Due to the certain height difference, a splashing phenomenon may occur during the dropping of the oil stain. Also, since the second portion has a disk-like structure, an area involved in the splash phenomenon is larger. In view of this, the splash suppressing unit is disposed at least on the second portion having the larger area, so that the tendency of splashing is suppressed to some extent when the oil stain passes through the splash suppressing unit. Illustratively, the splash guard unit is integrally formed with the second portion, such as by forming the entire second portion or a local thickness thereof near the upper surface of the second portion from a commercially available nano-oleophilic material. In this way, the second portion is provided with anti-spatter properties. If necessary, the first part can also be made of a nano-oleophilic material.
Preferably, the first part and the second part have a heat insulation function, so that the hot air flow in the cooking chamber can be effectively prevented from excessively scorching oil stains in the accommodating space of the first part, and bad oil smoke can be effectively prevented from being generated.
Thus, on the premise of having the collecting part consisting of the first part and the second part, the function of the collecting part is optimized through the adding of two additional functions of splash suppression and heat insulation, and the cleanness of the using environment where the smoking and roasting device is located is ensured.
In one possible embodiment, the middle of the second portion is configured with a handheld end 3622. When the user needs to clean the relevant objects in the accommodating space regularly, the second part can be removed by holding the handheld end by hand.
In one possible embodiment, the collecting part is disposed on the top of the uppermost smoking and roasting module, and thus is located above the first communication units of the respective layers of smoking and roasting modules. Through such setting, collect the main part when collecting relevant thing such as oil stain, thereby can also prevent effectively that relevant thing such as oil stain from falling into the first communicating unit of each layer of smoke and roast module and influencing the giving off of smoked fragrant smell. Taking the food material to be cooked as meat as an example, compared with the mode that the flavor seasoning is added on the surface of the meat after the meat is baked to be mature, the food material can be better tasty, the fragrance is more mellow, and the smoking part allows a user to select the smoking fragrance liked by the user according to the actual requirement, so that richer flavor and mouthfeel can be often formulated aiming at the food material to be cooked, and the user experience is obviously improved.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. 1. A clean modular smoke curing device for a cooking apparatus, the cooking apparatus comprising a cooking body having a cooking chamber, the smoke curing device being disposed in the cooking chamber, the smoke curing device comprising at least one smoke curing module, the smoke curing module comprising:
a smoking part, wherein a containing space for placing smoking materials is formed in the smoking part; and
a heating part which can give out heat to the smoking material so that the smoking material can emit smoking fragrance by means of the heat;
the smoking and roasting device is also provided with a communicating part, and the fragrance emitted by the smoking material can be emitted to the food material to be cooked in the cooking cavity through the communicating part;
wherein, the device of toasting still includes the collection portion, the collection portion includes:
a first portion for soliciting a correlation from the orientation of the food material to be cooked during cooking of the food material to be cooked contained within the cooking chamber; and
a second part disposed on a side of the first part close to the relevant object, and
the second portion is communicable with the first portion to:
the related object is pulled to the first portion via the second portion.
2. The clean modular smoke and fire apparatus of claim 1, wherein at least said second portion comprises a splatter suppression unit, at least a portion of the relevant reaching said first portion after passing said splatter suppression unit.
3. The clean modular grill of claim 1, wherein said second portion has at least one communication structure disposed thereon, said second portion being in communication with said first portion at least through said communication structure.
4. The clean modular smoke curing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first portion has a receiving space for receiving related items pulled through said first portion.
5. The clean modular smoke curing apparatus of claim 1, wherein at least a portion of said first portion and/or said second portion is attached with a thermal insulation structure; or
At least a part of the first part and/or the second part is a structure having a heat insulating function.
6. The clean modular smoke curing apparatus of claim 1, wherein in case of a plurality of smoke curing modules, at least a portion of said plurality of smoke curing modules are connected to each other in a vertically stacked manner in an assembled state, and said collecting part is provided at a position close to an upper side among the smoke curing modules stacked in a vertical direction.
7. The clean modular smoke curing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said housing space comprises a plurality of subspaces, said smoke being capable of being placed in at least a portion of said subspaces.
8. The clean modular smoking and roasting device of claim 1, wherein said connection portion comprises a first connection unit, said first connection unit is disposed in said smoking portion.
9. The clean modular smoke curing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said communication part comprises a second communication unit, said second communication unit is disposed in said collecting part.
10. A cooking apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a clean modular smoke curing device of the cooking apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 9.
