arranged in the same direction are arranged on the other side of the annular multilayer automatic pre-sorting machine in a clearance mode; and
the device comprises a plurality of pre-divided express delivery transfer devices, wherein the pre-divided express delivery transfer devices are arranged between the other side of the annular multilayer automatic pre-dividing machine and the linear automatic sorting line.
2. The matrix type express mail sortation system of claim 1, wherein said multi-level automated pre-sorter comprises a rack; a conveying endless belt which is rotatably arranged on the frame, a driving device for driving the conveying endless belt, and a lifting device which is arranged on the belt surface of the conveying endless belt, wherein a multi-layer lifting type material carrying piece is arranged on the lifting device, the belt surface of the conveying endless belt is arranged along the vertical direction, the driving device is arranged on the rack, each layer of lifting type material loading piece comprises a plurality of material loading units for placing express items, the plurality of material loading units are arranged along the circumferential direction of the conveying endless belt, the material loading units are provided with a butt joint end and a connection end which are opposite, the connection ends of a row of material loading units corresponding to the plurality of layers of lifting type material loading pieces are connected with the lifting device, the material loading units of one row are arranged at intervals along the vertical direction, the butt joint end is arranged in the backward inclined direction towards the advancing direction of the conveying endless belt, and the material loading unit is provided with an output piece for outputting the express mail on the material loading unit; the output end of the conveying belt of the automatic code scanning and packing machine is aligned to the butt joint end; the pre-distribution express delivery transfer device is provided with a delivery end arranged below the butt joint end and a delivery end connected with the head end of the linear automatic sorting line.
3. The matrix type express mail sortation system of claim 2, wherein said end face of said butt end is disposed at an angle to said strip face.
4. The matrix type express mail sorting system of claim 2, wherein the output member is a belt conveyor, the belt conveyor is mounted on the upper portion of the loading unit, and the belt conveyor is along the length direction of the loading unit.
5. The matrix type express mail sortation system of claim 4, wherein said belt conveyor has an input end and an output end opposite, said input end being disposed at said link end and said output end being disposed at said butt end.
6. The matrix type express mail sorting system of claim 5, wherein the loading unit is a slant plate, an upper portion of the slant plate is formed with a receiving groove, and the belt conveyor is installed in the receiving groove.
7. The matrix type express mail sorting system of claim 6, wherein the outer edge of the slanted plate is upturned to form a flap, and wherein the flap is notched, and wherein the notch is aligned with the mating end.
8. The matrix type express mail sorting system of claim 2, wherein the loading unit is reversibly mounted on the belt surface, and an electro-hydraulic push rod is connected between the loading unit and the belt surface.
9. A method for sorting express mail in a matrix-type express mail sorting system according to any of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
before and/or when the lifting type material carrying piece of the annular multilayer automatic pre-extension machine passes through the automatic code scanning and packaging machine, the lifting type material carrying piece is lifted to ensure that a no-load lifting type material carrying piece is aligned to the automatic code scanning and packaging machine;
the automatic code scanning and packing machines respectively face the corresponding no-load lifting type material carrying piece to perform drop type throwing on the express pieces;
the lifting type loading pieces loaded with the express are moved to a plurality of pre-distribution express transit delivery devices along the circumferential direction of the annular multi-layer automatic pre-distribution machine, and the lifting type loading pieces loaded with the express are respectively thrown to the plurality of pre-distribution express transit delivery devices in a drop height mode;
the pre-sorting express delivery transfer devices input the express to a plurality of linear automatic sorting lines respectively;
and the plurality of linear automatic sorting lines convey the express mails to the mail outlets corresponding to the linear automatic sorting lines.
