The pushing block 210 extends out of the accommodating structure 3 through the limiting opening 31 and is matched with the first matching part 11. The mounting portion 22 includes a holder of the SIM card for mounting the SIM card. A silica gel ring is arranged between the clamping support and the clamping seat, and the clamping support and the clamping seat are tightly pressed and connected through the silica gel ring; or, a silica gel ring is arranged between the clamping support and the middle frame 6 of the electronic equipment, and the clamping support is connected with the middle frame 6 in a pressing mode through the silica gel ring. When the installation portion 22 needs to be pushed back to the inside of the electronic device, in order to avoid the pushing block 210 from moving out to the outside of the accommodating structure 3, a first limiting structure matched with the limiting opening 31 is arranged on the pushing block 210, the first limiting structure is located on one side, close to the installation portion 22, of the limiting opening 31, and after the first limiting structure is abutted against the side wall provided with the limiting opening 31, the first limiting structure limits the movement of the pushing block 210 in the direction away from the installation portion 22. Specifically, the first limiting structure includes two first limiting lugs 220, the two first limiting lugs 220 are respectively located on two opposite side surfaces of the pushing block 210, the side surfaces extend along the second direction, that is, the side surfaces are not the pushed surface 211 and the end surface matched with the mounting portion 22, and the limiting reliability is improved by the two first limiting lugs 220.
When the SIM card is replaced by the installation part 22, the installation part 22 is taken down, in order to avoid the pushing block 210 to be separated from the accommodating structure 3, and further fall out from the electronic device, a second limiting structure matched with the limiting port 31 is arranged on the pushing block 210, the second limiting structure is located on one side, close to the first matching part 11, of the limiting port 31, and after the second limiting structure is abutted against the side wall provided with the limiting port 31, the second limiting structure limits the pushing block 210 to move towards the direction far away from the first matching part 11. Specifically, the second limiting structure includes two second limiting lugs 230, the two second limiting lugs 230 are respectively located on two opposite side surfaces of the pushing block 210, the side surfaces extend along the second direction, that is, the side surfaces are not the pushed surface 211 and the end surface matched with the mounting portion 22, and the limiting reliability is improved by the two second limiting lugs 230.
It should be noted that, among the two first position-limiting ears 220 and the two second position-limiting ears 230, one first position-limiting ear 220 and one second position-limiting ear 230 are disposed on the same side surface of the pushing block 210, and the other first position-limiting ear 220 and the other second position-limiting ear 230 are disposed on the same other side surface of the pushing block 210. In the second direction, the distance between the first limit lug 220 and the second limit lug 230 on the same side is the movement range of the pushing block 210 along the second direction.
In one example (not shown), the card holder assembly includes a pushing block connected to the mounting portion, for example, by bonding, or as a unitary structure.
The holding structure is a card holder of the SIM card, the card holder is fixedly connected with the mainboard, the card holder comprises a side wall used for forming a holding area (such as a holding groove), wherein a mounting hole is arranged on the side wall close to the first matching part, and the pushing block forms a second matching part used for driving the mounting part to move. The pushing block penetrates through the mounting opening to extend out of the accommodating structure and is matched with the first matching part. The installation part comprises a card support of the SIM card and is used for installing the SIM card. A silica gel ring is arranged between the clamping support and the clamping seat, and the clamping support and the clamping seat are tightly pressed and connected through the silica gel ring; or a silica gel ring is arranged between the clamping support and the middle frame of the electronic equipment, and the clamping support is tightly connected with the middle frame through the silica gel ring. It should be noted that the silicone ring can be replaced by other flexible structures, such as a rubber ring. When the first moving part moves from the first preset position to the second preset position along the first direction, the first matching part applies external force to the pushing block, the pushing block moves along the second direction, and the pushing block supports the SIM card to extend out of the electronic equipment, so that the SIM card can be conveniently installed or taken out.
In this example, because the promotion piece links to each other with the card holds in the palm, therefore need not to set up limit structure to, the card holds in the palm under the restriction of cassette or center, only can move along the second direction, therefore, need not to set up spacing mouth. In addition, because the card holder is connected with the pushing block, when the card holder needs to be installed, the pushing block passes through the installation opening conveniently, and therefore, compared with the limiting opening in the above example, the size of the installation opening in the example is larger.
It should be noted that the limiting opening or the mounting opening in the above examples may be in the form of a hole or a notch.
In one example, referring to fig. 2 to 7, the limiting opening 31 is in the form of a notch, wherein the opening of the notch faces the main board 5 of the electronic device, two first limiting lugs 220 are disposed on the pushing block 210, the two first limiting lugs 220 are respectively disposed on two opposite side surfaces of the pushing block 210, and the two side surfaces are respectively matched with two opposite side walls forming the limiting opening 31, that is, the two side surfaces are not parallel to the main board 5 of the electronic device, which not only facilitates the disposition of the pushing block 210, but also can achieve a good limiting effect.
The disclosure also provides an electronic device, which includes a mobile terminal, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook, and other devices that need to be provided with a removable functional component. This electronic equipment includes foretell card support and pops out the device, and this electronic equipment directly utilizes current structure in the electronic equipment to support the subassembly for the card and provide power, need not to set up extra power supply, has simplified the card and has held in the palm the device that pops out, has reduced the space that the card held in the palm the device and has popped out and occupy, provides convenience for the arrangement of other spare parts in the electronic equipment. Moreover, in the electronic equipment, the card support component can be popped out without using a card needle, so that the problem of poor use experience of a user caused by the reasons that the card needle is inconvenient to carry, easy to lose and the like is solved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device includes a pop-up camera and an elastic structure, such as a spring, a rubber structure with good elasticity, and the like, wherein the elastic structure is in a natural state when the first moving part is located at the first preset position.
The initial position of the first motion part is a first preset position.
When the first moving portion moves from the first preset position to the third preset position along the first direction, the first matching portion applies force to the elastic structure, and the elastic structure elastically deforms to drive the pop-up camera to extend out of the electronic equipment from the inside of the electronic equipment.
When the first moving portion moves from the third preset position to the first preset position along the first direction, the force applied to the elastic structure by the first matching portion is gradually reduced to zero, the elastic structure restores the original elastic deformation, and the pop-up camera retracts into the electronic equipment.
When the first moving portion moves from the first preset position to the second preset position along the first direction, the first matching portion applies force to the second matching portion so as to drive the card support assembly to extend out of the electronic device.
When the card support assembly needs to return to the inside of the electronic equipment, the first matching portion needs to be moved to a position other than a position between the first preset position and the second preset position, or the first matching portion needs to be moved to the first preset position, so that the card support assembly returns to the inside of the electronic equipment.
In an exemplary embodiment, a mobile phone is provided, which is shown in fig. 2 to 7, and includes a pop-up camera assembly, a front-view ejection mechanism and a SIM card installation assembly, wherein the pop-up camera assembly includes a front camera 71 and a spring 72, the SIM card installation assembly is used for installing a SIM card, the front-view ejection mechanism includes a driving part 41, a screw rod and a slider, the SIM card installation assembly includes a card holder, a card holder and a pushing block 210, wherein the driving part 41, the screw rod, the slider, the card holder and the pushing block 210 are used for forming a card holder ejection device, and the card holder ejection device further includes a first matching part 11 formed by a matching block, the matching block is located on an end surface of the slider close to the pushing block 210, the matching block is fixedly connected with the slider in a manner such as bonding or welding, and the like, and the matching block is provided with a main pushing surface 111.
The card seat is welded on a main board 5 of the mobile phone, the front shooting pop-up mechanism and the main board 5 are both installed on a middle frame 6 of the mobile phone, and a card support provided with the SIM card is inserted into the card seat through an opening on the side surface of the middle frame 6. The end face of the matching block close to the card holder forms a main pushing face 111, the end face of the pushing block 210 close to the sliding block forms a pushed face 211, and along the first direction, the main pushing face 111 and the pushed face 211 are obliquely arranged from the direction close to the card holder to the direction far away from the card holder, and the oblique angle is 45 degrees.
Under initial condition, the slider is located first default position, main push face 111 with by the butt of push face 211, spring 72 is in natural state, it blocks between cassette and mainboard 5 to promote piece 210, be provided with spacing mouth 31 on the cassette, promote piece 210 and wear out to the outside of cassette through spacing mouth 31, because spacing of spacing mouth 31, promote piece 210 and can only follow the motion of second direction, the mechanism that pops up in the front passes through drive division 41 drive lead screw and rotates, the lead screw drives the slider and follows the motion of first direction.
When the card needs to be replaced, the sliding block moves from the first preset position to the second preset position along the first direction, because the main pushing surface 111 of the matching block is matched with the pushed surface 211 of the pushing block 210, the matching block can push the pushing block 210 to move along the second direction, the pushing block 210 withdraws the card holder from the outside of the mobile phone, after the card holder is pushed out, the sliding block returns to the original position (the first preset position) under the action of the driving part 41, and after the card is replaced by a user, the card holder is manually installed back into the card seat in the mobile phone, so that the whole card replacing process is completed.
When the front camera 71 needs to be used, the driving portion 41 drives the slider to move from the first preset position to the third preset position along the first direction through the lead screw, and the slider ejects the front camera 71 to the outside of the mobile phone through the spring 72.
In the mobile phone, the forward shooting ejection mechanism of the front camera 71 is used for providing power for the card holder of the SIM card, an additional power source is not needed to be arranged, the card holder ejection device is simplified, the space occupation of the card holder ejection device is reduced, and convenience is provided for arranging other parts in the mobile phone. In addition, in the mobile phone, the card support component can be popped out without using a card needle, so that the problem of poor use experience of a user caused by the reasons that the card needle is inconvenient to carry, easy to lose and the like is solved.

Claims (16)
1. A card holder ejecting device is applied to electronic equipment, the electronic equipment comprises a first moving part which can move along a first direction of the electronic equipment, and is characterized in that,
the card support ejecting device further comprises a first matching part, and the first matching part is connected with the first moving part;
the card support ejecting device comprises a card support component capable of moving along a second direction of the electronic equipment, and the card support component comprises a second matching part;
when the first moving portion moves from a first preset position to a second preset position in the first direction, the first matching portion applies force to the second matching portion to drive the card support assembly to move in the second direction, so that the card support assembly extends out of the electronic device from the inside of the electronic device.
2. The card tray ejecting device according to claim 1, wherein the first engaging portion includes a main pushing surface, the second engaging portion includes a driven surface, and when the first engaging portion applies a force to the second engaging portion, the main pushing surface abuts against the driven surface, and the main pushing surface pushes the driven surface to move.
3. The card tray ejecting device according to claim 2, wherein the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other, and the main pushing surface and the pushed surface are disposed to be inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the first direction.
4. The card tray ejecting apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a driving assembly including a driving portion and a moving connecting portion extending in the first direction;
the first moving part is sleeved outside the movable connecting part and is in threaded connection with the movable connecting part, the driving part applies torque to the movable connecting part, and the first moving part moves along the movable connecting part.
5. The card tray ejecting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the driving member is fixedly mounted to a center frame of the electronic device.
6. The card holder ejecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the card holder ejecting device further comprises a receiving structure, the receiving structure is fixedly connected with a main board of the electronic device, the card holder assembly comprises a mounting portion, and the mounting portion is mounted in the receiving structure;
when the first matching part applies force to the second matching part, the mounting part moves relative to the accommodating structure.
7. The card tray ejecting device according to claim 6, wherein the receiving structure comprises a side wall for forming a receiving area, wherein a limiting opening is formed on the side wall near the first matching portion;

9. The card tray ejecting device according to claim 8, wherein the first limiting structure comprises two first limiting lugs, and the two first limiting lugs are respectively located on two opposite sides of the pushing block.

The card tray ejecting device according to claim 7, wherein the pushing block is provided with a second limiting structure engaged with the limiting opening, the second limiting structure is located at a side of the limiting opening close to the first engaging portion, and when the second limiting structure abuts against the side wall provided with the limiting opening, the second limiting structure limits the pushing block to move in a direction away from the first engaging portion.
11. The card tray ejecting device according to claim 10, wherein the second limiting structure comprises two second limiting lugs, and the two second limiting lugs are respectively located on two opposite sides of the pushing block.
12. The card tray ejecting device according to claim 6, wherein the receiving structure includes a side wall for forming a receiving area, wherein a mounting opening is provided on the side wall adjacent to the first fitting portion;

14. An electronic device characterized in that it comprises a card-holder ejection apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
15. The electronic device of claim 14, wherein the electronic device comprises a pop-up camera, and the first moving portion of the electronic device is further configured to cause the pop-up camera to pop up or retract relative to the electronic device.
16. The electronic device of claim 15, wherein the pop-up camera comprises a front camera and a resilient structure, wherein the resilient structure is in a natural state when the first moving part is in a first preset position;
when the first moving part moves from the first preset position to the third preset position along the first direction, the first matching part of the first moving part applies force to the elastic structure, and the elastic structure elastically deforms to drive the pop-up camera to extend out of the electronic equipment from the inside of the electronic equipment.
