The water outlet 506 is further provided with a water valve, the water valve is electrically connected with the control system, the control system controls the water valve on the windward side to be closed and controls the water valve on the non-windward side to be opened according to the wind direction detection mechanism 6. In order to prevent the water flowing out of the water outlet hole 506 from being blown into the gap layer 3 by strong wind in rainy days and further entering the box body 1, the water valve on the windward side is closed, the water outlet hole 506 on the windward side does not flow out any more, and the water directly flows into other water storage boxes 503 through pipelines, the water is discharged by the water outlet hole 506 of the water storage box 503 on the non-windward side, the water inlet probability of the box body 1 is reduced, and the waterproof effect is achieved.
The support base 2 includes a support beam column 201, a buffer groove 202, a top plate 205, four side plates 206, and four elastic members 207. The supporting beams 201 are connected with each other to cut the lower end of the box body 1 into a closed cylindrical cavity A203, and after the cavity A203 is wrapped by water, the generated buoyancy can lift the supporting seat 2 and the box body 1 upwards together to keep the supporting seat 2 floating on the water surface. The elastic member 207 is V-shaped, one end of the elastic member is exposed at the upper end of the top plate 205, the other end of the elastic member penetrates through the side surface of the top plate 205 to be fixedly connected with the side plate 206, the side plate 206 can be driven to rotate, and a gap for the movement of the side plate 206 is reserved in the buffer slot 202. The working principle is as follows:
1. the control system sets a regulation temperature value, a regulation humidity value and a regulation dust content in advance, when the temperature detector B detects that the internal temperature of the box body 1 reaches the regulation temperature value, if a temperature difference exists outside the box body 1, the control system controls the fan 401 at the lower temperature to rotate forwards and the fan 401 at the higher temperature to rotate backwards, and airflow is transported from the area with the lower temperature to the area with the higher temperature for heat dissipation; the control system pumps the water in the low-temperature water storage tank 503 to the high-temperature water storage tank 503 according to the temperature of the water storage tank 503 detected by the temperature detector C, and the water passes through the radiator 101 from the circulating pipeline 508 one by one to take away the heat of the radiator 101.
If there is no temperature difference outside the box 1, the control system receives the wind direction of the natural wind detected by the wind direction detection mechanism 6 (the direction is unchanged when there is no natural wind), controls the rotating motor to drive the shaft B402, the shaft B402 drives the fan 401 to rotate in the same direction as the natural wind, and determines the rotating angle of the fan 401 through the angle gauge B, so that the fan 401 always rotates in the same direction facing the natural wind, and gas circulation is formed.
2. When the humidity detector B detects that the humidity in the box body 1 is lower than the regulation humidity value, the control system controls the valve to be opened, water in the water storage tank 503 is diffused into the gap layer 3 from the spray nozzle 505 in the form of water mist and then enters the ventilation layer 4 and the transformer substation, and static electricity caused by over-drying in the transformer substation is prevented.
3. When the particle density detector A detects that the dust content outside the box body 1 reaches the regulation dust content, the control system controls the hole plug to enter the exhaust hole, so that the gap of the exhaust hole is reduced, and solid particles are reduced from entering the box body 1; when particle density detector B detected that the inside dust content of box 1 reached regulation and control dust content, control system controlled one side hole stopper and got into the exhaust hole, reduced the space in exhaust hole, and this department's fan 401 corotation is followed external convulsions, and the opposite side hole stopper leaves the exhaust hole, increases the space in exhaust hole, and this department's fan 401 reversal, it is outside from the convulsions in the box 1, and the dust leaves box 1 along with the air current to reduce the dust content in the box 1.
