A convertible modular smoke curing device for a cooking apparatus, said cooking apparatus comprising a cooking body having a cooking chamber, said smoke curing device being positioned in said cooking chamber, said smoke curing device comprising a plurality of smoke curing units, said smoke curing units comprising at least one smoke curing module, said smoke curing module comprising:
a smoking part, wherein a containing space for placing smoking materials is formed in the smoking part; and
a heating part which can give out heat to the smoking material so that the smoking material can emit smoking fragrance by means of the heat;
the smoking and roasting device is also provided with a communicating part, and the fragrance emitted by the smoking material can be emitted to the food material to be cooked in the cooking cavity through the communicating part;
wherein, can set up movably through the first mode between at least partly in the unit of smoking, can set up movably through the second mode between at least partly in the unit of smoking.
2. The convertible modular curing device of claim 1, wherein the curing device is configured with a movable portion, at least a portion of the curing unit being movably disposed at the movable portion.

5. The convertible modular smoke curing apparatus of claim 1, wherein in case said smoke curing unit comprises a plurality of smoke curing modules, at least a portion of said plurality of smoke curing modules are connected to each other in a vertically stacked manner.
6. The convertible modular smoke curing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said receiving space comprises a plurality of subspaces, said smoke being capable of being placed in at least a portion of said subspaces.
7. The convertible modular smoking device of claim 1, wherein the communication portion comprises a first communication unit disposed in the smoking material portion.
8. The modifiable modular cooking device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a collecting portion able to solicit a correlation from the orientation of the food material to be cooked during its cooking.
9. The convertible modular smoke curing apparatus of claim 8 wherein said communication portion comprises a second communication means, said second communication means being disposed in said collection portion.
10. A cooking apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a modifiable modular smoking device of a cooking apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 9.
