In the terminal device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the driving mechanism 300 and the camera 200 are sequentially arranged in the thickness direction of the terminal device, and compared with the prior art, the arrangement manner can undoubtedly reduce the occupation of the space of the driving mechanism 300 and the camera 200 in the board surface direction of the circuit board, the avoidance space required to be provided on the circuit board of the terminal device is smaller, and the circuit board of the terminal device can have more space integration function devices.
The driving mechanism 300 may be of various types, and referring to fig. 1 to 5 again, the driving mechanism 300 disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention includes a power source 310 and a driving gear 320 in transmission connection with the power source 310, and the camera 200 includes a rack 211, and the rack 211 extends along the moving direction of the camera 200. The driving gear 320 is meshed with the rack 211, so that the rack 211 is driven to move, and finally the rack 211 can drive the camera 200 to move. The power source 310 is typically a driving motor, and the power source 310 may be electrically connected to a power source side (e.g., a main board) of the terminal device through a flexible circuit board 340. In a possible solution, the power source 310 may be a forward and reverse rotating motor, and the forward and reverse rotating motor adjusts the driving direction of the rack 211 through the adjustment of the rotating direction, in this case, the number of the racks 211 is usually one.
The camera 200 may include a camera bracket 210 and a camera body 220 mounted on the camera bracket 210, the camera body 220 being used for image acquisition. The camera bracket 210 can cooperate with the driving mechanism 300, so as to drive the driving mechanism 300 to drive the camera 200 to move. Meanwhile, the driving gear 320 is located in the strip-shaped hole 212 of the camera 200, so that the lateral force applied to the camera 200 can be better avoided, the phenomenon that the camera 200 is stuck in the moving process can be avoided, and the camera 200 can move more smoothly.
As described above, the driving gear 320 protrudes into the strip-shaped hole 212, and in a more preferable scheme, two opposite side walls extending along the moving direction of the camera 200 in the strip-shaped hole 212 may each include the rack 211. The drive gear 320 is a gear with missing teeth, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the camera head 200 includes an extension stroke and a retraction stroke. During the extension stroke, the drive gear 320 engages one of the racks 211, and during the retraction stroke, the drive gear 320 engages the other rack 211, as shown in fig. 4 and 5. Under the condition, the driving gear 320 can complete the driving of the extending movement and the retracting movement of the camera 200 by rotating around one direction, and the operation is simple.
The centerline of the strip-shaped aperture 212 along its length may coincide with the centerline of the camera head 200 along its direction of motion. The rotation center of the driving gear 320 is located on the center line, in this case, the driving gear 320 can be considered to be located on the center line of the camera 200, so that the driving of the camera 200 can be realized more uniformly, and the balance of stress in the movement process of the camera 200 can be further improved.
Referring to fig. 1-3 again, the power source 310 includes a power output shaft 311, the driving gear 320 may have a mounting hole 321, and the power output shaft 311 may be fixedly engaged with the mounting hole 321, so as to achieve the fixed assembly between the power output shaft 311 and the driving gear 320. In a specific embodiment, a threaded hole 313 may be opened on an end surface of the power output shaft 311, and the driving gear 320 is mounted behind the power output shaft 311 and fixed to the power output shaft 311 by a screw 330 threadedly engaged with the threaded hole 313.
For convenient installation and assembly, the power output shaft 311 may be provided with a positioning recess 312, the inner wall of the mounting hole 321 may be provided with a positioning protrusion 322, and the positioning recess 312 and the mounting hole 321 are in positioning fit in the rotation direction of the power output shaft 311. In the assembling process, the power output shaft 311 can be sleeved in the mounting hole 321, so that the positioning recess 312 and the positioning protrusion 322 are in positioning fit, the pre-mounting purpose can be realized, and then the screw 330 is mounted in the threaded hole 313.
In a specific working process, the camera 200 of the terminal device is in a state of extending out of the housing 100 during shooting, and after the shooting is finished, the camera 200 of the terminal device retracts into the housing 100, so that the camera 200 is more stably located out of the housing 100 during shooting, in a more preferable scheme, the terminal device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention may further include an elastic buckle 400. A resilient catch 400 is disposed in the interior cavity 120. Specifically, the elastic clip 400 may be fixed in the inner cavity 120 of the housing 100 by a rivet 410. Of course, in the process of driving the camera 200 by the driving mechanism 300, the camera 200 can release the elastic clamping relationship between the first recess 213 or the second recess 214 and the elastic buckle 400 under the driving action of the driving mechanism 300.
In order to further improve the positioning effect of the camera 200, the two sides of the camera 200 can be provided with the elastic buckles 400, the two side edges of the camera 200 are provided with the first recesses 213 and the second recesses 214, and of course, the mode can improve the balance of stress when the camera 200 is positioned.
Since the opening 111 is communicated with the inner cavity 120, in order to improve the sealing performance, in a preferred scheme, the terminal device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention may further include a sealing structure 500, where the sealing structure 500 is mounted on the camera 200, and the sealing structure 500 can move along with the camera 200.
