背景技术
洗发水,又称为洗发液、洗发精等,其主要功能是清洁头发与头皮,使得头发更好整理。洗发的目的是除去头发与头皮上的灰尘以及洗去多余的油脂,在使用洗发水洗发时,头皮吸水变得湿润,油脂以及菌群被洗去,此时头皮的生态平衡遭到破坏;传统的洗发水为了解决这个问题是在洗发水中添加多种类的油性材料,通过该油性材料重新补充洗去的油脂。
这种方式使得头皮透气性不强,且头皮就会出油变得油腻;当头皮菌群环境失衡,有害菌大量滋生,就会出现头痒以及头皮屑的现象

针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种洗发水,以解决现有的洗发水破坏菌群以及油类材料过多造成的头皮变油的问题,具有调节菌群平衡的效果。

第三成分组相:5-10份椰油酰胺MEA,50-60份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,10-12份丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物;
第四成分组相:1-2份钛白粉,30-40份硅油,60-100份聚季铵盐-30;
第五成分组相:30-60份花椒果提取物,2-5份防腐剂,5-8份香精。
上述的技术方案中,通过第一成分组相中的瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,山嵛酰氧基PG-三甲基氯化铵的组合可与头皮的阴离子结合,使其具有抗静电作用,且山嵛酰氧基PG-三甲基氯化铵的使用使得整体抗静电温和可适用于孕妇等特殊群体;第二成分组相中月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(铵)、月桂醇硫酸酯钠(铵)与月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠的结合,其温和无刺激,且去油祛湿去屑能力强;第三成分组相中椰油酰胺MEA,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物的使用,使得对于头发与头皮补水并在头皮与头发表面形成一层锁水膜,保持头发与头皮的湿度环境,避免了头发与头皮的干燥,为头皮的生态环境提供基础;第四成分组相中钛白粉、聚季铵盐-30与硅油的选用,填补头发的受损部位,且通过钛白粉的导电性以及聚季铵盐-30的共同作用,进一步避免了日常生活以及吹风时的静电,避免了头发炸毛的情况;第五成分组相中花椒果提取物的选用,使得通过该提取物可抑制头皮的细菌(葡萄球菌),起到了调节头皮生态环境作用,且提升洗发水去屑止痒的功效。
进一步地为了达到更好的配比,包括如下按重量份的原料:
第一成分组相:500份水,3份瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,3份山嵛酰氧基PG-三甲基氯化铵,10份甘油;
第二成分组相:130份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(铵),15份月桂醇硫酸酯钠(铵),30份月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠;
第三成分组相:8份椰油酰胺MEA,55份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,11份丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物;
第四成分组相:1份钛白粉,30份硅油,80份聚季铵盐-30;
第五成分组相:50份花椒果提取物,4份防腐剂,6份香精。
进一步地,所述防腐剂包括甲基氯异噻唑咻酮、甲基异噻唑咻酮﹑硝酸镁﹑氯化镁和水的复配物、DMDM乙内酰脲。
进一步地优选,所述洗发水由如下方法制备得到:
S1,分别称取上述重量份的原料,备用;
S2,将第一成分组相置于乳化锅中常温搅拌30分钟后加热至85-90℃;
S3,保持乳化锅温度85-90℃,将第二成分组相加入乳化锅中,搅拌至溶解完全;
S4,待第二成分组溶解完成后,保持乳化锅温度85-90℃,将第三成分组相加入乳化锅,均质2-3分钟;继续搅拌20分钟;
S5,将乳化锅降温至45-45℃,依次加入第四成分组相、第五成分组相,搅拌均匀;
S6,静置、冷却,即得到产品。
进一步地,所述提取物如下方法制备得到:
步骤i,取用原料进行筛选、烘干并通过粉碎设备进行加工,得到花椒果粉末;
步骤ii,将花椒粉末中加入双水相萃取溶剂,进行萃取;
步骤iii,对萃取液静置并进行超滤和纳滤,得到纳滤液;
步骤iiii,对纳滤液进行浓缩干燥得到提取物。
本发明的有益效果体现在:
1、通过椰油酰胺MEA,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物的使用,使得对于头发与头皮补水并在头皮与头发表面形成一层锁水膜,保持头发与头皮的湿度环境,避免了头发与头皮的干燥,为头皮的生态环境提供基础;
2、通过花椒果提取物的选用,使得通过该提取物可抑制头皮的细菌(葡萄球菌),起到了调节头皮生态环境作用,且提升洗发水去屑止痒的功效;
3、通过瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,山嵛酰氧基PG-三甲基氯化铵的组合可与头皮的阴离子结合,使其具有抗静电作用;以及钛白粉的导电性以及聚季铵盐-30的共同作用,进一步避免了日常生活以及吹风时的静电,避免了头发炸毛的情况。
4、本申请中的洗发水还具有补水锁水的的效果,调节头皮的生态环境。

以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
且本申请所用的原料均符合国际化妆品原料标准,因此本申请中单一成分未注明来源。需要注意的是,除非另有说明,本申请使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域技术人员所理解的通常意义。
实施例1
具体如下按重量份的原料:
第一成分组相:400份水,2份瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,2份山嵛酰氧基PG-三甲基氯化铵,10份甘油;
第二成分组相:120份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(铵),10份月桂醇硫酸酯钠(铵),20份月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠;
第三成分组相:5份椰油酰胺MEA,50份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,10份丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物;
第四成分组相:1份钛白粉,30份硅油,60份聚季铵盐-30;
第五成分组相:30份花椒果提取物,2份防腐剂,5份香精。
实施例2
具体如下按重量份的原料:
第一成分组相:600份水,5份瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,5份山嵛酰氧基PG-三甲基氯化铵,10份甘油;
第二成分组相:150份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,20份月桂醇硫酸酯钠,50份月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠;
第三成分组相:10份椰油酰胺MEA,60份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,12份丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物;
第四成分组相:2份钛白粉,40份硅油,100份聚季铵盐-30;
第五成分组相:60份花椒果提取物,5份防腐剂,8份香精。
实例3
具体如下按重量份的原料:
第一成分组相:500份水,3份瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,3份山嵛酰氧基PG-三甲基氯化铵,10份甘油;
第二成分组相:130份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,15份月桂醇硫酸酯钠,30份月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠;
第三成分组相:8份椰油酰胺MEA,55份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,11份丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物;
第四成分组相:1份钛白粉,30份硅油,80份聚季铵盐-30;
第五成分组相:50份花椒果提取物,4份防腐剂,6份香精。
实例4,将实施例1中的月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠与月桂醇硫酸酯钠分别替换为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵与月桂醇硫酸酯铵。
实例5,将实施例2中的月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠与月桂醇硫酸酯钠分别替换为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵与月桂醇硫酸酯铵。
实例6,将实施例3中的月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠与月桂醇硫酸酯钠分别替换为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵与月桂醇硫酸酯铵。
实例7,去除实例1中的花椒果提取物。
实例8,去除实例2中的花椒果提取物。
实例9,去除实例3中的花椒果提取物。
实例10,替换实例1中的花椒果提取物为苹果提取物。
实例11,替换实例2中的花椒果提取物为苹果提取物。
实例12,替换实例3中的花椒果提取物为苹果提取物。
实例13,替换实例3中的花椒果提取物为花椒果皮提取物。
其中实例1-13采用下述方法得出:
S1,分别称取实例中各个重量份的原料,备用;
S2,将第一成分组相置于乳化锅中常温搅拌30分钟后加热至85-90℃;
S3,保持乳化锅温度85-90℃,将第二成分组相加入乳化锅中,搅拌至溶解完全;
S4,待第二成分组溶解完成后,保持乳化锅温度85-90℃,将第三成分组相加入乳化锅,均质2-3分钟;继续搅拌20分钟;
S5,将乳化锅降温至45-45℃,依次加入第四成分组相、第五成分组相,搅拌均匀;
S6,静置、冷却,即得到产品。
其中花椒提取物如下方法制备得到:
步骤i,取用原料进行筛选、烘干并通过粉碎设备进行加工,得到花椒果粉末;
步骤ii,将花椒粉末中加入双水相萃取溶剂,进行萃取;
步骤iii,对萃取液静置并进行超滤和纳滤,得到纳滤液;
步骤iiii,对纳滤液进行浓缩干燥得到提取物。
使用效果评价
试验对象:实施例1-13的洗发水。
试验内容:选取年龄在18-55岁之间的1300个男女测试人员,随机分成13组,每一组接受一个试验对象,使用方式为:每两天使用试验对象来洗一次头,每次用量在6-12g左右,使用时轻肉头皮与头发,分别使用45天后进行效果评价,其中的评价标准参考表1

由试验结果可知,将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠与月桂醇硫酸酯钠分别替换为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵与月桂醇硫酸酯铵影响不大,而对于将花椒果替换或者取消对于头皮的护理以及头皮的止痒有较强的效果;充分说明了本洗发水中具有止痒,以及调节头皮生态环境的作用;且使用后头发光泽柔顺,头皮与头发不会干燥,去屑效果好。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求和说明书的范围当中。
Claims (7)
1.一种洗发水,其特征在于,包括第一至第五成分组相,具体如下按重量份的原料:
第一成分组相:400-600份水,2-5份瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,2-5份山嵛酰氧基PG-三甲基氯化铵,10份甘油;
第二成分组相:120-150份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,10-20份月桂醇硫酸酯钠,20-50份月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠;
第三成分组相:5-10份椰油酰胺MEA,50-60份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,10-12份丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物;
第四成分组相:1-2份钛白粉,30-40份硅油,60-100份聚季铵盐-30;
第五成分组相:30-60份花椒果提取物,2-5份防腐剂,5-8份香精。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗发水,其特征在于,包括如下按重量份的原料:
第一成分组相:500份水,3份瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,3份山嵛酰氧基PG-三甲基氯化铵,10份甘油;
第二成分组相:130份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(铵),15份月桂醇硫酸酯钠(铵),30份月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠;
第三成分组相:8份椰油酰胺MEA,55份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,11份丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物;
第四成分组相:1份钛白粉,30份硅油,80份聚季铵盐-30;
第五成分组相:50份花椒果提取物,4份防腐剂,6份香精。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗发水,其特征在于,所述防腐剂包括甲基氯异噻唑咻酮、甲基异噻唑咻酮﹑硝酸镁﹑氯化镁和水的复配物、DMDM乙内酰脲。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗发水,其特征在于,所述月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠可替换为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵;所述月桂醇硫酸酯钠可替换为月桂醇硫酸酯铵。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种洗发水,其特征在于,所述洗发水由如下方法制备得到:
S1,分别称取上述重量份的原料,备用;
S2,将第一成分组相置于乳化锅中常温搅拌30分钟后加热至85-90℃;
S3,保持乳化锅温度85-90℃,将第二成分组相加入乳化锅中,搅拌至溶解完全;
S4,待第二成分组溶解完成后,保持乳化锅温度85-90℃,将第三成分组相加入乳化锅,均质2-3分钟;继续搅拌20分钟;
S5,将乳化锅降温至45-45℃,依次加入第四成分组相、第五成分组相,搅拌均匀;
S6,静置、冷却,即得到产品。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗发水,其特征在于,所述提取物如下方法制备得到:
步骤i,取用原料进行筛选、烘干并通过粉碎设备进行加工,得到花椒果粉末;
步骤ii,将花椒粉末中加入萃取溶剂,进行萃取;
步骤iii,对萃取液静置并进行超滤和纳滤,得到纳滤液;
步骤iiii,对纳滤液进行浓缩干燥得到提取物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种洗发水,其特征在于,所述萃取液采用双水相萃取液。
