Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of air cushion loose powder, belonging to the technical field of air cushion loose powder processing, comprising the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing the powder phases to obtain a material body A, uniformly mixing the natural polysaccharide and water, adding the emollient humectant and the emulsifier, and uniformly mixing to obtain a material body B; (2) uniformly mixing the material body A and the material body B obtained in the step (1), and then adding a preservative to obtain a dispersion; (3) heating the dispersion to a preset temperature, and then filling the dispersion into a packing material to obtain a semi-finished product; (4) and (5) freeze-drying the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product. The application has solved the common loose powder in existing market and has mainly used direct filling package material as main, interior material singleness, the filling dust is serious, and package material utilization is low, and the colour variety is single, and package material is with high costs, can't realize the secondary or then technical problem of the value of repetitious utilization, has reached what colour or then skin sense needs, directly changes the technical effect that the inner core can.

The invention belongs to the technical field of air cushion loose powder processing, and particularly relates to a preparation method of air cushion loose powder.
Background
The common loose powder in the market at present mainly takes a direct filling packing material as a main material, the inner material is single, the filling dust is serious, the utilization rate of the packing material is low, the color and variety are single, and the packing material cost is high. The value of secondary or multiple utilization cannot be realized.

(1) uniformly mixing the powder phases to obtain a material body A, uniformly mixing the natural polysaccharide and water, adding the emollient humectant and the emulsifier, and uniformly mixing to obtain a material body B;
(2) uniformly mixing the material body A and the material body B obtained in the step (1), and then adding a preservative to obtain a dispersion;
(3) heating the dispersion to a preset temperature, and then filling the dispersion into a packing material to obtain a semi-finished product;
(4) and (5) freeze-drying the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product.
Further, the powder phase in the step (1) comprises a flaky filler, a spherical filler and a pigment.
Further, the flaky filler in the step (1) is talc powder, mica powder, kaolin, lauroyl lysine, boron nitride or a mixture of any combination thereof, the spherical filler is PMMA, chinlon-12, polyurethane, HDI/tris (hydroxymethyl) lactone crosslinked polymer, silica or a mixture of any combination thereof, and the pigment is an inorganic pigment, an organic pigment, pearlescence or a mixture of any combination thereof; the inorganic pigments include titanium dioxide, iron oxide, red, yellow, black, manganese violet, ultramarine blue, chromium oxide optionally in hydrated combination, ferric blue; the organic pigment comprises cochineal, red 6, red 7, blue 1, yellow 5 and red 28 lake pigment; the pearlescence includes white pearlescence, colored and dyed pearlescence, organic or inorganic pigment-containing mica, glass, synthetic fluorophlogopite material dyed pearlescence and metal oxide pearlescence.
Further, the natural polysaccharide and the water in the step (1) are mixed at the temperature of 0-50 ℃.
Further, the natural polysaccharide in step (1) is cellulose, xanthan gum, Chondrus crispus, agar, gum arabic, starch, curdlan, gelatin, gellan gum, konjac mannan, mannitol, xylan or a mixture of any combination thereof; emollient moisturizers are oils and fats, polyols, or combinations thereof, wherein the oils and fats comprise oils or waxes of vegetable, mineral, animal, or synthetic origin, grapeseed oil, meadowfoam oil, hydrogenated vegetable oil, avocado oil, shea butter, white oil, cetostearyl ethyl hexanoate, squalane, octyldodecanol stearoyloxystearate, propylene carbonate, isodecyl pivalate, dimethicone, beeswax, white wax, the polyols comprise glycerin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol; the emulsifier is PEG26-PPG-30 phosphate, tween-20, tween-60, tween-80, alkyl glycoside, polyoxyethylene oleate, polyoxyethylene laurate, glyceryl citrate stearate or their mixture; the antiseptic is chlorphenesin, methyl hydroxybenzoate, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, octylglycol, or their mixture.
Further, the weight parts of the powder phase are 30-60 parts, the weight parts of the emollient humectant are 0.2-20 parts, the weight parts of the emulsifier are 0-5 parts, and the weight parts of the preservative are 0.05-3 parts.
Further, the preset temperature in the step (3) is 30-55 ℃.
Further, the weight percentage of water in the finished product in the step (4) is less than or equal to 5 percent.
Further, during the freeze drying in the step (4), the semi-finished product is firstly put into a freeze dryer and frozen at a low temperature, the temperature of the freeze dryer is lower than the eutectic point, then the freeze dryer is vacuumized, the temperature is raised to carry out sublimation drying after the vacuum degree reaches a preset vacuum value, the ice crystals are removed, and finally, the desorption drying is carried out after the sublimation is finished, and the bound water is removed.
Further, the temperature of the freeze dryer is-30 to-10 ℃, the preset vacuum is 10 to 40Pa, the desorption drying temperature is 5 to 60 ℃, and the pressure is 10 to 50 Pa.

Example 1:

(2) uniformly mixing the material body A and the material body B obtained in the step (1), and then adding a preservative to obtain a dispersion;

(4) and (5) freeze-drying the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product.
The powder phase in the step (1) comprises flaky fillers, spherical fillers and pigments.
Mixing the natural polysaccharide and the water in the step (1) at the temperature of 0 ℃.
30 parts of powder phase, 0.2 part of emollient humectant, 0 part of emulsifier and 0.05 part of preservative.
The preset temperature in step (3) is 30 ℃.
The weight percentage of water in the finished product in the step (4) is less than or equal to 5 percent.
During freeze drying in the step (4), firstly, the semi-finished product is put into a freeze dryer to be frozen at a low temperature, the temperature of the freeze dryer is lower than the eutectic point, then the freeze dryer is vacuumized, the temperature is raised to carry out sublimation drying after the vacuum degree reaches a preset vacuum numerical value, ice crystals are removed, and finally, the semi-finished product is subjected to desorption drying after sublimation is finished, and bound water is removed.
The temperature of the freeze dryer is-30 ℃, the preset vacuum is 10Pa, the desorption drying temperature is 5 ℃, and the pressure is 10 Pa.
Example 2:

Mixing the natural polysaccharide and the water in the step (1) at the temperature of 25 ℃.
45 parts of powder phase, 10.9 parts of emollient humectant, 2.5 parts of emulsifier and 1.55 parts of preservative.
The preset temperature in step (3) is 42.5 ℃.
The weight percentage of water in the finished product in the step (4) is less than or equal to 5 percent.
During freeze drying in the step (4), firstly, the semi-finished product is put into a freeze dryer to be frozen at a low temperature, the temperature of the freeze dryer is lower than the eutectic point, then the freeze dryer is vacuumized, the temperature is raised to carry out sublimation drying after the vacuum degree reaches a preset vacuum numerical value, ice crystals are removed, and finally, the semi-finished product is subjected to desorption drying after sublimation is finished, and bound water is removed.
The temperature of the freeze dryer is-20 ℃, the preset vacuum is 25Pa, the desorption drying temperature is 32.5 ℃, and the pressure is 30 Pa.
Example 3:
a preparation method of air cushion loose powder comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the powder phases to obtain a material body A, uniformly mixing the natural polysaccharide and water, adding the emollient humectant and the emulsifier, and uniformly mixing to obtain a material body B;
(2) uniformly mixing the material body A and the material body B obtained in the step (1), and then adding a preservative to obtain a dispersion;
(3) heating the dispersion to a preset temperature, and then filling the dispersion into a packing material to obtain a semi-finished product;
(4) and (5) freeze-drying the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product.
The powder phase in the step (1) comprises flaky fillers, spherical fillers and pigments.
And (2) mixing the natural polysaccharide and water in the step (1) at the temperature of 0-50 ℃.
60 parts of powder phase, 20 parts of emollient humectant, 5 parts of emulsifier and 3 parts of preservative.
The preset temperature in step (3) is 55 ℃.
The weight percentage of water in the finished product in the step (4) is less than or equal to 5 percent.
During freeze drying in the step (4), firstly, the semi-finished product is put into a freeze dryer to be frozen at a low temperature, the temperature of the freeze dryer is lower than the eutectic point, then the freeze dryer is vacuumized, the temperature is raised to carry out sublimation drying after the vacuum degree reaches a preset vacuum numerical value, ice crystals are removed, and finally, the semi-finished product is subjected to desorption drying after sublimation is finished, and bound water is removed.
The temperature of the freeze dryer is-10 ℃, the preset vacuum is 40Pa, the desorption drying temperature is 60 ℃, and the pressure is 50 Pa.
Example 4:
a preparation method of air cushion loose powder comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the powder phases to obtain a material body A, uniformly mixing the natural polysaccharide and water, adding the emollient humectant and the emulsifier, and uniformly mixing to obtain a material body B;
(2) uniformly mixing the material body A and the material body B obtained in the step (1), and then adding a preservative to obtain a dispersion;
(3) heating the dispersion to a preset temperature, and then filling the dispersion into a packing material to obtain a semi-finished product;
(4) and (5) freeze-drying the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product.
The powder phase in the step (1) comprises flaky fillers, spherical fillers and pigments.
Mixing the natural polysaccharide and the water in the step (1) at the temperature of 25 ℃.
The weight parts of the raw materials are as follows: 20 parts of mica, 40 parts of silica, 10 parts of PMMA, 1210 parts of nylon, 5 parts of titanium dioxide, 1 part of polysaccharide, 2 parts of polyol, 1 part of grease and 1 part of preservative.
The preset temperature in step (3) is 42.5 ℃.
The weight percentage of water in the finished product in the step (4) is less than or equal to 5 percent.
During freeze drying in the step (4), firstly, the semi-finished product is put into a freeze dryer to be frozen at a low temperature, the temperature of the freeze dryer is lower than the eutectic point, then the freeze dryer is vacuumized, the temperature is raised to carry out sublimation drying after the vacuum degree reaches a preset vacuum numerical value, ice crystals are removed, and finally, the semi-finished product is subjected to desorption drying after sublimation is finished, and bound water is removed.

Claims (10)
1. The preparation method of the air cushion loose powder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the powder phases to obtain a material body A, uniformly mixing the natural polysaccharide and water, adding the emollient humectant and the emulsifier, and uniformly mixing to obtain a material body B;
(2) uniformly mixing the material body A and the material body B obtained in the step (1), and then adding a preservative to obtain a dispersion;
(3) heating the dispersion to a preset temperature, and then filling the dispersion into a packing material to obtain a semi-finished product;
(4) and (5) freeze-drying the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product.
2. The method for preparing air-cushion loose powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the powder phase in step (1) comprises plate-like filler, spherical filler and pigment.

The method for preparing air-cushion loose powder according to claim 2, characterized in that the flake filler in step (1) is selected from talcum powder, mica powder, kaolin, lauroyl lysine, boron nitride, or a mixture of any combination thereof, the spherical filler is selected from PMMA, nylon-12, polyurethane, HDI/hydroxymethyl lactone crosslinked polymer, silica, or a mixture of any combination thereof, and the pigment is selected from inorganic pigment, organic pigment, pearlescent pigment, or a mixture of any combination thereof; the inorganic pigments include titanium dioxide, iron oxide, red, yellow, black, manganese violet, ultramarine blue, chromium oxide optionally in hydrated combination, ferric blue; the organic pigment comprises cochineal, red 6, red 7, blue 1, yellow 5 and red 28 lake pigment; the pearlescence includes white pearlescence, colored and dyed pearlescence, organic or inorganic pigment-containing mica, glass, synthetic fluorophlogopite material dyed pearlescence and metal oxide pearlescence.
4. The method for preparing air cushion loose powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the natural polysaccharide and water in step (1) are mixed at 0-50 ℃.

The method for preparing air cushion loose powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the natural polysaccharide in step (1) is selected from cellulose, xanthan gum, Chondrus crispus, agar, gum arabic, starch, curdlan, gelatin, gellan gum, konjac mannan, mannitol, xylan, and any mixture thereof; emollient moisturizers are oils and fats, polyols, or combinations thereof, wherein the oils and fats comprise oils or waxes of vegetable, mineral, animal, or synthetic origin, grapeseed oil, meadowfoam oil, hydrogenated vegetable oil, avocado oil, shea butter, white oil, cetostearyl ethyl hexanoate, squalane, octyldodecanol stearoyloxystearate, propylene carbonate, isodecyl pivalate, dimethicone, beeswax, white wax, the polyols comprise glycerin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol; the emulsifier is PEG26-PPG-30 phosphate, tween-20, tween-60, tween-80, alkyl glycoside, polyoxyethylene oleate, polyoxyethylene laurate, glyceryl citrate stearate or their mixture; the antiseptic is chlorphenesin, methyl hydroxybenzoate, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, octylglycol, or their mixture.
6. The preparation method of the air cushion loose powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the powder phase comprises 30-60 parts by weight, the emollient humectant comprises 0.2-20 parts by weight, the emulsifier comprises 0-5 parts by weight, and the preservative comprises 0.05-3 parts by weight.
7. The method for preparing air-cushion loose powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the predetermined temperature in the step (3) is 30-55 ℃.
8. The method for preparing air-cushion loose powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight percentage of water in the finished product in the step (4) is less than or equal to 5%.

The method for preparing air cushion loose powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (4), during the freeze drying, the semi-finished product is first put into a freeze dryer to be frozen at a low temperature, the temperature of the freeze dryer is lower than the eutectic point, then the freeze dryer is vacuumized, after the vacuum degree reaches a preset vacuum value, the temperature is raised to carry out sublimation drying to remove ice crystals, and finally, after the sublimation is finished, the air cushion loose powder is subjected to desorption drying to remove bound water.
10. The method for preparing air-cushion loose powder according to claim 9, wherein the temperature of the freeze dryer is-30 to-10 ℃, the preset vacuum is 10 to 40Pa, the desorption drying temperature is 5 to 60 ℃, and the pressure is 10 to 50 Pa.
