a smoking part, wherein a containing space for placing smoking materials is formed in the smoking part; and
a heating part which can give out heat to the smoking material so that the smoking material can emit smoking fragrance by means of the heat;
wherein, the smoke curing device is also provided with a communicating part, and the aroma emitted by the smoke material can be distributed to the food materials to be cooked in the cooking cavity through the communicating part.
2. The modular smoke curing apparatus of claim 1, wherein at least a portion of said plurality of smoke curing modules are removably attached to each other.
3. The modular smoke curing apparatus of claim 2, wherein at least a portion of said plurality of smoke curing modules are connected to each other in a vertically stacked manner in an assembled state.
4. The modular smoke curing apparatus of claim 3, wherein at least a portion of the communication portion of the lower smoke curing module is capable of emitting a smoke aroma to the cooking chamber in a stacked condition.
5. The modular smoke curing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said receiving space comprises a plurality of subspaces, said smoke being capable of being placed in at least a portion of said subspaces.
6. The modular smoking apparatus of claim 5, wherein the smoking material portion comprises a housing, the communication portion comprises a first communication unit, and the first communication unit is disposed in the housing.
7. The modular grilling apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises a collecting portion capable of soliciting a correlation from the orientation of the food item to be cooked during cooking of the food item to be cooked.
8. The modular smoke curing apparatus of claim 7, wherein said collecting part comprises a plurality of collecting units corresponding to the number of said smoke curing modules one by one.
9. The modular smoke curing apparatus of claim 7, wherein said communication portion comprises a second communication unit, said second communication unit being disposed in said collection portion.
10. A cooking apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a modular broiling device of a cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
