the inner wall of the isolation shell (22) is fixedly connected with a buffer sheet (23), a plurality of round holes (24) are formed in the lower portion of the isolation shell (22) in a penetrating mode, and a water bag (25) is placed in the isolation shell (22).

The portable battery type advertising machine according to claim 1, wherein the transparent protective cover (2) is fixedly connected with the device base (6), the transparent protective cover (2) is located outside the device main body (11), an annular buffer strip (1) is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the transparent protective cover (2), and an opening and closing door (3) is arranged at the side end of the transparent protective cover (2).
