Abstract

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a detection system and a detection method of a display panel.
Background
Currently, the competition of the display is increasingly strong, and the quality of the display panel is required to be detected by consumers more and more before the products are shipped. For example, when detecting the image quality of a display panel, it is necessary to perform a photographing process on the screen of each display panel to acquire a corresponding image and determine whether the image quality of the display panel is acceptable or not based on the image quality of the image. However, due to the variety of display panels, the shape is complex, and it is difficult for a single fixed optical system to satisfy the detection requirements of multiple display panels. At present, a detection system of the display panel generally comprises components such as an industrial lens, a camera, an external motor, a PLC (programmable logic controller), a computer and the like. The industrial lens is connected to the camera through an external motor, the external motor is electrically connected to the PLC, and the camera and the PLC are connected to the computer.
In the detection process, the computer controls the external motor to realize focusing or zooming of the industrial lens, the camera sends an image to the computer, and the computer judges the focusing effect of the industrial lens. But adopts the scheme that external motor realizes focusing or zooming, needs custom motor to lead to the commonality poor to this external motor needs to be controlled by the PLC controller, and current position state can't be fed back in real time to industrial lens. Further, industrial lenses are generally conventional motorized lenses that cannot support large-bottom cameras and are not suitable for inspection of large panels.

As shown in fig. 3, the interchangeable lens 20 has a motor (not shown) built therein, and no external motor is required to be introduced, thereby reducing the occupied space. The controller 10 may be an FPGA chip, and the interchangeable lens 20 is connected to the controller 10, so that a detection system of the display panel can be optimized, and the PLC controller 10 is reduced. The interchangeable lens 20 includes a serial communication contact 201, a clock signal contact 202, and a power supply contact 203.

Specifically, each signal switching element includes a first transmission line 301, a second transmission line 302, and a third transmission line 303. Because the types of the interchangeable lenses 20 are different, the arrangement sequence of the first transmission line 301, the second transmission line 302 and the third transmission line 303 of each signal switching element is different, so that one camera 40 can be matched with the interchangeable lenses 20 with different types, the universality is strong, the selection space of the interchangeable lenses 20 is more, and the application range is wide.
As shown in connection with fig. 1-3, the serial communication contact 201 is connected to the serial communication module by a first transmission line 301. The serial communication module includes the interaction information of the camera 40 to the interchangeable lens 20, the interaction information of the interchangeable lens 20 to the camera 40, and the sampling period. Wherein, the interaction information from the camera 40 to the interchangeable lens 20 is focus information, input aperture information, lens model information and lens version information; the interactive information of the interchangeable lens 20 to the camera 40 is current focus information, current input aperture information, current lens model information, and current lens version information.
The clock signal contact 202 is connected to the clock signal module via a second transmission line 302. The clock signal module comprises an aperture forward rotation signal, an aperture reverse rotation signal, a focusing forward rotation signal and a focusing reverse rotation signal.
The power supply contact 203 is connected to the power supply module by a third transmission line 303. The power supply module comprises a lens chip positive pressure signal, a lens chip negative pressure signal, a motor positive pressure signal and a motor negative pressure signal.
The present embodiment provides a detection system for a display panel, according to the model of an interchangeable lens 20, a signal adapter corresponding to the interchangeable lens 20 is obtained, so that the interchangeable lens 20 is connected to a controller 10.
When the computer 50 is connected to the controller 10, the computer 50 transmits a focusing instruction to the controller 10 so that the controller 10 realizes focusing processing for the lens. When the computer 50 is connected to the camera 40, the computer 50 transmits a photographing instruction to the camera 40 and acquires an image photographed by the camera 40. The focusing instruction comprises a forward and reverse rotation signal of a preset aperture and a preset focusing forward and reverse rotation signal. Therefore, the detection system can automatically control the interchangeable lens 20 to realize an auto-focusing function, and feed back the current state information of the interchangeable lens 20 in real time.
Further, the present embodiment can control focusing and aperture of the interchangeable lens 20 in real time by watching the blurring of the center point and four corners of the image captured by the camera 40 and sending a focusing command to the controller 10 via the computer 50.
In this embodiment, the serial communication module of the controller 10 sends a focusing command to the interchangeable lens 20, and obtains a current focusing forward-reverse signal and a current aperture forward-reverse signal in a sampling period, until the current aperture forward-reverse signal reaches a preset aperture forward-reverse signal, and when the current focusing forward-reverse signal reaches the preset focusing forward-reverse signal, the controller 10 stops sending the focusing command to the interchangeable lens 20, and the interchangeable lens 20 feeds back current focus information, current input aperture information, current lens model information and current lens version information to the controller 10 and the camera 40, so that the interchangeable lens 20 can feed back current state information in real time, and further, in the process of shooting a display panel, the position of the interchangeable lens 20 can be standardized, and the adjustment time when the panel is switched is reduced.
