Abstract
本发明属于视频拍摄领域,涉及动态控制视频编码码率的方法、智能设备和运动相机。该方法包括检测智能设备的运动状态;根据运动状态确定图像锐度阈值范围;根据当前图像锐度值与图像锐度阈值范围的对应关系,从编码码率范围中确定编码码率。本发明根据智能设备的不同运动状态来相应地动态调整视频编码的码率,可在保证视频图像质量的情况下,提升视频传输和视频存储的效率。
