随着生活品质的提高,人们越来越注重身体的美观、重视皮肤的护理,因此护肤品越来越受欢迎。其中精华液作为一种用于脸部护肤品中的精华素,能防衰老、抗皱、保湿、美白、去斑等,但目前市面上的精华液营养成分多为大分子结构,涂附在皮肤上需要较长时间被吸收,影响吸收效果。基于此,开发一种渗透肌肤的小分子组合物及其制备工艺尤为必要。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种渗透肌肤的小分子组合物及其制备工艺,制备简单,制备而成的组合物含五种小分子透明质酸,能被皮肤快速吸收,滋润补水,调节肌肤水油平衡,预防光老化,防止衰老,减少皱纹,具有良好的修复和护理皮肤作用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种渗透肌肤的小分子组合物,按质量百分比包括以下成分:
A相物料:水79.01%、异戊二醇4%、丁二醇3%、霍霍巴蜡 PEG-120 酯类0.11%;
B相物料:烟酰胺0.8%、透明质酸钠0.5%、透明质酸钠交联聚合物0.11%、水解透明质酸钠0.11%、水解透明质酸0.11%、乙酰化透明质酸钠0.11%;
C相物料:牡丹根皮提取物10%、β-葡聚糖1.1%、1,2-己二醇0.6%、寡肽-1 0.11%、1,2-戊二醇0.11%、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.11%、肌肽0.11%。
一种渗透肌肤的小分子组合物的制备工艺,其制备步骤为:
(1)准备原料:其中A相物料为水、异戊二醇、丁二醇、霍霍巴蜡 PEG-120 酯类,B相物料为烟酰胺、透明质酸钠、透明质酸钠交联聚合物、水解透明质酸钠、水解透明质酸、乙酰化透明质酸钠,C相物料为牡丹根皮提取物、β-葡聚糖、1,2-己二醇、寡肽-1、1,2-戊二醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、肌肽;
(2)预先将所用到的设备、工具消毒后用纯水冲洗干净;
(3)把A相物料依次加入到乳化锅内,在搅拌下加热至85℃,搅拌转速20r/min,搅拌至物料完全溶解,然后恒温搅拌30min灭菌;
(4)把B相物料依次加入,搅拌转速20r/min,搅拌时间30min,然后均质3min,转速为25r/min;
(5)冷却降温,在搅拌情况下将温度降至45℃;
(6)加入C相物料,搅拌至物料完全溶解,搅拌转速20r/min,搅拌时间30min;
(7)温度降至35℃,取样检验,合格后出料,送至静置间静置;
(8)静置后,检验员检测,检测合格后,灌装;

本发明的有益效果:本工艺制备简便,制成的组合物主要成分为小分子结构,使用时能被皮肤快速吸收,调节肌肤水油平衡,使肌肤透明亮丽,紧致肌肤,改善皮肤营养代谢,活化肌肤使皮肤恢复弹性保持年轻,对受损皮肤、敏感皮肤、创伤皮肤具有良好的修复和护理作用,有效预防光老化,应用前景广阔。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
参照图1,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:一种渗透肌肤的小分子组合物,按质量百分比包括以下成分:
A相物料:水79.01%、异戊二醇4%、丁二醇3%、霍霍巴蜡 PEG-120 酯类0.11%;
B相物料:烟酰胺0.8%、透明质酸钠0.5%、透明质酸钠交联聚合物0.11%、水解透明质酸钠0.11%、水解透明质酸0.11%、乙酰化透明质酸钠0.11%;
C相物料:牡丹根皮提取物10%、β-葡聚糖1.1%、1,2-己二醇0.6%、寡肽-1 0.11%、1,2-戊二醇0.11%、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.11%、肌肽0.11%。
一种渗透肌肤的小分子组合物的制备工艺,其制备步骤为:
(1)准备原料:其中A相物料为水、异戊二醇、丁二醇、霍霍巴蜡 PEG-120 酯类,B相物料为烟酰胺、透明质酸钠、透明质酸钠交联聚合物、水解透明质酸钠、水解透明质酸、乙酰化透明质酸钠,C相物料为牡丹根皮提取物、β-葡聚糖、1,2-己二醇、寡肽-1、1,2-戊二醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、肌肽;
(2)预先将所用到的设备、工具消毒后用纯水冲洗干净;
(3)把A相物料依次加入到乳化锅内,在搅拌下加热至85℃,搅拌转速20r/min,搅拌至物料完全溶解,然后恒温搅拌30min灭菌;
(4)把B相物料依次加入,搅拌转速20r/min,搅拌时间30min,然后均质3min,转速为25r/min;
(5)冷却降温,在搅拌情况下将温度降至45℃;
(6)加入C相物料,搅拌至物料完全溶解,搅拌转速20r/min,搅拌时间30min;生产配料时需补加2-3%的损耗水;
(7)温度降至35℃,取样检验,合格后出料,送至静置间静置;
(8)静置后,检验员检测,检测合格后,灌装;
(9)准备好相对应的内外包材,进行灌装及包装,制成成品,标识清晰,经检验合格后入库。
本具体实施方式制成的组合物含有透明质酸钠、透明质酸钠交联聚合物、水解透明质酸钠、水解透明质酸、乙酰化透明质酸钠这五种小分子透明质酸,能起到独特的保护皮肤作用,可保持皮肤滋润光滑、细腻柔嫩、富有弹性,具有防皱、抗皱、美容保健和恢复皮肤生理功能的作用。
本具体实施方式能够滋润补水,调节肌肤水油平衡,以达到通过保留皮肤水分、阻止水分经表皮流失,以及当皮肤受到损伤时的屏障修复目的,令皮肤使用后不会感到干燥,增加光泽,改善皮肤营养代谢,使皮肤柔和、光滑、去皱、增加弹性、防止衰老,减少皱纹,同时对受损皮肤、敏感皮肤、创伤皮肤具有良好的修复和护理作用;有效减少皮肤色素的沉着,修复受损细胞,减少紫外线对皮肤的伤害,减少晒后皮肤的黑斑生长,预防光老化,保持皮肤健康,注入活力,且制备简单,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

1.一种渗透肌肤的小分子组合物,其特征在于,按质量百分比包括以下成分:
A相物料:水79.01%、异戊二醇4%、丁二醇3%、霍霍巴蜡 PEG-120 酯类0.11%;
B相物料:烟酰胺0.8%、透明质酸钠0.5%、透明质酸钠交联聚合物0.11%、水解透明质酸钠0.11%、水解透明质酸0.11%、乙酰化透明质酸钠0.11%;
C相物料:牡丹根皮提取物10%、β-葡聚糖1.1%、1,2-己二醇0.6%、寡肽-1 0.11%、1,2-戊二醇0.11%、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸0.11%、肌肽0.11%。
2.一种渗透肌肤的小分子组合物的制备工艺,其特征在于,其制备步骤为:
