Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of display technologies, and in particular, to a system and a method for detecting a display panel.
Background
Currently, the competition of the display is increasingly intense, and the quality of the display panel is required to be higher and higher by consumers, so that the quality of the display panel needs to be detected before the product is shipped. For example, when detecting the image quality of a display panel, it is necessary to perform image capturing processing on a screen of each display panel to acquire a corresponding image, and determine whether the image quality of the display panel is acceptable or not based on the image quality of the image. However, since the existing display panels are various in types and complex in shape, it is difficult for a single fixed optical system to meet the detection requirements of various display panels. At present, the detection system of the display panel generally includes components such as an industrial lens, a camera, an external motor, a PLC controller, and a computer. Wherein, the industrial lens is connected to the camera through external motor, and external motor electricity is connected to the PLC controller, and camera and PLC controller all are connected to the computer.
In the detection process, the external motor is controlled by the computer to the PLC to realize focusing or zooming of the industrial lens, the camera sends the image to the computer, and the focusing effect of the industrial lens is judged by the computer. However, in the scheme of implementing focusing or zooming by using an external motor, the motor needs to be customized, so that the universality is poor, the external motor needs to be controlled by a PLC controller, and the industrial lens cannot feed back the current position state in real time. Further, the industrial lens is generally a conventional electromotive lens which cannot support a camera with a large bottom surface and cannot be applied to the inspection of a large panel.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a detection system and a detection method of a display panel, and aims to solve the technical problems that the scheme of realizing focusing or zooming by an external motor cannot be automatically controlled and the current state information of a lens cannot be fed back in real time.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a detection system for a display panel, which is used for performing a shooting process on the display panel, and the detection system includes: the controller comprises a processing module, a serial communication module and a clock signal module, wherein the serial communication module and the clock signal module are respectively connected to the processing module; the interchangeable lens is connected to the controller through a signal adapter; the interchangeable lens comprises a serial communication contact and a clock signal contact; the signal adapter comprises more than two signal adapters, each signal adapter comprises a first transmission line and a second transmission line, and the serial communication contact is connected to the serial communication module through the first transmission line; the clock signal contact is connected to the clock signal module through the second transmission line; and acquiring a signal adapter corresponding to the interchangeable lens according to the type of the interchangeable lens, so that the interchangeable lens is connected to the controller.
Further, the controller further comprises a power supply module connected to the processing module; the interchangeable lens further comprises a power supply contact; each signal transition piece further comprises a third transmission line, wherein the power supply contact is connected to the power supply module through the third transmission line.
Furthermore, the first transmission line, the second transmission line and the third transmission line of each signal adapter are arranged in different orders.
Further, the detection system of the display panel further comprises: a camera to which the interchangeable lens is detachably connected.
Further, the serial communication module includes interaction information from the camera to the interchangeable lens, interaction information from the interchangeable lens to the camera, and a sampling period.
Further, the interactive information from the camera to the interchangeable lens is focus information, input aperture information, lens model information and lens version information; and the interactive information from the interchangeable lens to the camera is current focus information, current input aperture information, current lens model information and current lens version information.
Further, the detection system of the display panel further comprises: a computer electrically connected to the controller and the camera; when the computer is connected with the controller, the computer sends a focusing instruction to the controller, so that the controller realizes focusing processing on the lens; when the computer is connected with the camera, the computer sends a shooting instruction to the camera and acquires an image shot by the camera.
Further, the focusing instruction comprises a forward and reverse rotation signal of a preset aperture and a preset focusing forward and reverse rotation signal.
Further, the clock signal module comprises an aperture positive rotation signal, an aperture reverse rotation signal, a focusing positive rotation signal and a focusing reverse rotation signal.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a method for detecting a display panel, including the following steps: acquiring a signal adapter corresponding to the interchangeable lens according to the model of the interchangeable lens, and connecting a controller with the interchangeable lens through the signal adapter; and the controller sends a focusing instruction to the interchangeable lens, and acquires a forward and reverse rotation signal of the current focusing and a forward and reverse rotation signal of the current aperture within a sampling period until the forward and reverse rotation signal of the current aperture reaches the forward and reverse rotation signal of the preset aperture and the forward and reverse rotation signal of the current focusing reaches the forward and reverse rotation signal of the preset focusing, and the controller stops sending the focusing instruction to the interchangeable lens.
The invention has the technical effect that the detection system comprises a controller, an interchangeable lens, a signal adapter, a camera and a computer, and the signal adapter corresponding to the interchangeable lens is obtained according to the type of the interchangeable lens, so that the interchangeable lens is in telecommunication connection with the controller, the camera and the computer. When the switching of the display panel is detected, the display panels of different models can be detected only by remotely controlling the interchangeable lens to realize automatic focusing and zooming, and the current state information of the interchangeable lens can be fed back in real time.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. In the description of the present application, it is to be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; may be mechanically connected, may be electrically connected or may be in communication with each other; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as appropriate.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a system for detecting a display panel, which includes a controller 10, an interchangeable lens 20, a signal adapter 30, a camera 40, and a computer 50. The controller 10 is connected to the interchangeable lens 20 through the signal adapter 30, and the controller 10 may be connected to the computer 50 by wire or wireless, and the camera 40 may be connected to the computer 50(PC) by wire or wireless. In this embodiment, the camera 40 is an industrial camera 40, which is preferably connected to the computer 50 by a wire to avoid data loss when the camera 40 and the computer 50 interact with each other.
As shown in fig. 2, the controller 10 includes a processing module, a serial communication module, a clock signal module, a power supply module, and a network communication module. The serial communication module, the clock signal module, the power supply module and the network communication module are respectively connected to the processing module. Wherein, the network communication module includes bluetooth module, Wifi module, network card.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the interchangeable lens 20 includes a canon lens, a sony lens, a nikon lens, a lycra lens, a binge lens, etc., which are not described herein in detail.
As shown in fig. 3, the interchangeable lens 20 has a built-in motor (not shown), and an external motor is not required to be introduced, thereby reducing the occupied space. The controller 10 can be an FPGA chip, and the interchangeable lens 20 is connected to the controller 10, so that the detection system of the display panel can be optimized, and the PLC controller 10 is reduced. The interchangeable lens 20 includes a serial communication contact 201, a clock signal contact 202, and a power supply contact 203.
Referring to fig. 1, the signal adapter 30 includes two or more signal adapters, such as signal adapters 1, 2, and 3 … … n, each of which is provided according to the model of the interchangeable lens 20.
Specifically, each signal adapter includes a first transmission line 301, a second transmission line 302, and a third transmission line 303. Because the interchangeable lens 20 has different models, the first transmission line 301, the second transmission line 302 and the third transmission line 303 of each signal adapter are arranged in different sequences, so that one camera 40 can be matched with the interchangeable lens 20 of different models, the universality is strong, the selection space of the interchangeable lens 20 is more, and the application range is wide.
As shown in connection with fig. 1-3, the serial communication contact 201 is connected to the serial communication module by a first transmission line 301. The serial communication module includes mutual information of the camera 40 to the interchangeable lens 20, mutual information of the interchangeable lens 20 to the camera 40, and a sampling period. Wherein, the interactive information from the camera 40 to the interchangeable lens 20 is focus information, input aperture information, lens model information and lens version information; the interactive information from the interchangeable lens 20 to the camera 40 is current focus information, current input aperture information, current lens model information, and current lens version information.
The clock signal contact 202 is connected to the clock signal module by a second transmission line 302. The clock signal module comprises an aperture positive rotation signal, an aperture reverse rotation signal, a focusing positive rotation signal and a focusing reverse rotation signal.
The power supply contact 203 is connected to the power supply module by a third transmission line 303. The power supply module comprises a positive pressure signal of the lens chip, a negative pressure signal of the lens chip, a positive pressure signal of the motor and a negative pressure signal of the motor.
The present embodiment provides a detection system for a display panel, which acquires a signal adapter corresponding to an interchangeable lens 20 according to the model of the interchangeable lens 20, so that the interchangeable lens 20 is connected to a controller 10.
When the computer 50 is connected to the controller 10, the computer 50 sends a focusing instruction to the controller 10, so that the controller 10 realizes focusing processing on the lens. When the computer 50 is connected to the camera 40, the computer 50 sends a shooting instruction to the camera 40, and acquires an image shot by the camera 40. The focusing instruction comprises a positive and negative rotation signal of a preset aperture and a positive and negative rotation signal of a preset focusing. Accordingly, the detection system can automatically control the interchangeable lens 20 to implement the auto-focus function and feed back the current state information of the interchangeable lens 20 in real time.
Further, the present embodiment can send a focusing instruction to the controller 10 through the computer 50 by looking at the blurring of the center point and the four-corner images of the image captured by the camera 40, so as to control the focusing and the aperture of the interchangeable lens 20 in real time.
In this embodiment, the serial communication module of the controller 10 sends a focusing instruction to the interchangeable lens 20, and acquires the current focusing forward/reverse rotation signal and the current aperture forward/reverse rotation signal in a sampling period, until the current aperture forward/reverse rotation signal reaches the preset aperture forward/reverse rotation signal, and when the current focusing forward/reverse rotation signal reaches the preset focusing forward/reverse rotation signal, the controller 10 stops sending the focusing instruction to the interchangeable lens 20, and the interchangeable lens 20 feeds back the current focus information, the current input aperture information, the current lens model information, and the current lens version information to the controller 10 and the camera 40, so that the interchangeable lens 20 can feed back the current state information in real time, and further can standardize the position of the interchangeable lens 20 in the process of shooting the display panel, and reduce the adjustment time when the panel is switched.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the present embodiment further provides a method for detecting a display panel, which includes the following steps S1) -S2).
S1) acquiring a signal adaptor corresponding to the interchangeable lens 20 according to the model of the interchangeable lens 20, and connecting the controller 10 with the interchangeable lens 20 through the signal adaptor.
S2) sending a focusing instruction to the interchangeable lens 20 through the controller 10, and obtaining a forward/reverse rotation signal of the current focal length and the current aperture within a sampling period, until the forward/reverse rotation signal of the current aperture reaches the forward/reverse rotation signal of the preset aperture, and when the forward/reverse rotation signal of the current focusing reaches the preset forward/reverse rotation signal of the focusing, the controller 10 stops sending the focusing instruction to the interchangeable lens 20, and the interchangeable lens 20 feeds back the current focal point information, the current input aperture information, the current lens model information, and the current lens version information to the controller 10 and the camera 40, so that the interchangeable lens 20 can feed back the current status information in real time, and further can standardize the position of the interchangeable lens 20 in the process of shooting the display panel, reduce the adjustment time in switching the panel, and is suitable for the detection of large panels.
Specifically, when the computer 50 is connected to the controller 10, the computer 50 sends a focusing instruction to the controller 10, so that the controller 10 implements focusing processing on the lens. When the computer 50 is connected to the camera 40, the computer 50 sends a shooting instruction to the camera 40, and acquires an image shot by the camera 40. The focusing instruction comprises a positive and negative rotation signal of a preset aperture and a positive and negative rotation signal of a preset focusing. Accordingly, the detection system can automatically control the interchangeable lens 20 to implement the auto-focus function and feed back the current state information of the interchangeable lens 20 in real time.
Further, the present embodiment can send a focusing instruction to the controller 10 through the computer 50 by looking at the blurring of the center point and the four-corner images of the image captured by the camera 40, so as to control the focusing and the aperture of the interchangeable lens 20 in real time.
Therefore, the present embodiment provides a method for detecting a display panel, where the detection system includes a controller 10, an interchangeable lens 20, a signal adapter 30, a camera 40, and a computer 50, and acquires a signal adapter corresponding to the interchangeable lens 20 according to a model of the interchangeable lens 20, so that the interchangeable lens 20 is in telecommunication connection with the controller 10, the camera 40, and the computer 50. When the switching of the display panel is detected, the display panels of different models and sizes can be detected only by remotely controlling the interchangeable lens 20 to realize automatic focusing and zooming, and the current state information of the interchangeable lens 20 can be fed back in real time. the interchangeable lens is connected to the controller through a signal adapter; the interchangeable lens comprises a serial communication contact and a clock signal contact; the signal adapter comprises more than two signal adapters, each signal adapter comprises a first transmission line and a second transmission line, and the serial communication contact is connected to the serial communication module through the first transmission line; the clock signal contact is connected to the clock signal module through the second transmission line;
and acquiring a signal adapter corresponding to the interchangeable lens according to the type of the interchangeable lens, so that the interchangeable lens is connected to the controller.
2. The detection system for a display panel according to claim 1,
the controller further comprises a power supply module connected to the processing module;
the interchangeable lens further comprises a power supply contact;
each signal transition piece further comprises a third transmission line, wherein the power supply contact is connected to the power supply module through the third transmission line.

the first transmission line, the second transmission line and the third transmission line of each signal adapter are arranged in different orders.
