The invention relates to a multifunctional integrated oil filter with an oil tank, which comprises an oil filter shell 1, an oil storage tank 2 arranged at one side inside the oil filter shell 1, and a three-stage gradient filtering device and an oil well pump 3 arranged at the other side inside the oil filter shell 1, wherein the lower part of the oil storage tank 2 and the opposite side of the three-stage gradient filtering device are respectively provided with a liquid inlet pipeline 4 and a liquid outlet pipeline 5, the liquid inlet pipeline 4 and the liquid outlet pipeline 5 are respectively provided with a liquid inlet three-way switching valve 6 and a liquid outlet three-way switching valve 7, the liquid inlet end of a pretreatment filter 8 in the three-stage gradient filter is hermetically connected with a third interface of the liquid inlet three-way switching valve 6 through a connecting pipeline, the liquid outlet end of the pretreatment filter 8 is hermetically connected with the liquid inlet end of the oil well pump 3 through a connecting pipeline, the liquid outlet end of the oil well pump 3 is hermetically connected with the liquid inlet end of a coarse filter 9 through a connecting pipeline, and the liquid outlet end of the coarse filter 9 is hermetically connected with the liquid inlet end of a fine filter 10 through a connecting pipeline, the liquid outlet end of the fine filter 10 is hermetically connected with the third interface of the liquid outlet three-way switching valve 7 through a connecting pipeline, the top of the oil storage tank 2 is provided with an oil filling port 11, and the oil filling port 11 is provided with an oil filling ball valve.
A liquid level meter 12 for measuring the height of oil in the oil storage tank 2 is arranged on one side of the oil storage tank 2, an oil drainage port 13 is arranged at the bottom of the oil storage tank 2, and a drainage ball valve 14 is arranged on the oil drainage port.
A liquid inlet ball valve 15 is arranged on a liquid inlet pipeline 4 at the outer end of a liquid inlet three-way switching valve 6, a liquid outlet ball valve 16 is arranged on a liquid outlet pipeline 5 at the outer end of a liquid outlet three-way switching valve 7, a connecting pipeline between the liquid outlet three-way switching valve 7 and a fine filter 10 is connected with a connecting pipeline between a pretreatment filter 8 and an oil well pump 3 through a detection pipeline to form a detection loop, and a flow regulating valve 19 and an online particle counter 20 are arranged on the detection pipeline.
A push handle 17 is arranged on one side of the upper part of the oil filter shell 1, and a universal wheel 18 is arranged at the bottom of the oil filter shell 1.
An oil absorption vacuum gauge 21 is arranged on a connecting pipeline between the pretreatment filter 8 and the oil well pump 3, a system pressure gauge 22 is arranged on a connecting pipeline between the oil well pump 3 and the coarse filter 9, and an air respirator 23 is arranged at the top of the oil storage tank 2.
While there have been shown and described what are at present considered the fundamental principles of the invention, its essential features and advantages, the invention further resides in various changes and modifications which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (6)
1. The operation method of the multifunctional integrated oil-carrying tank oil filter is characterized in that: the operation process of the multifunctional integrated oil filter with the oil tank comprises three links of filling new oil in the oil tank, regenerating old oil in the oil tank and flushing the oil in the oil tank;
the specific process of using the new oil liquid filling link of the oil tank comprises the following steps: before starting, all ball valves on the oil filter are in a closed state, an oil liquid outlet of a filling oil barrel is hermetically connected to a liquid inlet pipeline at the lower part of an oil storage tank through a connecting pipeline, a liquid inlet ball valve and a liquid inlet three-way switching valve are sequentially arranged on the liquid inlet pipeline along the oil liquid input direction, an oil liquid filling port of a used oil tank is hermetically connected to a liquid outlet pipeline at the lower part of the oil storage tank through a connecting pipeline, a liquid outlet three-way switching valve and a liquid outlet ball valve are sequentially arranged on the liquid outlet pipeline along the oil liquid output direction, a pretreatment filter, an oil pump, a coarse filter and a fine filter which are connected through connecting pipelines are sequentially arranged between the liquid inlet three-way switching valve and the liquid outlet three-way switching valve, the liquid inlet end of the liquid inlet pipeline is communicated with the pretreatment filter by adjusting the liquid inlet three-way switching valve, and the liquid outlet end of the liquid outlet pipeline is communicated with the fine filter by adjusting the liquid outlet three-way switching valve, opening a ball valve on an oil filling port of the service oil tank, a liquid outlet ball valve on a liquid outlet pipeline, a liquid inlet ball valve on a liquid inlet pipeline and a ball valve on an oil discharging port of the filling oil tank in sequence, and then starting an oil well pump to fill the oil in the filling oil tank into the service oil tank through a pretreatment filter, a coarse filter and a fine filter in sequence;
the specific process of using the old oil liquid regeneration link of the oil tank comprises the following steps: before starting, all ball valves on the oil filter are in a closed state, an oil storage tank is in an oil-free state, an oil outlet of the oil tank is hermetically connected to a liquid inlet pipeline at the lower part of the oil storage tank through a connecting pipeline, a liquid inlet three-way switching valve is adjusted to enable a liquid inlet end of the liquid inlet pipeline to be in a communicated state with a pretreatment filter, a liquid outlet three-way switching valve is adjusted to enable the oil storage tank to be in a communicated state with a fine filter, the liquid inlet ball valve on the liquid inlet pipeline and the ball valve on the oil outlet of the oil tank are sequentially opened, then an oil pump is started, oil in the oil tank is sequentially filled into the oil storage tank through the pretreatment filter, a coarse filter and the fine filter, after the oil in the oil tank is completely filled, the liquid inlet ball valve on the liquid inlet pipeline is closed, and the liquid inlet three-way switching valve is simultaneously adjusted to enable the oil storage tank to be in a communicated state with the pretreatment filter, the method comprises the steps that oil is circularly purified on an oil storage tank and a closed loop formed by a pretreatment filter, a coarse filter and a fine filter, whether the oil is purified to reach the standard is analyzed and evaluated through an online particle counter on a liquid outlet pipeline, a ball valve on an oil outlet of the used oil tank is closed, an oil filling port of the used oil tank is hermetically connected to a liquid outlet pipeline on the lower portion of the oil storage tank through a connecting pipeline, when the purified oil reaches the standard, the ball valve on the oil filling port of the used oil tank and a liquid outlet ball valve on the liquid outlet pipeline are opened, a liquid outlet three-way switching valve is adjusted at the same time to enable a liquid outlet end of the liquid outlet pipeline to be communicated with the fine filter, and the oil purified to reach the standard in the oil storage tank is re-injected into the used oil tank;
the specific process of using oil in the oil tank to wash the link is as follows: all ball valves on the oil filter are in a closed state before starting, oil is filled in the oil storage tank, an oil discharge port of a use oil tank processed by a production enterprise is hermetically connected to a liquid outlet pipeline at the lower part of the oil storage tank through a connecting pipeline, an oil filling port of the use oil tank is hermetically connected to an oil filling port at the top part of the oil storage tank through a connecting pipeline, a liquid inlet three-way switching valve is adjusted to enable the oil storage tank and a pretreatment filter to be in a communicated state, a liquid outlet three-way switching valve is adjusted to enable a liquid outlet end of the liquid outlet pipeline and a fine filter to be in a communicated state, an oil filling ball valve on the oil filling port of the oil storage tank, a ball valve on the oil filling port of the use oil tank, a ball valve on the oil discharge port of the use oil tank and a liquid outlet ball valve on the liquid outlet pipeline are sequentially opened, and then an oil pump is started to enable the oil in the oil storage tank to sequentially pass through the pretreatment filter, the coarse filter, the oil pump and the liquid outlet, The fine filter and the used oil tank flow back to the oil storage tank, and then the flushing function of the newly produced used oil tank is realized.

The multifunctional integrated oil filter with the oil carrying tank is characterized by comprising an oil filter shell, an oil storage tank arranged on one side inside the oil filter shell, and a three-stage gradient filtering device and an oil well pump arranged on the other side inside the oil filter shell, wherein the lower part of the oil storage tank and the opposite side of the three-stage gradient filtering device are respectively provided with a liquid inlet pipeline and a liquid outlet pipeline, the liquid inlet pipeline and the liquid outlet pipeline are respectively provided with a liquid inlet three-way switching valve and a liquid outlet three-way switching valve, the liquid inlet end of a pretreatment filter in the three-stage gradient filter is hermetically connected with a third interface of the liquid inlet three-way switching valve through a connecting pipeline, the liquid outlet end of the pretreatment filter is hermetically connected with the liquid inlet end of the oil well pump through a connecting pipeline, the liquid outlet end of the oil well pump is hermetically connected with the liquid inlet end of a coarse filter through a connecting pipeline, and the liquid outlet end of the coarse filter is hermetically connected with the liquid inlet end of a fine filter through a connecting pipeline, the liquid outlet end of the fine filter is hermetically connected with a third interface of the liquid outlet three-way switching valve through a connecting pipeline, an oil filling port is arranged at the top of the oil storage tank, and an oil filling ball valve is arranged on the oil filling port.

The multifunctional integrated oil carrying tank oil filter of claim 2, wherein: one side of oil storage tank is equipped with the level gauge that is used for measuring the inside fluid height of oil storage tank, and the bottom of oil storage tank is equipped with fluid clean discharge mouth, is equipped with the flowing back ball valve on this fluid clean discharge mouth.
