In one embodiment, the sugar control recommendation device further comprises a data analysis module (not shown) for acquiring the input number of consumed days and adverse symptoms; determining a corresponding sugar control adjusting scheme and/or sugar control effect prediction information according to the number of eating days and adverse symptom conditions; and controlling the output device to output the sugar control adjustment scheme and/or the sugar control effect prediction information.
For specific limitations of the sugar control recommendation device, reference may be made to the above limitations of the sugar control recommendation method, which are not described herein again. All or part of the modules in the sugar control recommendation device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent of a processor in the intelligent device, and can also be stored in a memory in the intelligent device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the module is schematic, and is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
In one embodiment, a smart device is provided, which includes a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the method in the above embodiments when executing the computer program.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A method for sugar control recommendation, comprising:
acquiring user information of a user to be recommended; wherein the user information comprises physical condition information;
determining a corresponding sugar control diet plan according to the user information;
and controlling an output device to output the sugar control diet plan.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the user information further comprises a sugar control objective and a consumption level; after the user information of the user to be recommended is obtained, the method further includes:
determining a sugar control product to be recommended according to the sugar control purpose and the consumption level;
and controlling the output device to output the information of the sugar control product to be recommended.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the sugar control objective comprises at least one of weight loss and skin care; the determining of the sugar control product to be recommended according to the consumption level and the sugar control purpose comprises:
if the purpose of controlling sugar is weight loss, determining a corresponding sugar-control auxiliary health care product based on the consumption level;
if the sugar control purpose is skin care, determining a corresponding sugar control skin care product based on the consumption level;
and if the sugar control aims at losing weight and protecting skin, determining the corresponding sugar control auxiliary health care product and the corresponding sugar control skin care product based on the consumption level.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the sugar control dietary plan comprises a multiple day three meal dietary regimen; the control output device outputs the sugar control diet plan, including:
controlling the output device to output a multi-day three-meal diet scheme; or
Controlling the output device to output a three-meal diet scheme for one day;
and controlling the output device to output the next three-meal diet scheme until all three-meal diet schemes are output on the next date.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring input food type information;
and determining whether to recommend eating according to the food type information, and controlling the output device to output prompt information of whether to recommend eating.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring input edible food information;
and determining and recording the sugar intake according to the consumed food information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after the controlling the output device outputs the sugar control dietary plan, further comprising:
acquiring input days consumed and adverse symptom conditions;
determining a corresponding sugar control adjusting scheme and/or sugar control effect prediction information according to the number of eaten days and adverse symptom conditions;
controlling the output device to output the sugar control adjustment scheme and/or the sugar control effect prediction information.
8. A sugar control recommendation device, comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the user information of the user to be recommended; wherein the user information comprises physical condition information;
the plan determining module is used for determining a corresponding sugar control diet plan according to the user information;
and the plan output module is used for controlling the output device to output the sugar control diet plan.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A smart device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
