When the soaking liquid needs to be input into the rinsing dryer and the traditional Chinese medicine in the step S2 is soaked, the valve of the liquid discharge pipe 4 is opened to discharge the washing water inside the rinsing dryer, the valve is closed after the washing water is discharged, the ethanol soaking liquid is filled into the water tank 306, and the water pump 307 is used for conveying the ethanol soaking liquid into the rinsing dryer to soak the traditional Chinese medicine.

Specifically, when the traditional Chinese medicine processed in step S5 is cut into different shapes, and the rinsing dryer is used for drying, the traditional Chinese medicine is placed inside the screw conveyor 503 through the first material guiding groove 502, the second motor 501 is started to drive the screw conveyor 503 to slowly rotate to convey the traditional Chinese medicine, meanwhile, the hot air blower 505 is started to dry the traditional Chinese medicine inside the screw conveyor 503 through the hot air blower 505 to remove more water on the surface of the traditional Chinese medicine, then the traditional Chinese medicine is discharged onto the belt conveyor 507 through the second material guiding groove 506, the belt conveyor 507 is slowly rotated to spread the traditional Chinese medicine on the belt conveyor 507, the second motor 501 and the belt conveyor 507 are closed to dry the traditional Chinese medicine on the belt conveyor 507 for a period of time, the traditional Chinese medicine is dried through heat generated inside the box body 2 by the hot air blower 505, and after the traditional Chinese medicine is dried, taking out the Chinese medicine.
Further, a door frame capable of being opened is arranged on the front surface of the box body 2, so that the traditional Chinese medicine in the box body 2 can be taken out.
Furthermore, the hot air blower 505 can be conveniently connected through the arrangement of the bearing 504, and meanwhile, when the angle of the hot air blower 505 needs to be adjusted, the hot air blower 505 is manually pushed to rotate by a certain angle.

step S2, infiltration: adding 65-80% ethanol solution into the rinsing dryer, and moistening for 36-96 hr;
step S3, cooking: taking out the moistened traditional Chinese medicine, placing in a cooking pot, adding ginger juice, mixing well, and cooking until the ginger juice is sucked dry to obtain a moistened traditional Chinese medicine processed product;
step S4, cutting and drying: cutting the traditional Chinese medicine processed in the step S3 into different shapes, primarily drying the traditional Chinese medicine by using a rinsing dryer, and spreading, drying in the air and drying in the rinsing dryer after primary drying;
step S5, sterilization and packaging: sterilizing the Chinese medicinal materials processed in step S4, and vacuum packaging.

a spherical cover (302) and a reticular sphere (303) are arranged above the inner part of the concave frame (1), the spherical cover (302) is connected with the reticular sphere (303) in a clamping manner, four groups of supporting columns (308) are uniformly and fixedly connected with the outer wall of the lower part of the reticular sphere (303), a hemispherical base (311) is arranged below the supporting columns (308), a sealing partition plate (309) is connected with the top end of the hemispherical base (311) in a threaded manner, and the sealing partition plate (309) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the concave frame (1);
the right side bottom outer wall fixed mounting of spill frame (1) has water tank (306), the inside fixed mounting of water tank (306) has water pump (307), the fixed UNICOM of one end of water pump (307) has connecting tube (305), connecting tube (305) pass water tank (306) and the fixed UNICOM in top have three group shower nozzles (304), the fixed mounting of shower nozzle (304) in inside the right side of spill frame (1).
